Jamestown Auto Center has been my goto for auto service for more then 10 years. The service is excellent and the owner and technicians are knowledgeable and professional, while still being personable. The estimates to complete any work are always accuate and the prices are the best I have found from any reputable garages in this area.Call ahead for any work needed, as it usually takes 3-5 days to get an appointment because their reputation keeps them busy.

Courteous and explained exactly what they did.

Started as state inspection. Told me i needed 2 new tires on the front. They replaced my 10 front lugnuts bc they had a plastic type of coating/covering on them. I didnt feel that was necessary. I got back to the shop to pay and he told me the 10 lugnuts for my ford fusion were over 12$ each. I was frustrated so he discounted them to 9 each. It should be consulted with the customer before putting overpriced parts on a vehicle. I will not go back there ever again.

This place is awesome!! We went to two other garages before we got here. No one could figure out what was wrong with our car. He found the problem and fixed it in just a couple hours! He is awesome! And we now get 8 miles a gallon more. Great Location. Really nice people!
