Picked up a screwdriver blade on 86. Stopped in for help. Took about 15 min and back on the road. Absolute great service.

Wife and I on a road trip when change oil light came on. ES service got us right in, did the oil change and checked out the vehicle in a very timely manner. Will at the desk was very friendly and even helped us with the finicky Keurig coffee machine. Great experience! Buy GM and buy at Ed Stults Chevrolet/Cadillac!

A 2 year old Bolt EV with regenerative braking allows you one pedal driving. You don’t need to use the brakes. And I enjoy one pedal driving with the brakes never needing to engage At 27000 mi. The brakes got noisy if you touch them . Ed shults technician said they were metal on metal all the way around. I said impossible when I don’t use the brakes. I said this has to be a warranty problem. They didn’t give me the old parts and charged me $700 ransom. . I have two Chevy Bolts and I won’t be going back to Ed shults.

Would not recommend this place at all. Buyer beware. Typical greedy/shady car saleman out to make any quick sale they can. They dont care about the buyer/customer at all. Impatient & eager to put a buck in their pocket. Will never ever go here again.

Initially, our experience was good here. We drove from Erie, PA to look at and test drive a car. After we test drove the car, we wanted to think about the purchase. We dealt with Scott at the Used dealership who was not very friendly. When we told him we were going to leave to get lunch and think about the car, he said, “Think about it? What is there to think about?” He refused to deal with us, refused to listen when we said that the car was not in perfect condition, and laughed at our offer instead of working with us. We liked the car, but it wasn’t worth being talked down too and not being taken seriously.
