24 hour access, best customer service and easiest storage unit I have ever worked with. They earned every star

A no hassle place to store your belongings with 24 hr access, and the owner/management is on top of this place. I feel safe there day or night and can unload and repack without being disturbed, as Ive had to do several times. Love this facility.

We had a great experience with Jacksonville Mini Warehouse. We were very fortunate to get the last unit available for rent. Pricing was very affordable and I always felt like my belongings were safe. Customer service is great, whether on the phone or in the office. If we ever need a unit again, we will definitely be back!

Their website states you should choose them because they are clean and pest free, not true at all. My family and I left all our possessions here while we went to NY to be with family. We ended up staying for a year, paying Jacksonville mini warehouse every month... we came back for our things and there was pest feces everywhere and mold on everything. My boxes were either opened by pests (maybe roaches, Im not sure) and the unopened boxes were all taken over with mold. Our toddlers toys, his mattress, his crib our mattress, all the furniture, priceless items, everything. Weve spoken to them multiple times and theyre giving us the run around. Theyre handling this situation very very poorly and Im extremely disappointed. We were loyal with payments and now we have to start all over. Its truly disgusting.

The owners are friendly people. I think if you need a storage unit, you should definitely rent one here.

This is the worst place to do business. They do not abide by their own lease agreement and charge you a large fee for a stamped letter to notify you of auctioning your things. No certified letters are sent out for the auction they state is being set up. They lock you out even when youre on time with your payment. Morton Trucking owns this business and its a rip off to the Military and civilian community. Check out other places, I wish I had prior to renting my unit here at this place.
