Apparently they have no desire to assist with small jobs. Purchased high end appliances for my home from them in the past (Thermadore kitchen appliances). Needed a Decora 2 x 3 cabinet as we were thinking of replacing the 84 refrigerator to a 72 built in which would have resulted in a 1 gap on top) and Dennis, the cabinet salesperson was less than willing to assist. His comments of go back to where you originally purchased (I would, but they are out of business), Decora doesnt make that cabinet anymore (they do-Lexington door style), Decora doesnt make that particular stain anymore (can be matched), to quoting me over $3k (for a single 2x3 cabinet) using COVID excuses as to why it was so expensive. This company isnt the only company in town.

Absolutely the best place to buy your appliances, cabinets, granite and Plumbing fixtures. Amazing personnel that guided us through the whole process. Made confusing issues clear and simpler to understand. I give them my highest recommendation. Ask for Jonathan Renfroe. He rocks.

My wife and I purchased a beverage fridge for our new kitchen in August of 2020. The fridge stopped working around November/December. When I spoke to First Coast they said that they didnt send anyone out to fix the fridge and that I would need to get in touch with Frigidaire. Frigidaire decided they would give us a buy back, basically give me a debit card with the amount of the fridge to go back to First Coast and re-buy it, since they do not send techs out to fix their products. I called First Coast and they told me they could not do this. That they had NEVER typed in numbers into their system in lieu of a credit card. Since nobody could help me over the phone, I went to the store. After being passed around, finally a gentlemen helped me. He also claimed they had NEVER typed in a cc number directly into the system. I sat there and literally coached him, stating please just try it. When it worked, he was in amazement and I was at a loss for words at everyones lack of technological knowledge. After the fridge was ordered I then received an email from Michelle stating that my fridge would arrive in JUNE OF 2021, we ordered it in December of 2020.To add insult to injury, our electrician happen to be over last week and we asked him to take a look at the fridge since our new one is still in transit, (apparently on a world tour since it will arrive in June). He said whoever installed the fridge (tech from First Coast) did not install it properly. Concluding whoever installed it was the reason why the fridge knocked out only after 3 months. I was charged for this installation.HIGHLY dis-satisfied by First Coast and their horrible customer service. Nobody offered me a discount, or even a free installation of the new fridge, NOTHING. We will never do business with them again.

Safety check their installation. Brand new house where First Coast Supply installed the appliances. One week after we moved in I noticed the 100 lb over the stove microwave “didn’t look right.” I took the microwave down and found it secured to the wall with 3 one inch drywall screws; not one in a stud! I looked through the drawers and found the real Samsung mounting bolts in a sealed bag. This is unconscionable and could have killed one of my grandchildren who are always here. The owner’s response was “sorry.” He even told me it was his experienced installer, which tells me many more families with home where appliances were installed by First Coast Supply are at risk. If so please check.

ZERO STARS!!!!! We brought a brand new house Jan 2020, within the first month of being there, my brand new samsung fridge stopped working. NO ONE wanted to help they just kept passing the blame around. FINALLY after several phone calls and threats I was able to get my fridge replaced. 1 Year after the fridge was replaced it acting up AGAIN!!!!!!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

Great selection, knowledgeable sales team and AMAZING installs. Only problem Ive had is with the delivery crew. They are unprofessional, rude and lazy. An issue that certainly needs to be addressed because Im afraid if they are the only ones you encounter, you wont return. But ifyou have the company install the product for you, let me tell you, theyll make you forget that you ever met that crew. Particularly Trevor and Jose. I cant say enough about these two. They dont even know it but are the sole reason I continue to do business with FCS. And look forward to it. They work in perfect sync with each other, are courteous, knowledgeable and willing to listen to your ideas and either fulfill them or explain whythey have to do it a little different to make the installation completely correct. Theyve modified openings to give me look I was trying to achieve without hesitation, and will explain to you the outcome/look of the installation once completed so you are both on same page before installing. They are clean, diligent and all around good guys. They go above and beyond to make you as the customer are happy and make sure you get what you paid for. You can trust that if they install it, it will be correct. Trevor will ask you to walk around the product and cabinets after they are completed to make sure youre happy with outcome and answer any questions you have and then will explain the operations of product. Keep up the good work guys.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would, but unfortunately google does not give me the pleasure to do so. The service here is horrible. The employees are extremely rude. Go somewhere else that respects their customers more than First Coast Supply.

Worked with Karry to order a stove received such great service, we ordered a dishwasher the very next day. They even installed the stove at no extra charge. The delivery driver and helpers were very polite and prompt. Thank you for making our purchases a breeze!

Had a wonderful experience with ordering a new sub zero. Our old fridge died and all the other companies couldn’t deliver for 14 days! Kyle ordered our fridge Tuesday and it was installed Saturday by 8:00 am!!! The delivery guys were incredibly careful and courteous. So grateful for this crew and to have our new fridge!!!!!

Liars Robert brown wrongfully terminated me saying the insurance company wouldnt cover me as an driver ...but i got a phone call later on that day by the insurance company. Saying they havent spoke with any of them yet I was the first person they spoke too... Great pay and hours but wrong people in charge...

Ive been buying my appliances and cabinets there since they started in I think the 1990s. They have the finest reputation in the business. The owners there are the finest people Ive ever worked with. They have the best prices on the very best name brands. I wouldnt go anywhere else period.

Stopped at the showroom yesterday 4-8-19. Wanted to look at Granite for my bathroom vanity 48x22. The female that came to talk to me about what I wanted was rude, after hearing that I only needed such a small piece she told me that its real inconvenient to do a job that small. They normally do big jobs. Then told me it would be a minimum of $1300. Needless to say I said forget it.Eventually I will be redoing my kitchen which will be a job but I will never be back to this place. The place thats happy to have my small job at a reasonable price, will get the big job!

How is this company still in business?! They keep banker’s hours. Nobody answers the phone. You’re forced to leave voicemails. And then nobody returns your voicemails. It’s like they’re doing you a favor for providing you service. Don’t bother with this place.

I am an interior designer, I have worked with First Coast supply for many many years, it is family owned and staffed by excellent knowledgeable people. I highly recommend First Coast Supply.

Two of their employees steal my car keys while at a jobsite. Then get lied to saying they dont have them, but the only 4 people in the house were me, my father and those two jokers. Users beware, some of the employees cant be trusted. The company itself is timely and profession regardless.

My contractor recommended First Coast for our cabinetry and appliance needs in our new kitchen. Cabinetry we are fairly pleased with. You kind of feel like you are on an assembly line -- in-and-out and not much thought put into cabinetry. We had some issues with appliances that Juan sold us. Juan and his team were not responsive at all to the problems that we had. I had to have a service tech out 4 times to try to fix a problem with our refrigerator and Juan kept saying everything is within specifications so we cant help you. Im disappointed with the product we were sold and I am very disappointed with the customer service after the fact. Will not be taking any more of my business back to First Coast Supply.

Worst company ever! Do not pay there workers

Lying cheats! if there was a zero option I would give it. My 71 year old Aunt went all over town looking for a fridge and ended up here. They promised her a Maytag with everything she wanted but they did not have a floor model to show her. The sales guy Don informed her that the one he was ordering would have those features and if not she could return it. On devilry day, it didnt. She called, spoke to Steve and was told they would be back to pick it up no issues and that Maytag didnt even make a model with the options she wanted and Don should not have told her that. When my aunt heard nothing the next day she called and was sent to Voice mails, then just plan hung up on! We reached out to her credit card company, they got involved and Don informed them that they would take care of her he would be speaking with the owner and calling my aunt back. I got a call from my crying, historical aunt a couple of hours latter saying not only were they rude but they said she was stuck with it. The owner Mr. Stanley Kantor himself told my very upset aunt, Do what every you want. Your stuck with it and Ill fight you all the way! We are disputing this with the credit card company and will be filing a complaint with everyone we can. They have cheated my aunt out of over $2000 and she is living on SSI and was taken advantage of. NEVER GO HERE!!! they are lying cheats and if they take advantage of little old ladies, they will have no issues doing the same to you.

If youre planning on remodeling your house buying kitchen cabinets vanities any type of high-end appliances or any type of countertops from Granite to laminate they got everything one of the best places I went they got it all and the salesmen are nice as can be and it was the best cabinet shop I ever went in and the only cabinet shop that will build you a cabinet to the exact size you want customers can be if you want at 6 in wide and 6 ft tall thats what you will get I mean they give you what you want its not like this is our standard size what you want is what you get its just like Burger King you get it your way

They primarily work with builders and contractors and are just the middleman. If you have a problem with an appliance or are dissatisfied they will NOT take it back for an exchange or upgrade and have NO RETURN POLICY. Check with whomever youre considering for your appliance purchase and ask about their return policy.

Stanley Kantor, what a guy! I found out that he is a fellow Eagle Scout while visiting his office. At 88 years old he still comes in daily and takes care of business. He told me all about how he started First Coast Supply from the ground up back in 1984. Hes got several employees that have been with him 30+ years. That really tells you something about his impeccable work ethic. The showroom is a gem hidden on an industrial boulevard. It is a must see.
