DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE... THEY DELIVERED ME A BROKEN SECTIONAL AND PROMISED TO HAVE IT REPLACED WITH A NEW SECTIONAL WITHIN A COUPLE WEEKS. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED- THEY NOW DONT ANSWER MY CALLS OR TEXT- so now Im stuck paying for damaged furniture.. had known the furniture was damaged I wouldve never accepted it. They didnt disclose the damage until they had completely set it up and was ready to leave. This place is a rip off. I was told I could return the furniture. But they would be keeping my down payment of 600.00. I work to hard to just be giving away money.

I want to share my excellent experience with 1000 furniture. After moving to Florida, I looked more than five different furniture stores to find perfect furniture for my house. I settled on Hudsons. None of the other stores compared in the excellent quality and beauty of their furniture.

Excellent customer service. All around very pleasant experience. They give the customer all the information necessary to make an informed decision. Definitely will return. They have nice quality furniture worth it. They do not pressure one to buy.

This place is one of the best home furniture places to go to. Home decor like Bedroom Sets and Dining Sets you just have to go and see it for yourself.

If you are going to go based off of reviews, be sure to sort for the lowest . You will always see good reviews but be mindful of the negative ones also. This is my personal opinion/experience. The down payment could be 100$ or so. However once the furniture is delivered you will receive and agreement that lays out your real payments . Don’t worry about what the clerks tell you, they are salesman.You have 90 days to pay for the quoted price. Payments are every two weeks . Afterwards they will refinance you for and 18 month plan which will be about double the initial price. If you make payments on time on the dates they lay out, you will pay triple the quoted price . Will I recommend to my friends or family ? Not if they aren’t paying for the furniture in full . I wouldn’t want them to drag out payments for furniture like that. I’m pretty sure you would want to take the 9000$ for and initial 3000 and put it to better use. Just saying for the average person .

The bed is gorgeous & was delivered on time. Only issue i had was during the buying process the lady in the store told us one price & right when we were paying she increased the price & stated her boss wouldn’t allow her to do the price we’d previously agreed on.

Very nice man working who helped answer some questions I had about a product they had on me that I bought in the past there. It was very nice and at the store is Beautiful. Everything is really nice i bought 3 more rooms and will always shop with 1000 furniture.

Beho was an exceptional help when I was looking for a new couch/sofa for my 1st apartment. I came on the day before and he spent enough time helping me find the right measurement and size, style, color of couch. He advised me to go home that night and measure to double check to make sure I would be satisfied with the dimensions. I am, and now I am excited for a delivery for my new couch! Thanks beho!

The staff was very unprofessional and mine you they will never cancel your order without asking you for millions dollars. If I could I would rate Beho customer service a negative zero. He overcharged my friend $260 and when she went back in with bill of sales to question him, he lied and said that he told her that it would be an additional cost if she didn’t pay in 90 days. And he also told her she had already signed the fraudulent bill of sales and that basically there was nothing she could do about it. She offered to pay bill off and he told her he had to check with the lender. Whereas he only said it would be no interest if bill was paid within 12 months. You DONOT have to check with a lender to verify a customer paying off a bill, and of course he knows this.One of the mattresses is defective and he promised to deliver her another mattress yesterday, did not receive it.Be aware and go over your Bill of Sale before signing because Beho is full of game.Next stop is Better Business Bureau.

Don’t go there I was looking for a kids bed and a vanity but as soon as we got to the door the lady working there was like what are you looking for and we told her, she was like I don’t have kids beds we only have a princess bed and is way too expensive for y’all like how do you now if is expensive for us? Husband said let’s go see the vanity then but after that I didn’t wanted to even go look she was already opening the door for us to leave. So rude ! Going somewhere else with my money!

The customer service on our first visit was Great . We got the couch and Ottoman we wanted . We were told the initial price was 1200 for everything. Once we spoke with the finance company they informed us that the 1200 was if we decided to do the 90 day payout, if we did not do the 90 day pay out the price with double. After agreeing to the 90day payout and scheduling our delivery we were informed that all of our furniture would possibly not be in and we would have to find out after delivery. Not happy at all, since we’ve waiting for this for about 2 months .

I purchased bedroom furniture with them over 6months now and still haven’t gotten my nightstand to my bedroom set. Every time I call, it’s always the same thing. In 4 weeks, in 4 weeks, in freaking 4 weeks. That’s month on top of another month. Love my furniture but hate the time it takes to deliver the furniture.

DONT be fooled by the abundance of 5 star reviews. majority of them are FAKE!!! however this review is %100 Real. I wanted to support a small local business and decided to give this place a shot. i picked out a furniture set out of a catalogue and placed a deposit. i was told delivery would be 2-3 weeks. patiently waiting, understanding the current times, bad weather, covid, etc. it gets to be about 4-5 weeks. i start to reach out asking if there was any estimate on when the set would arrive. this is where the communication gets extremely poor. if i do get an answer its always the date being pushed back farther... eventually we get to about 7 weeks after being told it would be delivered on the weekend it wasnt, i then tell them it NEEDS to be delivered that monday... to my surprise the third party delivers actually finally showed up. does it end there you may ask...? ofcourse not, to my disbelief they actually deliver and partially set up the entire wrong furniture set. at this point i have fully given up on ever receiving what i actually ordered, so i contact them and explain its completely wrong and i need it out of my house and my deposit refunded immediately. i was told it would be picked up the next day and then i could get my money back, but nope even that did not happen. i had to reach out multiple times to make arrangements to get this furniture out of my house. eventually they did come get it and my deposit was refunded but ive never had to work so hard for simple communication and answers out of any business. this was an awful experience. if you buy with this business GOOODLUCK and expect the runarounds.

The employees list advertisements for furniture on the let go website, showing beds from $459-759; to get customers to visit the store. When you get there they lie and tell you the item is out of stock. I listened to them lie to people on the phone because they did not want to honor the prices. I am surprised to see so many good reviews. This place will be reported to the BBB because they are taking advantage of people when times are hard for just about everyone.

They are scammers who do not comply with what they offer the client, they tell them that they give 180 days without interest and then they come out with something else, charging triple the value of the item and instead of helping employees get angry when one asks for information or help They almost beat us they should have more efficient and professional staff scammers I do not recommend anyone to go to that place 🤬🤬🤬

Im starting to believe some of these reviews are not legit. I got an email a few days ago saying the owner of 1000 furniture answered a 5 star review I left on Google. Um... yall I never left a review for this store and if I did, it would not be 5 stars. Someone hacked my account. I dont know how but they did. That really upset me!Now I was trying to be nice but honestly the store is ok. The owner and the workers are nice. My issue was that I went in to purchase a tan sectional and was delivered a grey sectional. I went to the owner about the issue and he was going to switch the couch out but unfortunately the chaise for the new couch was on the wrong side for me. Now Im stuck with this one. Everyone else loves it but I know I wont go back again. I never had this happen to me before. Im still a little sad but it is what is for now...

Very happy with our visit the store is beautiful. We were greeted right away and got pointed in the right direction. We were taken care of by Beho He was so helpful and friendly. The store is like a museum of beautiful furniture. We enjoyed walking through the entire store looking at the different table sets, bedroom sets, glasses, decorations... it was just a lot of fun. The workers were so friendly helpful patient and understanding.

I shopped on a Saturday for a very specific couch. I was helped, but did not feel pressured at all. I found one that I loved, but needed to think it over. I ended up ordering it on Sunday. Picked it up the same day with AWESOME help from their customer pick up team. I loved that they took care of everything for me. Secured the sectional to my truck with perfection. Everything was perfect! Love our new sectional couch and will definitely shop there again.

This is such a great place to buy furniture. I bought a full size bed from here because my old bed was causing me severe back pain in my lower back. Every since I switch to my nice full size pillow top bed my back has been completely free of pain. I love my bed its like heaven.Its my back saver :) I will be coming here for now on to purchase other furniture. Not only do they have good quality furniture but also great prices. Alison is the one I did business with and she is such a sweetheart. She didnt pressure me into buying anything she was patient and also very helpful. Im glad I stumbled across this place. Lack of timely response from owner when interested in purchasing a couch set. did not feel our time was valued and did not feel we were given good customer service. owner said it was because he was busy with customers in the store but i texted and called him and left a voicemail early in the morning at opening and never received a call back the entire day, then the next day i finally waited till noon to call again, and this happened for three days. sorry but theres no excuse for that, doesnt matter if you have customers in store, you could have found a second in the day to text or call back to at least let me know you were going to get back to me at such and such time. instead i was left hanging and then when i toldhim i wasnt interested any longer due to the lack of response and not being able to get through to anyone, he texts back promptly saying he was busy again with other customers. i didnt feel comfortable purchasing furniture from someone who goes MIA when trying to close a deal. i cant imagine what wouldhappened if there was a problem with delivery and i needed to contact them.We ended up purchasing a couch for 850 elsewhere at another local furniture store. Longs whole sale furnituremuch better and professional experience over at Longs whole sale, they were quick at answering all my questions and answering their phones, and got me the couch i wanted the next day.Sadly we wont be shopping again at 1000 furniture.

While walking by I notice this store. I went in and meet the nicest sales lady name Allison. We talked for a minute and its like she knew my taste and took me to a set of leather couches. Beho was fantastic! He didnt push us into anything, he had just had us lay on different beds and asked questions about how we liked it and what we were looking for. He was a super nice guy, spent 3 hours here talking and looking for the perfect bed. Which we found of course, as well as 2 of the most comfortable pillows I have ever laid on. What a magnificent furniture store. Such an array of different furniture styles. The prices are affordable and they offer 0% interest promotions. We placed our order for 3 rooms of furniture and had the delivery and set up in a few days. The delivery was on time and they were exceptionally careful not to damage the walls when coming up the stairs.

Shopping for furniture? This is the place to go Beho was AWESOME! decided to stop by this place after spending a day furniture shopping on the east side. I had found a set at Ashley that I loved, but the price tag was over $5k. but 1000 Furniture carried the SAME set for less than half the price!!! Very happy with the whole experience.

So many amazing pieces. Its difficult to take in just how much this place had to offer and each piece is unique and beautiful. If I could afford it, Id decorate my entire home with things found in this shop.

Professional. In less than 10 minutes the couch was in place and all trash was cleaned up without a trace left behind. The design is amazing, I can easily go from a couch with chaise to a full bed for guests or a good Netflix binge and back, all the while keeping the linens stored in the couch itself. I will buy more furniture like this in the future.
