I dropped into Lowe’s Garden Center on the way home from work. I needed some hardware cloth to make repairs on my chicken coop. There was no price on the cloth so I asked at the register. They lady was friendly as she scanned and told me the price. Then I found this super cool cat amongst the plants! I’ll be back just to see the kitty!

Do not buy anything from this location, I purchased a 1700 refrigerator did not work manger told me they policy is that I have to return iteam they do not swap out products unless they have they iteam in the store get a refund and Repurches another refrigerator, so now I have no refrigerator for my family have to wait 7- 10 days til bank releases my money, customer service is horrible. if you need a big item that is dependable for ever day use do not go to lowes.

Beware! I order a washing dryer combo. It took 4 months to arrive and they call to tell me they were 10 minutes from home. Didnt even call me 24 hours ahead to make a appoinment for delivery. They couldnt installed because they didnt brought the parts to do it. We had to go to lowes after the deliver get the parts that they were pay for and installed ourself. Not even an apology. Careless manager and staff at lowes on the westside. It was a nightmare experience.

I Purchased my Lawn Blower ( *Craftsman I purchased it from This S*** Hole) from this Poorly Managed and Customer Service Operated Dump back in August 2020.... I returned the blower back here a Year almost to the Date of Purchase due to it not relaying gas/oil from the primer to the engine properly. Im going to Show Respect to the ASM I spoke to when she wrote the repair ticket for it to be sent out to a 3rd Party Repair Shop. NEEDLESS to say the 3rd Party Repair Shop is Definitely a 1000% mirrored reflection of The Trash A** Service Lowes on Lennox Ave projects due to the fact I Received a Call from the store within about an hour ago stating My Lawn Blower was Returned Back to the Store UnRepaired with NEEDLESS to say No Communication from the Vendor or Lowes stating why after A Month Later its Not Fixed and Why No Phone Call(s) wherever made to Update The CUSTOMER on the Issue at Hand!#TheyClaimToBeAVeteranSupportedBusiness#ImAHonorableVet!

Love the lowes on Lenox. The people are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. On another note, the quality of the stock cabinets is extremely disappointing. Had to return 3 times for replacements.

Im giving 5 start for the customer service Allison gave me at the Lenox Ave. store.She was very professional, kind and went above and beyond to serve me.... BUT the guy in lumbar didnt do so well, he made an incorrect cut on my wood by a few inches then he hands me the messed up cut without even attempting to correct HIS mistake. I dont know his name but he gets D- in customer service, he was cool to talk to but we dont go shopping to make friends...Kudos to you Allison hopefully a member of management sees this

I literally never write reviews but people this is not where you wanna shop for home goods. My roomate and I went in to buy a grill. We checked out and purchased propane as well and waited by the propane storage for it to be unlocked. Seems simple right? Just come out for 5 seconds to unlock a locker so we can take the propane and be finished with our shopping. Well it seems to me like nobody cared to help us because we waited 40 mins outside for somone to unlock the propane for us. I came back into the store twice asking for help and people said they would come and help and all we had to do was wait by the propane. Nobody came to help and 3 employees walked by us in the parking lot not bothering to help anyways. Nobody cares so we just returned everything anyways and when asked why we were returning everything they still did not care. They dont care about helping you.

I wouldnt reccomend this lowes to my worst enemy.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I took my 67 year old dad to this location for a new bar b que grill .when I say we literally waited thirty minutes in the grill section we waited not one associate helped us .we then went to a cashier and asked for assistance, he called for someone and we waited another 15 minutes, I mean we sat down in the garden center on the patio furniture they have displayed and for another 15 minutes no one showed so thats an hour of waiting. They have horrible customer service we left without a word and proceeded to another Lowes facility where we finally got the customer service we deserved. Dad got his new grill and friendly service thank you Lowe on Lenox and Ramona in Jacksonville Florida

Purchased a raised plant bed from Lowes cost $337.14, delivery was guaranteed for 7/5/ 21 waited at home all day just to get an email that said it will be delay another day. Delivered on 7/6/21 without all the pieces. Went back to Lowes o 7 /6/21 spoke with the manager T.J. who informed me i should take the items back home and he would check as to why I only received part of my order. Said he would call or email me,never heard back from him. Went back to Lowes on 8/8/21 and got my money refunded to me. They are so incompetent wont deal with Lowes ever again.

Customer service in Garden Dept. Was excellent. Inside store, another story. No one wanted to help at all. Then cash register system went down and they went to handwriting receipts. Cashiers were using personal phones to get pricing through the Lowes App. and were hand calculating taxes (which were wrong, by the way). They should have stopped customers from coming into the store and wouldnt accept cash at all. Were hesitant to even email me a receipt. If you want to take something back, youre screwed.

If I can give a minus star I would. Last Monday May 17, 2021 I called about a small shed. I was told they has three. I asked them to put my name on one and I would be there in a few hours. I drove almost 50 miles one way just to find four boxes for these sheds that were all opened and parts missing. Wasted time and fuel

I love that these big box do it yourself stores exist, but I hate that you cant find anyone to help you. If you do they are usually wrong and you have to find someone else, that is if you can find someone. I had pulled up the items that I needed, the young lady asked me to pull up the item even though she was employed their. Then she proceeded to pull up the item.

The only bad thing I would say is that a lot of times there isnt a price sticker on the shelf. I want to know the amount before I walk to the register. Other then that its a great place

Its just frustrating to shop in here. Theres always bins and advertising things down the main aisle which clogs up the walk ways and sometimes blocks lines.

Went in at closing time to get a door. A employee was busy but stopped to help me find the correct one as seen on their website. Love Lowes as their is always a employee around to help. Prices are good.

Went to look for a 6 4 x 4 post and spent an hour doing laps around the store and being ignored before I left. One employee pretended to look for the posts and pretty much just started helping someone else. Got a refund, went to Home Depot, and found it in less than one minute. Get bent, Lowes.

They Never have enuf help n no one answers their pages on the intercom. Its ridiculous. Go to Another Lowes because this one doesnt know how to communicate. Want to share a story of the dedication of a Manager at Lowes.I had a hard to find item that had to be special ordered. It was an inexpensive items however Jessica Cannon, a manager at Lowes at 5155 Lenox Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32205, made a special effort to find the item and ordered it for me. She called me each week to let me know it was still on backorder. The fourth week it arrived and she called me to let me know it had arrived. That is Excellent Customer service!!!

They had what I needed but some of it wasnt on display. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I still shop here.

POOR Customer Service. Called to speak to someone in the appliance department on hold for 15 minute and 31 seconds, the call was picked up and hung up. I called back to speak with someone at customer service was on hold for 16 and 17 seconds and the call was disconnected. Over 30 minutes on hold in total and to be disconnected twice is not customer service. I have had issues with this store in the past and this puts me at my limit with this store.

Unorganized curbside pick up. When I called I was told that she was with a customer... Okay... We waited over half an hour my husband went inside and there were 4 people in line and we left.This is ridiculous one person for curbside doing the inside pickups too. I wanted my items mailed but the website said they had to be picked up. I wont be ordering from you anymore. Thats for sure!

I will never shop at this Lowe’s ever again !! My husband and I have spent over 10,000.00 dollars there over the past 6 weeks since we moved here. We have purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator, flooring, paint, lawn mower and much more. First of all the first refrigerator we received was broke ( it took and extra week but we got a new one). Now we went finally use our oven and the cook top nor the oven work ( we have only had it for 5 weeks and finally have time to cook). We called Lowe’s 15 times and no call back. Finally got in touch with a manager after 3 days and they gave us the warranty number to call. We call the warranty people they can not come look at it for 3 weeks so we wanted to return it for a new one but they will not let us. Very unprofessional Lowe’s store if I could return everything purchased there I would and I would shop at Home Depot instead !! Oh will never step foot in the Lowe’s Lennox ave store ever again!! I may never shop at Lowe’s again after all this !!

I am so very disappointed in this Lowes service. I have been cut off 4 times on hold for a manager. I have no info on a paid order for 4 bags of firewood ordered over 1 month ago. I have been passed around to 4 different people and on hold for several managers no good. They have had my money for 33 days and make promises that are not kept. Bad business for this senior long time repeat customer. Help!!!

Good lay-out, helpful people and excellent tool selection. You can compare the big names like Dewalt, Cobalt, and Craftsman almost side by side in the enormous tool center. They are consistently changing the fan and lighting displays, and they seem to have the healthiest plants on the west side of Jacksonville. This is the place for all your home needs, and they have great prices and a military discount on EVERYTHING.

Honestly Im one of the people that prefer Lowes to home Depot and can say I never have a bad experience. Though this location needs more staff quite desperately multiple days in a row Ive had to wait to check out simply because they were no other registers open and it seems as if everything from paint and lumber to flooring need additional employees.

Im so bummed that this location changed the key replication station into an automatic kiosk - Ive used it twice and it made keys that did not work twice. For whatever reason, I was not printed a receipt so how do I even ask for my money back? I also had someone come up to me saying the machine was broken AFTER I already paid and was waiting for the keys to be made. Just take the machine down if it doesnt work!

I was pleasantly surprised that i did not have to go looking for someone to help me find what i was looking for . Much better than some of my past experiences. 😁 nice change 👍 keep up the good work .
