This is the best stone place around the Jax area! We went to another place and were not happy with the selection. Tim at Omicron was the nicest most knowledgeable guy. He gave his opinion and some very important info about the granite we were purchasing. Without Tim we would not have known some key info. Highly recommend Omicron!

We looked for granite at multiple places and this was hands down the best place. The customer service was great every time I visited. Glenn was so patient with me and moved slabs so that I could see the stone behind the top slab. In the end, we had a slab transported from the Tampa store and I was able to come view the slab to be sure I was happy with it. I enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for granite. Kudos to Glenn for everything that he did and all of his knowledge! :)

Omicron was the last of 10 places I visited looking for the perfect slab for a kitchen island. Had I started there I could have saved myself hours of time as this was by far the most helpful place with a good inventory of granite and quartzite. The owner, Jeff, was amazing. When I jokingly said I sure would like to see two slabs side by side, he said no problem, and moved the slab. I decided on one but went back the next day asking if I could see the slabs behind the one I had chosen and again, it was done. When comparing this business with the other 9 I visited, they definitely rate as #1 on my list. Thank you for making customer service a priority!

My wife and I shopped for our quartzite all over the south Jacksonville. Jeff and his team were outstanding to work with. They were far and away the most professional people that we talked to regarding our quartzite. All of the staff was patient and took the time to educate us about the options available.

I did a recent remodel with a fabricator I found on Facebook. He sent me to a few different places to pick a stone. After some time, I found a stone I liked, only to find out he never purchased it and it was gone. After a whole bunch of excuses and run around, I got my money back and went to a different fabricator, who sent me to Omicron. Their selection of stone was more than I could ask for. So many beautiful quartzites! I made a few trips back to finalize my stone and the staff was so accomodating every time.
