These people do a great job on custom countertops and their price is reasonable. They helped me load and wrap my countertop so if would not get wet in the back of my pickup.

Professionally Poor Customer Service,Multiple conversations and visits over multiple days lead to missing pricing, doubt of manufacturer still producing design, etc. leading to delays and promises to return calls that never came. After a week of back and forth over simply purchasing laminat, I went to their competitor, they answer all my questions, made a few suggestions to help me, where very professional and had 15 pieces of my rare design dropped shipped from the manufacturer in 3 days. Best of luck on your transaction.........

Terrible and rude customer service. Had to call literally for 6 weeks from start to finish to see if our order was in. Every single interaction with any employee was extremely rude. If we were not on a deadline to get the counter tops in, we would have for sure went somewhere else. Do not recommend! Not to mention all the back splashes were the wrong length and my husband had to cut himself. (Because there was no way we were going back to deal with the unprofessional customer service!)Also, they do not tell you that they do not cut the sink hole for you.

Great customer service! Countertops turned out beautifully. We had a hiccup, there was misunderstanding about one of the cuts needed, and it was fixed promptly. I strongly recommend them for all your countertop needs.

Im giving this place 5 stars because of their best employee Steven. His work is perfection and puts the others to shame. I would recommend this place because of him. They need to increase his pay.

I called asking for a counter top to match an existing set. I was asked to email pictures. I had the exact finish and lengths needed. I left my phone number and I did not get a call back. I called a few days later and got voicemail. I left a message and did not get a call back. I called a few days later and told the person I sent pictures. He said he just turned off the computer and asked for a call back number. He never called back.

So I logged the phone number that the Home Big Box store associate dialed while sitting across the desk to get a quote for my diy kitchen countertop project... Long story short McGills was $1200 less than the big box... I cut out the middle man and saved BIG. Ive done a few projects through them and have always been satisfied with the results. They are the manufacturer but they have always welcomed me without an account or tax Id, etc. And THEY DELIVER to my front door!!

Used them 3 times. One was a custom design. No problems. Very friendly. As a home owner I installed them myself.

Our contractor made all the measurements and drew up the dimensional diagram, sent it in to McGills for a price estimate. Mom and I drove over to select the laminate material. It was finished in the time frame given, and our contractor picked it up and installed it. It looks great and has been really durable.

I have had McGills make several laminate countertops over the years. Some I measured myself and gave them a drawing, other times I dropped off a countertop that I made and had them laminate it, and I have even purchased just the laminate from them. In all cases, the items were made in a reasonable amount of time and to my specifications. I have been completely satisfied with all products that I have purchased there.

Employees at mcgills are great! We walked in not knowing anything about countertops and walked out with all the information we needed to be able to measure for countertops, we picked out the style of countertops that we wanted, the type and surface, and all at a price that we could afford. We are so excited to place our order and get our countertops installed, our kitchen is going to be beautiful. I would highly recommend McGills countertops to anyone.
