We kept changing our mind and she has been very patient and accommodating to help us find something just right. Amanda from the Jax store was fabulous! We went on a Saturday, so she was the only person there to assist multiple people, and she did a great job! She took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and she called other stores to send us pictures of their existing inventory. We had a wonderful experience, and we cannot wait to see our new granite installed! We have been to several granite suppliers all over central Florida, and this was by far the best store!

Amanda in the Jacksonville location is a fabulous salesperson. We looked at slabs up and down Phillips Highway and were met by people who really didnt want to have anything to do with us, the customer who is ultimately paying the bill. All they asked us was were we registered and did we have a fabricator as it was pretty obvious they did not want to deal with us. When we stopped into Ace Granite on a Saturday no doubt, we were met with a smile and true salesmanship. Amanda took us through the warehouse and showed us the various different types of products they carried and how the pricing was in tiers based on levels of quality. She was very helpful and gave us great insight into why chose one type of material over another. We were fortunate to find the slabs of our choice and Amanda secured them for us. We have been back subsequently and have had her place all the slabs side by side to so we could look at them and determine the best fit color and detail wise for us. We are excited about having our kitchen completed. .Shes a great reflection on the Company she represents and we are thankful we ran into her that hot Saturday morning a month or so ago! I stopped in to check out some granite to redo my master bathroom and was so Happy I did. Amanda was so helpful and just a delight to talk with and she gave me such Wonderful advice for my redo. I bring my clients here expecting exceptional customer service. Unfortunately things at Ace Granite have gotten worse over the last year.The final straw was the entire staff sitting in their kitchen unit drinking alcohol during business hours being rowdy. What kind of establishment does that? My customers are not greeted, their new staff members are rude and unprofessional. I had better experiences with the former employees. It’s a shame.

My favorite place out of all the places i visited. Over the top friendly! So much selection, and They happened to have one slab that was marked down, and it was perfect for us. My countless days spent looking were over. We used Champagne Stone company to fabricate it, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Youre on your own in trying to pick a stone. They send you out in their yard alone with a piece of paper to write the numbers on, with many stones are stored with the back side the only side showing.

Fantastic customer service andbeautiful slabs!! Amanda & Big John were incredibly patient with my mother. Shes been in the process of a major remodel on her Ponte Vedra Beach home. Ace was the 3rd granite slab yard weve been to. Amanda took the time to walk the entire inventory explaining in great detail what as what. Other places would just turn us loose or give us reference sheets that were confusing and not helpful at all. At ACE when we focused on one particular type of granite the guy who would move each slab so we could really look and compare one slab to another was very polite and happy to help. At another yard the man driving the machine made it very obvious that he was irritated that we had asked. On 2 separate visits he had his cell phone in one hand and was driving his machine with the other while the particular slab was swinging in mid air.TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE AT ACE GRANITE!!Everyone was pleasant, exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. Granite can be a substantial cost in any job so its important to take your time and make a good decision that youll be happy living with for years. The very broad range of products they had from basic builders grade to spectacular ones that are one of a kind slabs educated us and made it fun experience. The warehouse was clean & organized with granite in one area and marble in another. One of the other yards we visited had all of the slabs mixed together making it difficult to quickly focus in on anything. If your in the process of building your own home or remodeling I cant recommend Ace Granite and Amanda enough. With what seems like hundreds of decisions to make from plumbing hardware (sinks and faucets), cabinets, flooring etc... Ace and its employees were the best. We are really looking forward to years of enjoyment of the beautiful and top quality slab my mom has decided on. Thank you to the owners/executive managers of Ace Granite for hiring & training all of the employees at my particular Jacksonville location. The Mom & Pop store attention to customer service satisfaction is impossible to find these days.
