When deciding to upgrade our kitchen counter tops, we were referred to Art Stones by a friend and immediately contacted Chuck. From his first visit, our visit to their office and through the entire process, we can not be more pleased with the service, personal attention to our wants/needs, the installers and of course, the finished product. I have now referred Art Stones to other friends and hope they experience the great quality of people and products that we did. Love, love our new kitchen!!!
I typically do not post reviews (either good or bad) as I do not have much time for it, unless I see a company that really deserves to be rated.Last year my wife and I decided to pull the trigger and renovate the kitchen in our house in Winter Springs, FL. The kitchen had old fashioned oak cabinets and dark granite and we were looking for a new counter top.We were told about Art Stones in Jacksonville and we contacted the owner Marco to discuss and set up an appointment. Marco promptly offered help and we immediately set a meeting up for Saturday morning. We traveled to Jacksonville and met Marco and his wife Simone, Art Stone’s owners. They were great overall showing us around, discussing options and helping us choose colors to match our recently purchased cabinets. We left their office with a very good impression and a few days later we received a proposal from them. The price was competitive and after we discussed payment options, installation schedule, etc. we believed Art Stones would be the right choice for our project. We accept their offer and Marco assigned Candice to manage our project. Candice was really good and kept us informed throughout the process. She managed from beginning to end; scheduling template meeting, installation and invoicing. Everything was spot on and flawless.I strongly recommend Art Stones for anyone who needs new counter tops. Professional service with personal owner’s touch that provided us a great experience.
Art Stones Design is the Best! Most Professional, friendly team from start to finish! They even followed up to make sure I was happy afterward. Excellent quality of work, they were on time and installed everything flawlessly with ease. They left the entire area so neat and clean- it came out beautiful! They really wanted to make sure I was happy and offered me many choices in their warehouse and out without pressure. I highly recommend them to anyone in North Florida!
My wife and I used Art Stones to fabricate and install new countertops and sinks in our kitchen and bathrooms. Their pricing is competitive, the staff is friendly and helpful, they worked with our preferred granite yard to select our specific slabs and they also offered from their offcuts for the small counters for savings. They drew up plans very quickly after field measuring our home and we had everything verified, cut and in place within two weeks - overall a very smooth process. I worked with Candice and Brian in the office and Jorge in the field, all professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied!
We loved everything about our experience with Art Stone Designs! They were fast, efficient, friendly and very affordable! Our kitchen counters came out even better than we expected and ahead of schedule. The first thing everyone comments on when they come in our house is our show-stopping quartz counter tops. We cant wait to start our next project with Art Stone Designs!
We recently used Art Stones for our counter tops for our kitchen remodel. They had quite a selection, and the quartz we ordered was perfect and exactly what we wanted. We price shopped a handful of local places and found Art Stones to beat their competitors pricing and also offer quicker service. This was our second time using them as we also bought some carrara marble countertops for our bathrooms about a year ago. Candice and Brian were always prompt, responsive, and easy to work with.
We have done two projects with art stone, and we are thrilled with how everything turned out. Our projects were small-bathroom countertop and outdoor kitchen and they had a great selection of remnants so we got a great value without sacrifice the look we wanted.
Great sales staff, Candice and Marco are great.
Terrible customer service. We were meant to have our powder room counter installed today and after not hearing anything I started calling yesterday to find out when our appointment was scheduled for. I was told by Candace, the office manager, that she didn’t see any order for us and that she’d call me right back. At 4:45 I finally called again because they were closing at 5:00. The call went straight to voicemail which said that the company was closed for the day. I called back to try the extension of our salesman Marco, and got the same recording.I called first thing this morning and Candace said that they would be here between 1:00 and 2:00. At 2:55 I called to see what their ETA was and Candace told me she’d call me right back. An hour later I’d still not heard from her so I called again. This time it went straight to voicemail. Apparently they closed early again for the day? It’s now 4:00. We have wasted our afternoon for these people and their method of dealing with this is to not respond to phone calls. We have no idea when our counter will be installed, they don’t even have the courtesy to tell us that. We will now be inconvenienced further next week to accommodate them no doubt? So much for any further business with these folks. We had lots of larger work to be done (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room...).Update: The installers called at 6:30 Friday night. My marble had been cut incorrectly (not their fault since they are only contracted to install). I had asked Marco to cut the stone so that the vein would run horizontally so that we could see it, but instead they cut it vertically and it runs underneath our vessel sink so that you can’t see it at all! The beauty of the stone has been destroyed. How do you make a mistake like that when that’s what you do for a living? The whole point of using this stone is to show off the natural patterns. I’m beyond devastated and now this gets pushed into next week and likely an argument because this was a remnant piece and the only part of this stone with veining was the piece they cut😪.
We had a great experience with them! Very professional and friendly! We highly recommend Art Stone!
We were told we were purchasing quartzite for an entire kitchen remodel. After only sixteen months we have the edges splintering and etching on the top. We are extremely disappointed!!!! We DO NOT recommend Art Stone as they do not stand behind their products!!!!!!
We always love working with the team at Art Stones! They are helpful, dependable and do great work!
Ordered new counter tops for my business. Fair price, quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic company from start to finish! I was blown away by how quickly they were able to install the countertops of my dreams! From the office staff to the installers, everyone was super professional and friendly! I look forward to using their services again!
My wife Kim and I had a great experience with Art Stone.
We contracted Art Stones to perform major renovations to our master and guest bath, kitchen, and to lay travertine tile in the common rooms and bathrooms of our recently purchased house. The work included tumbled travertine tile in both bathrooms and kitchen backsplash, marble countertops in the master bath, and new cabinets with granite countertops in the kitchen. When renovations started, they found and repaired termite damage in the master bath without excess costs to us. The work was professionally done, looks great, and we very happy with the final look of our house.
They were very helpful picking out color of granite. Everything went very smoothly from ordering to installation.
Turn around time was VERY FAST and installation turned out better than i expected (very professional) The showroom definitely helped me pick out the right cabinets and countertops. Very pleased and recommend to anyone
Excellent quality work. I would recommend to anyone remodeling the kitchen.
