This is one of the BEST companies and experiences I have ever had in home remodeling! Marcell, Vicki, Andreza, Troy and everyone at Duval Countertops are excellent! They take enormous time to walk you through choosing product, pricing, measuring for the installation, and everything in between. The owner comes out to assist employees with the project and takes time getting to know the homeowner. Any mistake, they take extra time to correct to ensure the happiness of their customer! From the time you walk into the showroom until you walk back to your car they are friendly and extremely helpful. The responsiveness from Vicki and Andreza is TOP NOTCH! I am SO HAPPY with my kitchen and bathroom projects that I will continue working with this company and team to complete all the other projects in my remodeling process!!! My husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Everything was great from the initial contact, template process and install. Everyone involved had a great attitude, was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. Most important of all, the price was beyond reasonable... I had quotes from other places for double the amount.

After looking around at several countertop businesses i found New View Granite. They had exactly what we had been looking for and at a great price. The owner came out and did our template and the following week it was ready for install. The installers did an amazing job!! We could not be happier i highly recommend this company! These guys messed up my beautiful granite so badly! They told me this is how the edges were supposed to look, which is obviously completely untrue. Not pictured is my bartop they installed completely crooked. One of the guys even had the audacity to tell me I was just being picky because I was pregnant! I think they ended up giving my contractor a $100 credit after a lot of complaining & them attempting to fix the areas of concern. Which was nothing compared to the thousands we spent on the granite & installation. Find another company.

Highly recommend New View Granite! Lucy worked with us on a new kitchen countertop. We were undecided on granite vs. quartz and Lucy emailed me pictures of both and let me pick up 2 quartz samples to take home to see which would work best with our backsplash. Marcal did the template and suggested we lower our high top counter to countertop height...I loved the idea! The installers were professional and did a beautiful job! Excellent experience!

Marcel and Lucy were nice in the beginning. This project took me over two months to complete for a small kitchen and bathrooms .They got my measurements wrong multiple times and in the end blamed me for it saying granite is unpredictable No, the patterns are unpredictable, but not measurements. Why else take measurements? A company should Never blame its customers for their mistakes. I should NOT be blamed for having to get new materials for mistakes on their part.There were multiple large gaps where underlying wood was exposed . One time the bar was too short, then it was too narrow and many times the backsplashea didnt align . And I still have gaps which they wanted to blame on my cabinets that I never had a problem with in all the years Ive had them .He would make promises and take them back constantly. This does not include the times Ive waited and they were late or never showed up .Im sure Marcel and Lucy are wonderful people but they were very shady in the end. when I asked for the exact square footage, she said I dont know and did not provide it. There was no transparency and it made matters difficult, Im sure for their advantage.The workes left debris all over my carpet, tile, in the cabinets and behind the dishwasher.. They peeled my wallpaper, dented my walls, and had poor professionalism in demeanor. They also scratched up the new faucet and soap dispenser I bought, but I didnt want to make a big deal out of that since I replaced it. They also made one of my. bathroom sinks crooked and never fixed it even though I asked them to multiple times .They said they would cover these costs but decided that not charging me for THEIR MISTAKES was payment enough.I would not recommend this to anyone as this has been a poor experience.

This company is not very good just for the reason that marcelo is a person who is not sincere, I personally would not recommend this company for your kitchen
