I was told by numerous friends that screen repair is expensive and time consuming, however after only one phone call and speaking to David at the Herschel at location not only was it incredibly affordable but it took less than an hour and he was friendly with awesome customer service skills and informed me of all promos discounts and available membership options to get the biggest bang for my buck. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back!

Jess was very much professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained in detail what was going on with your phone and what He suggests that you do and what you not to do and what was coverage and what was not coverage. He went over the price and it was up to you whether you want to get it done or not.

I had a fantastic experience all around, right up until the very end when I got my phone back and I saw a warning message on my phone. The phone had recently shut itself off for safety reasons due to extreme overheating. This leads me to believe that the technician had to use a hot plate or heat gun to install the new screen and did not bother to turn the phone off before proceeding with the installation. Instead the phone turned itself off only after reaching critical temperatures. Granted the phone appears to still work fine so far, and Im sure they tested it upon completion. I just cannot help worry about the unforeseen long term effects and now reduced life span of my phone.

Went in for a simple hard drive issue which they fixed, however when I got my laptop back the HDMI port no longer worked. I called and was told they were going to try and pull some strings and get this fixed today. When I arrived 5 minutes later I was told it was going to take at least four days. They took no responsibility and showed no compassion for the difficult situation they had put me in. Instead they saying that the repair was going to be covered under warranty, IN WHAT WORLD AM I PAYING FOR THEM TO FIX THE DAMAGE THEY DID?! But it seemed they wanted me to be ecstatic I wouldn’t have to pay again. Unbelievable

I filed a claim through my insurance to have a tech come to my house and fix my cracked screen on my iPhone. I was met by Will who did an outstanding job and finished the repair quickly and efficiently, he even offered a screen protector to help keep my phone safe! I definitely recommend ubreakifix!

My Grandson needed repairs on his older I- phone so we went to uBreakiFix. The nearest didnt have the parts needed to make the repairs and suggested a sister store. They had the parts and completed the repairs in a timely manner. We didnt need to leave the phone overnight. The repair took only a couple of hours. I have never dealt with an I-phone repair so I was uncertain if the cost was inflated or not. A family member suggested that she had paid much more at a different shop. My Grandson is pleased so that warms my heart!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ with that darn glass back cover. I keep it in a wallet case and through normal wear and tear apparently shattered the back cover. So Samsung recommended to come here, so I called and spoke to them and decided to schedule an online appointment way in advance. I arrived at the appointment time and was greeted by Caleb. He was very professional, explained about the warranty requirements for Samsung, and let me know about the timeframes for the repair. When I returned, 1/2 hour early, Caleb was helping another person but took a moment to acknowledge me. The other customer had a storage/memory issue and I listened as he explained all the options he had. Amazing! He checked my order next and apologized for the delay, but proved to ready as we were standing there so he got it and checked me out. I really appreciate the service before I scheduled, during the repair, and during my check out. Great Job to the company, the person who did the repair and most definitely to Caleb. Great value over buying a new phone!

Tim was great today!! He came to my home and fixed my screen and also installed a liquid glass screen protector on my phone and he did all of that in no time at all!! I came in the other day to get my laptop fixed. This guy Wesley was very rude and condescending to me, he also smelled of weed. He was pushy, rude and I didn’t end up getting my computer fixed there because of him. He tried to be intimidating and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

They should have a 0. Horrible means of communication. They had my computer for 1 week, I was to start my new job asap. I was told that they would have it ready the next day for the Windows 10 update. The next day I was told my hardrive was corrupt. How could it be if no one touched it with the exception of UBREAKIFIX. Then I was told it would need a new hard riverside. It was ordered the same day and was told that it was sent to their store. But I has to send it to NJ for repair. I needed my computer.

Went to this location today they said they would have my iPad done in 1 hour and would give me a call when it was threw . Wound up reaching back out to them myself after the hour had past they said it would be another 45 minutes because they mest up the first time so I waited 45 minutes no call back or anything so I reached back out to them and they said sorry we’re closed . so now I don’t even know we’re I stand as they were not even trying to elaborate as to why they never reached back out or why it’s going to be and additional 23 hours past there estimated time for repair . Shawn with there customer service department reached out and took care of this issue and more then rectified the problems I Had

Suffice to say I won’t be back…..Here’s the simple tasks that needed to be done:1: Flash Bios on Crosshair VIII Hero motherboard to accept a Ryzen 9 5950x using Bios Flashback.2: Make a bootable ISO of Windows Enterprise 2019 using a brand new provided thumb drive.I chose to have ubreakifix do it to save me some time. That turned out to be a futile effort. Both of these for the most part could have been background items.I arrived mid day on the Saturday the 15th of May 2021 to drop off my items for service. I was told that they could have the ISO completed by close. They said that the bios flash may take a 24hr turnaround. I said ok. I came in just before close to find neither services had even been started. The excuse given was, “We needed to make sure we got the correct ISO.” I thought that was kind of weird considering you can get ISO’s directly from the Microsoft website. But I figured it was smoke and mirrors anyways and that they just failed to touch my items.I come back on Sunday the 16th of May 2021 just before close giving them the benefit of the doubt only to find that neither simple tasks had been taken care of and that they needed another day. I promptly asked for my stuff back after waiting for a good 10-15 minutes to even talk to someone.I’m displeased with the lack of integrity, lack of ownership, and lack of concern for a paying customer. Not only did they fail to meet their own timelines but they chose to lie about it. I will not be doing business with them again.Oh they also failed to put in the receipt notes at drop off that the 5950x was in the motherboard and I had to trust that I would get it back. That’s wholly unprofessional to not add customer requested notes to a receipt. I had to add it myself just to cover my rear and ensure I got my stuff back. NOTES ARE IMPORTANT……Waste of time, waste of money, even though I signed up for their Asurion warranty to pay for the services that were supposed to be rendered, and probably won’t see that refunded either.Do not go here to get work done find someone else.All I got out of this was a lousy piece of tape.

I just left the store after bringing my Google Pixel 3 to get inspected. I thought something was wrong with the charging port because my charger was not working correctly. The gentleman at the front took my phone and did a cleaning of the charging port and said there was a little bit of debris. He was very kind and didnt charge me for the cleaning. Brought my computer in on Friday for a diagnostic, Caleb said itd be done in 2 days. Called in on Monday still hadnt been looked at and was told give them 2 more days. Called on Thursday still hadnt been looked at, at all. So I just went ahead and picked it up. A whole week wasted for nothing.The worst service ever. Maybe they are better with fixing phones but with computers its a no-go.

I checked my PS4 in for help. It had been bugging me for months on end and they were able to fix it up to where i can play my games again with no issue at all!
