Fantastic, for someone, that has difficulty navigating and accessing everything required to successful complete my phone challenges. So first off I wanna say what an amazing experience I had! My phone randomly stopped working and your technician Liz came to my rescue! She instantly knew what the issue was and replaced my battery in minutes for me and got me on an amazing deal! I filed a claim through my insurance to have a tech come out and fix my iPhone yesterday. Will came out promptly and to a different address i asked instead of the one on file. He did an amazing job fixing my screen in only 15 minutes! He was super helpful and i fully recommend him to others.

So I called up here before coming in to check on prices and they are amazing and affordable. Much better than another place that I went to on Beach boulevard at a previous time. It also doesnt seem sketchy like the other place did. This establishment is really nice and Wes was really helpful in taking care of me and making sure that I got everything that I needed. I felt very comfortable and that means a great deal. Everyone was wearing a mask and took it very seriously. I would definitely without hesitation recommend this store to anyone that was looking for any replacements on their screens or cases or covers for their phone as they have a lifetime warranty on everything. I hope that I dont have to come back but I know exactly where to go to if I do. Thank you all so much for taking care of me and it means a lot!

Terrible experience.Tricked me into paying 300$ just to sit here and have it break in less than 6 months. Fixed my iPhone 11 and failed to tell me that it was no longer waterproof. They then told me that the warranty I had was not covered due to it having water damage. Waste of time and money. Dont go here. Go to apple or Best buy. Ive had my phone replaced with apple and it was much quicker and definitely not a headache. This awful establishment should be sued for swindling their customers.

My Galaxy ultra plus was broken, had no clue what was wrong with it,, tried to power it down and couldnt, couldnt use it and didnt know what to do about it. Made an appt. online for the same day. This one-star review is not about the technical service I recieved; it is about deceptive and (in my opinion) fraudulent business practices. The company has been bought by Asurion, which is now using the stores to sell people monthly insurance plans. Prices quoted over the phone and listed in store are based on people signing up for this service, but it is not made clear until time for payment. In my case, after I stated clearly that I had no intention of signing up, the person behind the counter signed me up anyway and gave me a piece of paper with a number to call to cancel the service. I did; but I should not have had to do so.Avoid this business.

Nice place they took my phone right away to fix it it didnt take long either. They charge me a little bit over $300 To fix screen on my Samsung Galaxy S21.But they did a terrible job.Phone broke on the same place couple months down the road. I took it to the different shop. I didnt tell guy anything about the phone. after he fixed it, he told me that my phone broke on the same place even I didnt tell him that and he told me it was because the guy who fixed it previously Forgot to put protection on it Thats why it broke on the same place even I dropped it from 6 inch height.

Had the screen replaced on my iPad and there is dust under neath the screen creating small dots all over the lcd. You would think they made sure there is no dust underneath the replacement screen before placing it on the iPad.

I went here a few weeks ago to have my keyboard cleaned and replaced if necessary. It couldnt be replaced as it was welded to the base. They cleaned it as best they could but did not charge me. I had questions about my laptop in general and they answered those as well. They are so all polite and friendly that I will bring any of my electronics here.Also Im writing this during the pandemic and they require everyone to wear mask including themselves. I went to a different outfit first but none of them were masked up and that was a deal breaker.

Recently dropped off iPhone for screen repair, and received excellent service. Zac helped me and provided quick replacement of the screen in Less than an hour. The place was busy, And there was a line when I walked in, but it moved really quickly. Exceeded my expectations and I will definitely go back again.

Just dropped my Pixel 4a 5G off for the third time for what should have been a simple screen replacement. First time the screen broke its seal and popped out within 3 days, then today I had to take it back because it was doing ghost clicks. I was given a loaner phone that was 5 years old that wont even run some of my current apps. No telling how long it will be before I get my phone back. For being a Google Partner, they are NOT doing a good job. Very disappointed in service and quality of replacement part.

I brought in my I Phone for repair. The price was $245.00 but they price march so I got it repaired for $145. It took about 2 hours. They text me to let me know they were finished with the phone. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I had an iPad that wouldn’t take a charging cord. I called and they said that it was either a bad charging port or it may just need to be cleaned. It was going on be $40 to clean the port and if that didn’t work then I would need to replace the port but I wouldn’t have to pay for the cleaning if that was the case. I went in and Wes looked at it and said he’d be right back. He came back out two minutes later and said that I had a charger that broke off a piece inside the port and that he removed it. He didn’t charge me the cleaning fee as it was just a small piece and took a minute or so to fix. I thought this was great customer service! I would recommend Wes and this place for repairs. I have used them before and they have always been friendly and efficient.

He was very understanding of the fact that I can’t be without my computer for long because of school. My over all experience was unpleasant. I dropped my phone off at 11 am was told it would only take 2 hrs. Called 2hrs later just to get a check up was told it was done that they finished it in an hr. Got there 5 hrs after I had dropped it off only to be told it was not finished yet that it would be 10 more min. Finally get my phone and check my bank statement today to find out they double charged me. They took $600 from me
