Gentlemen thinking his name is Jake was good to take care of my issue with my phone. Wouldnt hold a charge so ordered battery. Still had issues so he replaced port for no charge. Very professional and I would recommend this repair store.

My iPhone needed a new battery. I used their web site to get a quote, which was less than I expected. It was low enough that, though I could do this work myself, it literally wasnt worth the time and trouble to do it on my own.Also adding value is the one year warranty on the new battery.I went in the same day and had my iPhone back in one hour.This could not have been easier or more pleasant. Ill recommend this store to anyone I hear of who needs a replacement battery or repair.Well done, everyone!

They are very honest here!! We went there due to a locked iphone 10 that an Apple tech person was not able to fix over the phone and Apple stores are closed. Reuben @ CPR told me they could attempt to fix it for $50 or I could look up “device firmware update mode” online and follow the instructions. I opted to try the device firmware update myself and it worked! I’m very pleased. They could have just charged me $50 to fix it but instead he gave me information on how to do it myself for free! We will definitely take our phones / computers here if necessary in the future.

A few days ago I got my charger piece stuck in my phone 😳, I called hoping someone would answer with almost everything being closed & to my surprise they were. I was ready to pay an arm and leg but it wasn’t a lot at all. Just $10 and a quick fix. Thank you so much, I didn’t get a name but it was May 1st around 2:30.

Ive been to a good amount of electronics repair shops in my life, and CPR takes the cake. Ive been going here for years now, and their extremely high level of customer service is absolutely UNMATCHED in todays market. You can tell that their technicians know what theyre talking about. They are very forward and honest. If a repair isnt worth it, theyll tell you. If the repair happens to be something smaller and cheaper than what was originally diagnosed, theyll tell you! No shady business here.Ive had phones, tablets, game systems, and laptops repaired by them. If, for whatever reason, the repair doesnt live up to the expectation down the road- they have a warranty on all of their work! And I must add that I consider myself a very nit-picky person with my devices, and the quality of their repairs is fantastic. You can tell the difference in quality from some other shops cheaper parts and the ones that CPR use.The owners and staff are all extremely helpful and friendly, and are even involved in the community. Id give them a 6 star rating if I could. Ive never had a bad experience- and if you do, rest assured theyll turn it in to a good one.

Even though they werent able to fix my phone (it happens), they were still able to make it a positive experience for me. Since I ended up needing to go to the Apple Store, CPR reimbursed me for my bill at Apple. Im not sure if thats company policy or if it was situational but I felt taken care of even though the repair didnt go as planned. It just goes to show that they truly value their customers and dont just see them as profit.

Small piece of glass on the rear of phone that covers the rear cameras broke. Took it in to have it fixed. Replaced it with the wrong color glass. When brought back the second time so they could fix their mistake, I asked if the repair they made allowed the phone to still be waterproof he told me he couldnt guarantee it and shouldnt try it. To me that is not a repair. Thats just a cosmetic fix. I should have asked this question before hand but now I know better.

I always thought I had to go to my cell phone provider for a damaged phone... which can be a nightmare. So I was very excited to find CPR. My daughter has cracked her iPhone screen 2 times since she has had it and CPR has fixed it both times. We have been 100% satisfied with the repairs, pricing, and staff. I have a habit of breaking iPhone screens and there is only 1 place in town that I trust to repair my phone in a quick, efficient, friendly and (relatively) low cost manner...are iPhone screens meant to be destroyed?! My laptop had started having problems last week, much to my anxiety and distress. I had been calling other repair shops and private services, and in the end, CPR was the only place that I felt comfortable with, considering the reports of top-quality service and affordable rates. I took my laptop in, and they immediately diagnosed the issue with my charger jack. They assured me that they can quickly have the broken part replaced. I left my laptop with them, knowing that it would be safe in their expert care. When I picked it up after the repairs, it worked perfectly! We took our cell phone to get the charging connector repaired so we could charge the phone. When we went back to pick up the phone we were told that during the process, after fixing the charging connector the phone would not turn on. We discussed the issue with the owner since the phone had no issue starting up prior to being fixed. The owner was unsure, of what the technician had done during the repair but took full responsibility for the broken phone. I greatly applaud this business owner for taking full responsibility of his employees and promptly correcting the issue in the only way possible, He replaced the phone. Kudos for standing up and being an honorable business owner. I highly recommend CPR for all your repair needs!

They arent allowed to put screen savers on your phone or tablet, unless its one of 2 particular ones, that they know about.

I went in for something I thought was going to be a big problem and it turned out to be super simple. The guys there were so nice about it and they didnt charge me anything at all. Definitely will be going back if I have any more problems.

Got a SIM card stuck in my iphone. They got it out for me and gave me a new SIM card tray for free and it all took about 5 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Their website states they diagnose and repair Nintendo handheld consoles, but when I called I was told they had no technicians who could fix my Nintendo 3DS xl that is having an issue turning on. Not sure why you would advertise a service that you cannot actually do.

BAD REPAIR SERVICE ...... Last year (2015) my I pad mini screen completely shaddered from falling of my couch. I went to this repair shop and I gave them 100+ dollars to fix my screen. I came back to pick up my iPad mini the following day.. ( fast service ) ( Crappy Repair ) I was happy AT FIRST... Only to find out it was not an APPLE screen. So it did honestly no good and my new screen wasnt even screwed on all the way.... I was highly disappointed. If you want Good Repair Service....dont come hereOh btw.... I got a full refund....so I guess thats good. Hope this helped.

Ignore the negative review from Fakey McFakerton below. Ive bought two phones from CPR and had them repair an ipod. They have a great crew that is knowledgeable, upfront and reliable. One of the iphones I bought developed a sticky home button and they fixed it for free under a 6 month warranty I didnt even know came with the phone. I highly recommend CPR for both repairs and used phones.
