How this is not a 100% 5-star review place I dont know As a local business owner I always am concerned with what the perception is when a customer comes into my store. When I walked into the Jacksonville store, For the first time in a very long time I felt welcomed and normal. This place is what I would think of as a computer repair store. They are amazing and so nice, every person there is nice.

Amazing, super nice staff! Bo is a miracle worker and fixed my old iPhone while saving everything on it….I had previously taken it to 3 other repair shops that told me there was no way to fix it! Also, fixed my daughter’s cracked iPad screen same day. Highly recommend!

I work long hours and didn’t get off of work until after 7pm. I called and they told me to come in anyway. They stayed upon well past their closing time of 7:30pm to fix my IPhone Screen. They by far have the best customer service and technical knowledge of any electronic repair store I have ever experienced. I recommend them to anyone who need their electronics repaired. Very reasonable priced and quick service.

Took my tablet in because I had not used in a while and I couldnt get the thing to charge or come on, It was on a saturday late afternoon and the young lady was at lunch so we came back later,, she tested it and tried a couple chargers on it and walla it started charging !! I have taken several eletronic items here and have always had a good experiance.

My favorite PC screen was broken in transit of a move. I was on a tight deadline as I was preparing for a military obligation and needed this computer back online as soon as possible. I looked up local companies and saw the high ratings on their service and decided to give them a call.They were very responsive and true professionals. When I explained to them what unusual circumstances that I was facing as a service member, they went above and beyond to get me what I needed at an expedited pace. They were so empathetic, reasonable and I truly recommend them for your PC, Cell phone and electronic needs.

My iPhone 7 suddenly locked up out of nowhere the only thing on the screen was the Apple sign. I have tried everything I could to fix it on my own but no luck. Took my phone to the Henderson Drive location right when they open and both Jackie and Justin were there and took care of my phone right away. They tried hard to save everything that they could on it before having to do a factory reset but it wasn’t possible even so they did their absolute best. They ended up putting in a new battery and restarting the phone. Gradually throughout the day everything we thought was lost came back and they ended up not only saving my phone but saving everything on it. The only things I had to do was set my phone up the way I was used to having it (preferences) which I was able to get done with no issues. During the whole process they were super nice and professional and made the waiting for the fix so much fun as they were both great!!! I’m not that savvy about my phone and they know what they’re talking about but they never make you feel like you’re clueless because you don’t know they always treat you with such respect and help you understand how things work I have taken things to this location before and I have never ever been disappointed they always go above and beyond to do everything they can to help you for a very fair and reasonable price. I am so VERY grateful to them for helping me today 😊Thanks so much. I run a small business in Indiana. We may be small but we do big business. Our email accounts had froze and we were unable to receive our clients email correspondence. This was going to lose us money. Beau personally was able to not only open our accounts for us he was able to retrieve password information for our companies account that we thought we had lost for good. I want to share my experience. I have relocated to North Carolina from Arkansas in December 2020. I have been in need for a new computer family. I have had one computer guy for the past 17 years in Arkansas. So trust is huge.Well, ifixNC has now become my computer shop. Let me share why...I had my tablet in my bag for over a month and in need of a computer repair shop. Finally, one day I just decided, hey Google search computer repair. A location came up while I was on base and I stop by. There was a lady in the waiting room and the associate was in the back. I left after standing for 9 minutes and got back in my car and called ifixNC and a gentleman answered and gave directions immediately.I arrived at the location and entered the establishment. There was a female associate and her young daughter behind the counter. She greeted me and ask how could she help me. I handed her my tablet and she looked it over. She asked if she could charge it up and I said, of course. As the tablet begin to charge, I informed her that it was a brand new tablet that I purchased several years prior. However, I had only used it five times. She soon realized that my charging port was no good. She hooked it up to her charging port and immediately my tablet charged. She talked and laughed with me for several minutes and said, Just continue to let your tablet charge. Youve taken great care of it. She handed the tablet and (her) charger over to me. I said, Let me pay you something. She denied. When I tell you after the day I had and for her to extend kindness and grace towards me, I was sold. It is so rare to find a company with impeccable customer service, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and outstanding personalities. Win-win for me.Thank you... I have placed my other tablet in my bag. Went in to replace my broken cracked macbookpro screen. Other places charged me over 500 for it but they charged $120. I figured it was too good to be true.....At first glance it looked pretty legit. Then i noticed it looked as if it was peeling off. Thats when i realized all they did was remove the glass and added a flimsy cover to it.....😑😑😑Also have weird edge lighting nowI guess you get what you pay for.....

This is a place to get cheap repairs or quick fixes that will not last. This place sells products cheap with something that will last days, weeks, if lucky a month. Then you go back for their so called warranty.... its not covered under the warranty so then they charge you more money to fix it.... so they get you with buying it cheap and a no good warranty just so you can spend the extra money to fix it.... A.K.A. PROFIT!You dont have to explain your scheme with me. You shouldnt take advantage of no person. You are suppose to treat people like you want to be treated, so I pray that this was a accident or a mishap but i doubt it on how disrespectful you were to my wife. In the end You, me and God knows what happened and if your ok with it then life goes on. Good luck to your future customers.

Worked a miracle on my specialty device, for $400 LESS than the manufacturer quoted!I use a big, special, expensive graphics tablet every day for my job. My device is very old, so when it breaks, its no surprise - but what WAS a surprise is that the tech in town could fix it, in just a days turnaround, for several hundred dollars less than the manufacturer quoted. They offered advice on the problems and whether it was worth it to even fix, given the age and how much I use it for work. Knowing theres a shop in town that can handle my very important specialty device is a HUGE weight off my shoulders. I didnt have to text my clients and tell them I couldnt make deadlines because of a dead Cintiq!

Let me tell u !! If I could give 1000000 stars I would from start to finish absolutely amazing ! About a month ago I gave them a call that my MacBook Pro suffered an accident and needed fixing well yesterday was the only time I actually had the money to be able to go and take it to get fixed ! From the moment I called them the first time they were very amazing with the customer service and getting back to me ! Well yesterday I took it in was amazingly well treated by Jean and her co workers got a call later on with the diagnostic and the price I said it was fine and to proceed I asked how long it would take and she said about two weeks and I explained to her that just to make sure cus I’m moving at the end of the month well they went above and beyond today one day later only I have my computer back good as new with everything fixed and at pick up they were just as amazing as on drop off ! I completely recommend them one hundred and one percent ! Not just Bc of how they took care of me but how they were extremely helpful and nice that now a days is so hard to find ! Ashley was sooo wonderful, Helpful & Very nice about how to fix my phone.. i told her i wasn’t worried about the money i just need to get into my to assess my email and my bank card.. I actually stood there and seen her take my phone apart very fast and Diagnose the problem.. they had told me & my Girlfriend that i had to hook it up to itunes to update the new ios.. Naww that’s wasn’t the case Ashely check the battery & the screen those parts was all fine and working and i didn’t need the new updated ios.. Purchased what I was told a new PSU and installed and instantly started smoking and smelling funny. Purchased another new one local to make sure it wasnt something in the computer(which it wasnt) and computer works perfect. Called and explained the issue and theyre unwilling to refund the product or do anything to help. Would not recommend using them.

Excellent work and professionalism again today. I love this shop!!This was my follow up visit to have my pictures on my old iPhones downloaded it to thumb drives to be saved. These pictures mean a lot to me and I thought they would be lost forever but they flawlessly saved every picture/video offboth phones. Honest business with excellent customer service. My husband brought my computer in because it would not turn on. As it turns out it was just the power cord because it turned on just fine for them (they use their own power cords). I really do love this shop. Since the first time setting foot in here in 2018 it has felt like a home away home. Filled with laughter, family, and friends. The staff is amazing outside of one or two over the few years. The owner is extremely talented and does an excellent job with the repairs. The only thing he requires is the time to allow him to do the delicate work needed for said repairs. The employees have the opportunity to learn valuable skills, the flexibility to bring their kids to work with them so childcare is not required, maternity leave, and I have not personally seen a boss/employee relationship within a company that was as strong as in this company. I had a very bad experience at the iFixNC in Jacksonville. One of my kids broke off a headphone adapter in the headphone jack of a tablet. Apparently when I dropped it off to have the headphone jack fixed, the receptionist only wrote out the repair ticket to have the broken part removed from the jack, not to fix it so the headphone jack actually worked again. Later that day I was told my tablet was fixed. I paid $40 for the repair and took the tablet home to find that the headphone jack still did not work. I immediately called to let them know it wasn’t repaired and that I would bring it back to them - which I did. Today I picked up the tablet for a second time. Now the headphone jack is fixed. Hooray! But they insisted that I pay them additional money for the second repair. I asked to speaker to a manager about the additional charge, and he was unapologetic. He said that what was communicated to him when I dropped the tablet off originally was that I wanted the broken piece taken out of the headphone jack - not that I wanted the headphone jack repaired. Really? I wanted to pay you $40 to NOT have the headphone jack work? There is a major communication breakdown at this location, further documented by receiving multiple phone calls by different people about my tablet when the repair was complete. If you choose to go to the Jacksonville location, get a copy of the repair ticket and make sure your repair request is stated correctly and clearly. If they make a mistake regarding what you want done, they will not correct the issue without charging you.I experienced very poor customer service, and I will not go back to iFixNC in Jacksonville again.

Really excellent little shop - called in about doing an urgent repair and they were very helpful. Polite and professional staff knew exactly what was up with my laptop and were actually able to work a simple fix while I was still in store! Not the normal experience but I was lucky. Highly recommend.

Not a good place to go if you need your computer back quick. Took my computer in to have it fixed and was told by the female sitting at the desk that it would be at least 30 days before I would get it back, so I took it to CPR and Ill have it back and fixed in a week

Beau was absolutely amazing! I had decided to repair my own iPad screen after cracking it (BIGGEST MISTAKE!). Ended up breaking the mother board and God knows how many other parts. Very reasonable with pricing and VERY professional. Got my iPad back and running for $250.00. Pretty much replaced the interior of it. I couldn’t be happier. Was very helpful with fixing my phone

It was a Sunday when my Kayak tipped over and my iphone6 (inside a LifeProof case) got water damaged. I went to 5 stores in Jacksonville looking for a iphone repair kit or a 5 point Pentalobe screwdriver needed to open the iphone shell. A few stores had the Mac/iPhone unique tool; but could not sell it or let me use it even if I payed a fee to remove the two screws that allow the shell of most iPhones to open. Needing isopropyl alcohol to clean the phone if I could get it opened, I stopped at Walgreens, the cashier sent me to ifixNC at the old bank where Onslow Drive and Henderson meet. I was pleasantly surprised to find it open at 5:30 PM on Sunday afternoon. Ashley greeted me and listened to my story, as I handed her my phone that was inside a ziplock bag of rice. She first explained that the rice thing was a myth and didnt help, then took the two screws out dried the inside surfaces, disconnected the battery to prevent further damage and refused to let me pay her. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and and overall lovely person. She saved my day, my phone and my hope for humanity. If you need a laptop, phone, computer, gaming system or any everyday device fixed, or maintained go see Ashley at ifixNC where the old bank used to be where Onslow Drive and Henderson meet. Over promised and under delivered.I took a tablet in to have the screen replaced. I left with the expectation that they would notify me if there was a problem or a change to the status of my repair. iFixNC set this expectation when they sent me a text moments after I left the store. After a week I received no notifications at all. When I called I was told that the part was ordered but had to be returned but when I asked why I wasnt notified of the change in the status and delay in the repair all I got was excuses. This pattern continued and I had to call in order to know anything about my repair. The repair took twice as long as expected and I had to call to find out anything at all. iFixNC is not in the customer service business. If you have no other choice (like me) do not have high expectations of service. I am a reasonable customer, I understand delays. I just want to be notified and not treated like I am doing the business a favor.

Ashley is SUCH a sweetheart! I got my phone a new screen a couple days prior to meeting her since i had cracked it, next thing i knew, the new screen wasn’t working good so I came back in 3 days later to hopefully get a another new one or see what the issue was. she fixed it on the spot for me, didn’t charge me anything for the new screen and even gave me a free screen protector. great customer service even explained to me what she was doing so i wasn’t confused. I would recommend them!! great service

Brought my phone in for repair and I was given a time that they said that it will for sure be done in but they didn’t finish it until a few days passed deadline. Not only that, customer service was TERRIBLE.The owner is not scared to fight back. He wouldn’t even let me talk lol.Note: they will charge you almost $100 if you decide to just pick your phone up and have it repaired elsewhere. Some stores will not do that to you.
