I called today asking about a new screen for a ZTE Max XL. Mike told me it would be $100.00 for the screen and installation. I then researched how much a screen cost, it was around $20.00 to $30.00 on the google store. I then called back, asking him about about the price for labor. He then said it was $60.00 an hour. I then asked him about how long it would take, and he said, An hour to an hour and a half. I then asked, Its really going to take you an hour to screw in a screen? At this he started saying If you dont like it go somewhere else. Buddy! Ive got people coming from all over to my store. Buddy! Ive got people coming all the way from Georgia to get serviced here! Buddy! Mike, you should really follow the principle of not talking back to and disrespecting your potential customers. I will be going somewhere else.*Update:I just called the 10,000 Cellphones, Repairs, Tablets and Batteries repair shop and asked the same question I asked to Mike. They told me it was going to be $30.00 an hour for labor. They were polite and helpful and answered my question quickly.

Thought my phone may be beyond repair but the fixed it right up in just over an hour - was able to drop it off and come back for it.Reasonable prices and they offer discounts on phone accessories (Like screen protectors) with repair - even put on the screen protector for me! All around great - A+ ☺️

I went to get my iPhone 5s screen replaced and Mike was able to fix it very quickly approx 15-20min. He gave me a great deal, much more reasonable than other places! Fixed it fast, for a great price what more could you ask for?!! Mike was very nice and welcoming, keep it up man!

Mike was great. He’s honest, friendly and fast. We thought we had a IPhone 6s and he told us one price but then he noticed it was a IPhone 6 and he charged us less when he could have just kept that to himself.

Needed a new battery and a screen fixed, the phone was fixed quickly and they were less expensive than the other shops I called. Very polite and knowledgeable about phone, computer, and television repair. Would reccomend for sure and will use them again!

Mike did an amazing job with my IPhone 7 Plus repair for an amazing price. I highly recommend anyone with a broken phone to go to him. He’ll get you right and keep a conversation as he’s working on your phone.That was a year ago right after he fixed my phone he asked for a reviewBut now, I wouldn’t recommend it. I went in to get my phone fixed and two weeks later I had to get a new phone. The battery did not last at all, my phone kept glitching. After I went to Apple to do a diagnostic, they found so many problems with my phone, as if he did more than just fix my cracked screen.

Definitely all positives, I have a iPhone 6 Plus and he fixed not only the screen but my camera, and threw in a glass screen protector and a free charger. Along with also fixing my other phones camera 10/10 service.
