All of the people that we dealt with were professional, very friendly, and super helpful. Great place to find newer lightly used cars that are selling under retail value! I have only had my car for a few days so far but I love it! So happy with my purchase. Justin and all of the members of the Merit Auto team are professional and knowledgeable; they were willing to explain and answer all of my questions! They took their time and didn’t rush the process at all! While they sell cars as is with no dealer warranty, the 2019 Buick Encore I purchased still had the original warranty and I was able to purchase a service contract which is well worth it and not very costly! The service contract covers maintenance on the vehicle and it even covers mechanical issues. So anything that happens I just take it to a dealership and it gets fixed, no deductible!! That’s what I call peace of mind!

Definitely recommend this place. Their inventory is top notch. Lots of cars that make it look like you spent a ton of cash, while all along being very affordable. I didn’t have the best of credit. All the banks turned me down, but vadim called the bank and finessed a deal. Juan was amazing from the start. Very helpful. Vito put the finishing touches on it. 5 Star Update: I made a great purchase a month ago! It was a smooth, quick and easy process ..I had an issue with my AC after 3 weeks. Soon after my husband contacted them and expressed some concerns. After a miss understanding was resolved I was told to bring the vehicle in for a diagnoses, they were able to seal the leak in the AC. The gentleman I spoke to was kind and understanding of the issue, if it occurs again he mentioned he will take care of it. Awesome!! Im glad things were resolved, makes me a happy customer.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of a 2018 Subaru Outback. I got a very good deal and I paid for it with my own financing so the process was very easy and quick. However, the gas tank was on empty and I informed Juan of that and the finance manager. They only filled the tank half-way, what dealership does not provide you with a full tank of gas? Additionally, they called me the next day and said that they needed my SSN for their in house financing, which I did not apply for and I purchased the car with my own financing. They had confused me with someone else. Because of that, I gave them a three star rating. Hopefully, they will do better with new customers.

Ahmad assisted us with a lot of our technical questions and help streamlined the paper work. While in the process of buying the car, we discovered some minor deficiencies with it, but both Justin and Ahmad got it scheduled to get it fixed almost immediately. I worked with Big Mitch when purchasing my car.. He was friendly and texted me the next day to check on me ... Wondering if he checks on all his female customers . It was kinda weird.. He kept asking me that night & a few days afterwards to complete a review... But I patiently waited on purpose! The car had a message on the dash that said the car needed an oil change. So I asked for the oil to be changed... He didnt come through as promised on the oil change. I had to call up there to get the oil change issue corrected. I sent my son up there and he told my son, he NEVER said we can get the oil change on Monday which was untrue. He told my son they were booked & he needed to make an appointment and to come back the next day at 4pm...Mitch promised us we would get an oil change & fill up the tank on Monday (since it was late & everyone was gone for the day). We were there at 9:30am as he told us on the night we purchased the car.After calling Ann, she said Merit Auto is not into playing games and she got the oil change done for me on Monday. She also said, they do not open until 10am so I am wondering why Mitch told us to be there at 9:30 for the oil change.This is the very reason why I didnt complete the review until Big Mitch fulfilled his promise.Side note: Not all, but some Car salesmen say one thing & do another (which would have happened if I didnt speak to someone else to get the oil change).This wasnt my first rodeo purchasing a car!He also had the nerve to go fill the car up & stop and get food from Subway (who does that)...The process of purchasing the car was smooth all in all!

Really nice young salesman learning the ropes. Didnt want the car he showed me. The appraiser brought my truck back and said the frame of my truck was all rusted out and not safe to drive. I knew better so I left. The next day I got nearly 14000 for it after thorough inspection. I will never go back.

Had a great experience buying my car here. Juan was very helpful. I really liked how clean and professional they were. I went to a different dealership and the sales rep’s desk was a mess (paper all over the place and food). The Finance Mgr presented the options in an easy chart unlike the other price that scratched down numbers on a ripped up paper.

I was browsing cars from this dealership online, I was interested in a 2019 Dodge Challenger for 21k. A sales lady called me to talk about the vehicle, I asked what the cash price would be and she stated that they price very aggressive and would not haggle the price. LOL. This might just be the only dealership in the history of dealerships that wouldnt budge from the advertised price especially on a cash deal. Way to lose $20,000 in literally a 90 second conversation.Edit: After this review, the sales manager called me to explain that the advertised price is the selling price and they dont haggle and told me it was unfair to give them a 1 STAR review. Unfortunately all they care about are just higher reviews, therefore my 1 STAR review stands.DO NOT LET THEM BULLY YOU INTO CHANGING YOUR REVIEW.
