K&O are SCAMMING people. We bought a car there in May. Engine light came on as soon as we pulled off the lot. They are refusing to do anything about it. They had us take it to their mechanic recently, when they confirmed that it needed an engine repair costing over $3000 they ghosted us and the mechanic. We haven’t even been able to register the car because we can’t afford the repair. They lied straight to us saying the car had been checked by a mechanic. Bad business. Do not buy from K&O. I’ve never seen such a poorly run establishment. They will get what they deserve. What goes around comes around.

I took my daughter to buy a car at K&O Auto Wholesale in Jacksonville FL. I mostly watched as she did all the transaction on her own. I was impressed. I was expecting the usual fast talking car salesman who would say anything to sale a car. The people there were pretty decent. There was no pressure and did not try and rush the sale. They answered all question asked. For us it was a pretty good experience. If it stays the same there, I would go back to buy a car any day.

The company I work for purchased a 2013 van from Nick this week. When it was originally test driven there were a couple of things wrong with it. Once they fixed the issues, we test drove it again. Couldnt ask for anything better. I think that was the quickest car purchase EVER!! Nick is such a nice man. No muss no fuss...lets make this as easy as possible.

I went here with my son. He got a great deal on VW Jetta. He is very happy with the vehicle and he got a great deal. I know the must have a lot of patience because my son will wear you out haggling over something he wants for the lowest possible price. And he got what he wanted.

Look somewhere else. They don’t service the vehicles they sell. They will tell you they have them checked but unfortunately it’s a lie. We bought an suv from Nick. All was good until we drove off the lot and the engine light came on. I had the car checked by two reputable mechanics and it needs a major engine repair costing over $3000. I contacted Nick and let him know and he pretty much blew me off saying they werent going pay for any repairs and eventually told me to go trade it in at car max. I even offered to buy a different vehicle from them if they would take back the one that needs so much money put into it, he said it would be too difficult to do the paperwork. We got scammed by K&O. They obviously buy straight from the auction and put them for sale on their lot and don’t even check the oil. The car wasn’t even detailed. Now I have an expensive lawn ornament because I can’t yet afford the repair. We haven’t even put 100 miles on the car. It’s too bad they don’t take care of their customers. I would not recommend this dealer. If I could give no stars I would.Update: Ive called that number serval times and never got a response until I left a message saying I wanted to buy another car. Then I got a call back from Nick the same person I had been dealing with thats gotten this situation nowhere. If there is a manger and they would like to do the right thing by all means call me. I did alot of car shopping over the past few weeks and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Nick and Ori. I didnt actually buy a car from them BUT they were one of the few auto lots that I wasnt pressured or felt uncomfortable and they took the time to explain everything to me. They show you the legit Carfax and their prices are fair. Im writing this review to let people know that if they are in the market for a used car to make sure to have this place on your list. I purchased a car from them and was guaranteed by Nick it was in good shape. I specifically told them, Look Im driving it to Texas and need to know its in good shape. and Yes I do Admit that I didnt check the fluid levels before leaving. however they told me its in immaculate condition. and it is physically. however it broke down two hours out of Jacksonville. it over heated. the waterpump stopped working and the oil was black from not being serviced. I was for es to take. $240 taxi ride back to the airport and paid $350 to flu back to Texas and reent a trailer and drive to pick it up in Florida. adding $640 for the trailer and gas. I texted nick and called and no call back. he actually didnt even read my messages after the initial text stating I broke down and need help. he must have blocked me. I u derstand the car was As Is as its alder year. however a simple apology or explanation on how he serviced the vehicle would be nice. Im a State Trooper and see people stranded every day in similar situations. sad to see there are people out there in business and treating customers in such neglect and carelessness. eventually wrong doings will catch up with them.

I got a car here back in May. It started shuddering when I’d accelerate a few days after I got it and today I found out there was play doe or something covering the check engine light. When I got the car I was told there was nothing wrong with it and it’s had no issues. Thankfully I had it fixed but these people lie and cover things up in order to make sales. They also don’t service their cars while they have them so if they tell you that it’s a lie.

For the last few weeks I had been looking for a vehicle. I feel like because I was a young, single female, dealerships were trying to take advantage of me. When I went to K&O they let me to look at the cars without pressure to buy. I told them my budget and they worked with me. They did all the paperwork right there in the office so I didn’t have to go to the DMV, and he even put gas in the car and aired up the tires! I absolutely LOVE my car and I will be recommending them to friends and family. 10/10 great experience!!

A few weeks ago I was searching for another vehicle to purchase and I came across K&O Auto Wholesale. I really didnt know what to expect but all the reviews were good. Additionally, the website was very organized and easy to navigate. Most importantly, the prices were very fair. With all that said, thats not what stands out the most to me about these guys. They truly gave me a good experience that I want to share with others.For starters, when I pulled up, Ori greeted me and asked me how my day was going. He asked me if I was looking for anything specific. He pointed out the types of vehicles in the parking lot and told me Take your time looking around and dont be shy about getting my attention if you need anything. I liked that he wasnt trying to sell me anything.The selections were actually very nice and the mileage was to my satisfaction for what I was looking for. I found a few options and started looking at each of the vehicles history and the Carfax report. They didnt leave out any details. I appreciated that. I finally found what I was looking for in an SUV.The moment that stood out to me the most was when I came back to Ori and mentioned the vehicle that caught my interest. When I pointed it out, he told me that I might like another one better. It was the same model but was much nicer. He then told me Take a look at this one and let me know if you still want to test drive the first one you mentioned. Once again, he didnt try to sell me and left me to check it out on my own time.It was much nicer than my first pick and I appreciated that Ori let me make the decision on my own without pressuring me. When I told him that I was more interested in the second pick he set me up to take it for a test drive. It was smooth, easy to handle, and everything worked great. I was actually surprised at how good it drove. I found my car.The rest of the purchasing process was easy as well. Ori and the team are very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Update: it is stranger to get such a response even faster than the heavyset gentleman came out of the building to not assist me. The building which is in the middle of the lot toward the street and that had a green scion xD in the lot about 2-3 rows back from the building toward the wall. The car is also listed online as being for sale by K&O Auto Wholesale. Im not confused at all which lot I was on when I had such a strange experience and I have a very good memory of exactly where I am treated rudely to make sure I dont accidentally return. Strange place. I was interested in a car for cash. I entered the lot and and a gentleman came out asking if he could help me with something (as if I was lost). I stated that I was looking to buy a car, preferably for cash. He simply commented that they are holding them for tax season before he returned to his office. Not even an attempt to sell me anything or even let me test drive a car? Very weird experience. I can only assume that means they are only looking for customers who will finance their purchase or maybe they dont sell to women by themselves? No earthly idea, but for a business that was just plain rude and very odd behavior.

Your Wasting your money. I have had nothing but problems with my car since I got here there’s not one thing that I haven’t had to replace. Warranty? LOL that doesn’t do anything you still come out of pocket hundreds. Save your money go somewhere better They are crooks. And nine times out of 10 all these good reviews on here that have five stars we’re put up before they left the lot. They ask you for review before you even leave because they know they’re not getting a good review after you do And figure out that you got a lemon straight up trash of a car.

I drove 2 hrs from Ocala to Jacksonville to look at a truck. I called them ahead of time asking if their was anything wrong with the truck or if it had any rust. The salesman than told me that the truck wasn’t rusting at all. Guess what? As soon as I get there I take a good look inside the fender flare to see if there is any rust eating at the bed and to my surprise there was. Plus one of the taillights looked to be shattered which wasn’t shown in the pictures at all. NEXT TIME BE HONEST ABOUT A CAR YOUR SELLING!! INSTEAD OF WASTING PEOPLES TIME.

Very poor customer service. They do not maintain their cars on the lot, had many problems with vehicles very soon after purchase. They do not perform multipoint inspections to ensure you are getting a working vehicle. If you leave bad reviews they attack you personally instead of owning up to their faults.

I came in because for at least 3 months I was looking to get Infiniti q70s I’ve been to multiple dealers and every one gave me a very hard time my friend told me to check this place out as soon as I came in he found me the car I want and the color I want and it was a very smooth process and the price was amazing I will recommend everyone to come here. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!Unfortunately, I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze on January 8, 2021 from this dealership for my daughter whose in her junior year at college. My daughter was so happy to get her first car which was much needed for school. Although, my budget was very limited due to the pandemic, I took what I had available in my savings $6000 and purchased the car. I explained to the salesperson Nick George that I needed to purchase a car for my daughter and that I wanted to ensure that she was getting a great, dependable vehicle, since her school is over an hour and a half away from home. Nick assured us that all of his vehicles were top rated, no gimmicks and totally reliable. He told me that he would never sell me or anyone a car that was not. However, I had my daughter take the vehicle to the local Chevrolet dealership for a diagnostic just to make sure everything was ok and that she would be safe traveling on the road. The Chevrolet dealership gave us a printed invoice with numerous things that required repair. A total of $2747.00 in repairs needed. We took the car back to K & O Auto to inform Nick regarding the findings from Chevrolet. Nick immediately told us that there was nothing wrong with the car and that basically, Chevrolet was just trying to get money out of us, because we were women. I asked Nick to please put in writing that nothing was wrong with the car. Nick vehemently refused to do so stating he could not do that. I asked several times to please document something for us to be able to take back to the Chevrolet dealership and was told no each time. I looked Nick in his eyes and told him, that obviously he was not being truthful with me. I am so disappointed, because when we purchased the car he asked my daughter to give him a good review. I should have know better when he insisted she do it right then before we left his car lot. Never Again!!

I bought 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe about a month ago and love it! Took my mom up there today and she was so overwhelmed. Wasnt sure what she wanted. They looked at her options and what she wanted. Unfortunately she started feeling ill from the heat and not eating so she wanted to leave. But she was definitely satisfied how they got out there with her trying to weight out her Options.
