Been going for two years seems to not be as good as usual. Did not replace sticker in windshield when had oil change recently. Then told me needed spark plugs as did not have done at supposedly 60k miles. Car now has 108k miles. So not done when car under warranty. Hmmm makes me wonder. Front desk staff turn over means something is not right. My next car will definitely not be a Subaru they dont seem to be giving me a warm fuzzy feel on the customer service. I take my car to dealership so they keep up with routine maintenance like spark plugs belts etc. Makes me wonder if jus need to trade out my car.
Worked with Allen and Grant, best experience buying a car for sure! Allen is amazing and will go out of his way for you, worked with my husband and I for a few weeks getting the deal through, had amazing communication and made us feel so valued as customers and truly looked after us. Definitely go in and ask for Allen, you won’t regret it! As for the car so far in absolute love! First time Subaru owner and I definitely recommend it!

The service at this Subaru was unbelievably great. Whoever is reading this - Dakota in the service department deserves a raise! Seriously, she helped me out so much when I was in a bind when my car broke down while I was out of town. Everything was handled extremely quickly and professionally. She even followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was all square with my insurance company, which I would consider to be above-and-beyond customer service. I live in Raleigh but it might be worth driving down to this dealership just to continue to have this amazing level of service. Thank you Dakota and Subaru!
Really knowledgeable sales person I dealt with, ask for Allen Scott. No high pressure sales tactics. The Subara vehicles have unbelievable safety features and the turbo 4 cylinder shocked me with the acceleration it has. The Outback is really reasonably priced considering all the safety features and capabilities with the AWD.
This is the only car dealership weve ever been to where the salesmen didnt fly over like vultures. A BIG shout out to Travis who is so patient, courteous, and helpful. He took his time with us to pick out our new Subaru Ascent and went the extra mile to search for the exact one we wanted. We are so so happy with the service provided here and we would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to visit. We honestly couldnt have asked for anything better!
Update: Angie the GM called and apologized for the unprofessionalism displayed by the Service Manager. She was kind and apologetic. I couldn’t delete this review like I was asked for some reason google wouldn’t let me. However I am changing it from a 1 to 4 stars based on my interaction discussion with Angie.service manager and needs to learn how to do his job. I asked to speak to his boss and Then was told I was not able to talk to the GM and would not let me talk to her. Then blames his service advisor that doesn’t even work in the same department for a quote that they didn’t do. DO NOT GO here take your vehicle to Greenville. I except the GM Angie Southerland to please call me back to discuss this poor display of customer service. As someone who has been a manager in this industry that IS NOT how you handle a situation like this. Ended up paying the full amount because I was NOT letting him take it out of his employees pay. 😡Rest of service team were excellent and super helpful and displayed excellent above and beyond service. This review is about the rude and unprofessional attitude displayed by the service manager.

While on my way from Ohio to Jacksonville, my air conditioning in my 2015 Forester was having issues. Parkway got my car in 2 days later, I had a loaner car, and they fixed the issue! I highly recommend Parkway Subaru...great associates (Dakota) and service. In addition to my A/C, I had two recalls which they also offered to repair! Great experience!
I went there to get and oil change and possibly looking for a new vehicle and the salesperson did not know anything and kept having to go to the manager, finally the manager came out and was just rude and unprofessional. Once I left there the manager and salesperson kept calling and texting after I told them not to. I do not recommend going there.
Absolutely exploitation $105 for a basic oil change I’ll take my service somewhere else. Full synthetic oil $30, high quality oil filter $12. Guess it cost $63 to loosen a drain plug and check the dipstick

Very happy with my experience at Parkway Subaru. I was able to work with Alan and come to an agreement on trading my old vehicle for a Forester. All in all, a very professional staff and great atmosphere to purchase a new vehicle.
Friendly environment and they Filled my tires with air as a courtesy.$110 diagnostic fee so I didnt have service done there (total repair ended up being $199 elsewhere and Parkways Diagnostic fee is not applied to the repair).
I cant say enough about our experience with buying a car from Parkway. We went in to just look around when they transitioned from National and Travis went above and beyond his job to help us out. We found the car we wanted, got an amazing price for our trade-in, and helped us with a rental when I had to get a new key programed. He was very kind and understanding, along with being easy to work with in a somewhat stressful and confusing process. If youre looking for a Subaru, definitely put this place on your list (and I never really thought Id say that about a car dealership in Jacksonville!).

I took my ‘17 STI in for an oil change and spark plug change as well as tire rotation. Pretty basic maintenance so I can trust just about anybody to do that but you would think the Subaru dealership would care the most for your vehicle so that’s why I take my car to them. Well I pick my car up from the maintenance stated above, first thing I notice is my seat is obviously adjusted with my mirrors, I think to myself okay someone just wanted to be comfortable when pulling it to and from the bay. Well I then notice my car is in sport mode, my access port “tuner” is on. Well I never drive in sport due to the poor gas mileage and I never turn my tuner on due to the fact that you have to manually turn it off each use or it will stay on. I then notice my gas mileage for my trip has gone from 22.5 to 22.2 with 900 miles on that trip kinda hard to impact your gas mileage that much without really romping on the car. So now I know someone drove my car around for a little fun, whatever. I then pull out of the lot and head down the road and within the first mile I notice something on my steering at the bottom. I pull over and turn my wheel to find 5 cuts in my leather steering wheel, likely to be from a wedding ring or someone’s lack of respect for someone else property at least. So I turn around and talk to Chris who is the new Service Manager. I really think Chris cares and heard my frustration regarding this situation. Chris promised me a free oil change and to get back to me on the steering wheel situation, I immediately thought to myself I’m not going to give my car to these guys again if they don’t replace my steering wheel. Well 45 minutes later Chris called me saying my new steering wheel is on order and will be 2 days. My steering wheel is brand new and now my wife and me will continue our business with this company with strict guidelines. For example, I will never let them drive my car again unless it’s to and from the bay. There is no reason to drive a car 10 miles for an oil change. All in all just make sure you check your car before and after and be forward on what they are allowed to do with your car. And thanks Chris for doing right by your customer which I do believe is the biggest thing to take from the experience.
