First pleasant dealership experience! Smooth process, very professional & organized. Overall very pleased with the service. Second vehicle purchased from Tom Bush once in 2003 and 2021. Its my opinion if you want a dealership to be straight forward and hassle free than this is the place for you!

Brought my car in for warranty replacement of a wheel bearing. The repair was done quickly even though they did not have the part in stock. I was impressed, especially given the supply issues were all experiencing currently. When the repair was complete I picked the car up and went to get gas, while filling up I noticed one of the rear wheels was scratched in several places. I immediately drove back to and showed the service advisor, who then went a check with the tech who did the repairs. He came back and dismissively said that the scratches were not on a wheel they touched during service and he didnt know what to tell me. While its true the scratches were not on the wheel that had the bad bearing, the scratches still happened while the car was there for service. I am sure people regularly try blame them for damage they didnt do, but thats not what I was doing. This was my first experience with Tom Bush VW Service and it could have been better.

The service personnel were terrific, engaging and professional.The service however is hard to judge since there were few to no signs of what happened. Dirt in some areas appeared undisturbed, no noticeable tool marks or fingerprints and a part was replaced (and charged for) with neither notice, explanation or awareness of the location the replacement took place. Cant locate exactly what should be covered for the service, other than a generic report, but looking at other dealership sights you can clearly see what service you should get. Again, hard to judge, but appears most of the service is/was mainly visual, which makes it seem severely overpriced.

Great people. Would really like to see more discount offers on every service performed on your vehicle.

Hello I wanted to leave a comment about this agency. I went to tke my vehicle for a check up as usual per mile request. I’ve never experienced what I experienced at this visit as I have been there many times. I felt discriminated by one of the employees once my the service on my vehicle was done. I went to get someof you guy’s disposable mats for my vehicle since mine were thrown away during my visit and I was told that they were only for clients by the older bald guy, and the fact that I just had serviced my car with you guys I felt discriminated for being latino. So i didn’t get the disposable mats and just left.

I leased my first vehicle with Nas Music. He made the process easy, understandable, and in a timely matter. There’s nothing better then an associate who makes you feel cared about. Overall, everyone at the dealer was great and friendly.

My engine died on the way over the Matthews bridge so instead of continuing on to my barbershop, I took my Tiguan straight to the service department. I was advised they would contact me next week with more information. It was Friday morning so while this was understandable, it was incredibly frustrating. Around 6 pm, just after I made reservations with Enterprise for a rental car, I was contacted to advise my vehicle was ready for pickup. They over delivered as they always do.

My vehicle was originally sent to Tom Bush Volkswagen for warranty repairs of rust on 3 of the doors. A short time after I got the vehicle back I noticed a major mold issue and water standing in the drivers side rear floor board. I contacted the dealership and advised them and showed them the floor board covered in mold and of the water in the floor. The water was coming in from one of the doors that they had repaired. They told me they would contact me when they could get it in. After waiting several months with water and mold continuing the car started to have electrical issues with the stereo and check engine lights. I contacted the dealer and advised them of the new issues being caused by the water and humidity in the vehicle and got no response. Approx a month later the took the vehicle to repair the problem. When I got the car back I was advised that the electrical problem was common in this model of car and was not caused by the moisture and they would not cover the repairs. Furthermore there is still mold in the floor board that they claimed would be completely cleaned. There are several deep gouges in the interior drivers door panel and and several more deep gouges in the paint in weather stripping area of the drivers door. I would not recommend this dealership for any kind of service or business.

Came in to have my car fixed for a safety recall issue I received a letter about in the mail. My car was fixed in a timely manner. Mike assisted me and he was pleasant and professional.

Tom Bush BW takes care of all three cars we’ve purchased from them. Chris has been our point of contact for the last two inpatient services. It’s quick, easy drop off and pick up. We are kept up to date, cars are finished as promised, prices are in line with expectations and communication is excellent. We keep going back.

My driver seat was broken. I made an appointment brought it in everyone was so nice and helpful. In a couple of days my seat was fixed.

I had a great experience with my service writer Michael he went beyond my expectations .

They performed a recall for our VW Beatle. I brought the car in on appointment and they performed the reapir while I waited. It took them a little over one hour and I was on my way. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Pretty much a box checking event. I show up for my appointment enter the service room where the service advisers or sitting on stools typing on their computers. After a few moments one individual says they’ll be with me in a moment. A lady at the opposite end of the room says she can help to come down to her end, I inform her I have an appointment she tells me one of the other people will have help me. A gentleman sitting on a stool tells me he’ll help me in a moment and he does. After he gets everything set he ask me if I have any questions, I ask why my car with less than 20,000 miles would already use a quart of motor oil. He said that it would use oil and that I could read about it online. He ask if I had ever owned a VW before and I informed him I had and they did not use oil. At that point I let it go.My experience was pretty much my expectation, low energy employees just checking boxes trying to get through the day. I have purchased a few cars through the Dealership I have enjoyed working with the Sales people but have never been impressed with the VW or Mini service departments personnel. Will probably start going back to O’steen VW for service.Thank youFrank Frantom
