It was slow, the day that is and when I spoke with someone about repairs it was like to be a big deal to help. Use to come here often and the repairs were great and friendly. I just felt like I was a bother. So I went to another store to purchase tires for my truck.

Had a screw in my trailer tire. Not many tire shops will work on trailers, but they took me right in and got me fixed up in about 20 min. Great service!

Love these guys!!! Great customer service and great mechanic and tire guy!!!! My engine light came on and I kinda panicked but they checked everything and i left feeling better. I needed an oil change. I dont suppose i will always be that lucky but at least i know i can trust i will be treated fairly at this Bill Day Shop.

They made me buy special wheel locks and then proceeded to strip the key for them. They couldnt find another one so now i have to go up to Tyler to get another key so I can get my tires changed.

Great service! Dewayne is very professional and is very helpful. He assisted me with a company fleet card. I have waited a total of up to 8 hours in another places for service due to the lengthy process of getting everything approved. Dewayne started working on the vehicle while working on getting everything approved. He was not worried about the money but getting me out of the shop as soon as possible. Needless to say, I was out with in 3-4 hours and did a great job on a complicated problem. 👍🏽

Went to go get an alignment on my car an oil change I was told it would be $80 for the oil change an $1200 for the parts I needed to have replaced so I took my car to another shop an I was told there was nothing wrong with the front end of my car Iwould just needed an alignment took my car to the tire shop an got the alignment done an nothing was wrong with any of the parts on my these people will try an rip you off go somewhere else

Good auto care place. I stopped in to do a alignment. They discovered a part was rubbing my tire and messing it up. They replaced it, and the work was done at a decent price.

Me and this company have our good times and so so times. Mostly decent prices on tires and basic car repairs. I typically go there for repairs because its somewhat close to home and Ive been a customer for years. The service office in very nice and relaxing. Great ac, t.v.s, magazines, cleans seats, and a decent place to bring kids. I will say that over the years, they have done lot of repairs for me and just a year ago, went out of their way and picked me up from my house and dropped me off to aid in getting my car repair completed. I really appreciated that. Only negative of this company is price. Their tires arent the most affordable in town. And sometimes youll feel like youre getting a great deal on repair work, other times, youll want to ask around for rocommendations.

Employees were very nice. As I explained my tire problems, they went outside and pointed out exactly which tire was the problem and what needed to be done to correct it. They had the tires I needed and installed them. I did not have to wait long, I went on my lunch break and got it ressolved. I am very satisfied with Bill Day Tire in Jacksonville and I am a new customer. I will not go anywhere else!

A great place

Came in to get tire fixes wasnt even charged. On top of that Id noticed a noise and had metal to metal on my rear brakes. They jumped right on it and has it complete and I was ready to go in no time.
