RPM was suggested to me by a neighbor - great suggestion! What do I look for when I look for a mechanic? Honesty. Its not just about keeping prices low and getting things done on time, integrity is the thing that impresses me most. Ive been a customer for a year and Ive always been more than satisfied with the service.

Bill has used this RPM location for several years with his most recent being the full under carriage and fluid change on his 87 MC SS. Bill dropped off the car on Wednesday with a long list of items to check and change. We just picked her up at Noon on Friday and she was in perfect shape. Now a normal major and multi fluid change like this might only take a few hours but a 33 year old car takes some extra searching to find parts and gaskets which Bobby and his crew did. This RPM location treats every car like its a classic and like there own. They are a full service location and highly recommend them for all your automotive repair needs. If Bill can trust them with his beauty then so should you.

Service was great, but I feel if you just paid to place 4 new tires on your car and two weeks later you have a flat and all they had to do was patch it...then why cant they waive a $25 fee??? I could have went to somewhere much closer and got charged the same price. Then when asked, the Associate replied its Corporate policy ....Wow...then then Corporate .I will take my business elsewhere. Think about it...you loose a customer over $25! A brand new one as well!

New to the area. I had just had an awful experience with a money pit of a car, 2001 cl500. Seemed like always chasing repairs. Purchased a 2011 Lexus ES350 and very happy.First issue of wheel shake in acceleration started occurring so I googled it. Tons of stories of the same issue for that model...and tons of stories on owners chasing the symptoms. Fear set in.Carfax on my car said it had been serviced many times at a different RPM, so gave this one a shot.Jason shared the diagnosis, I went with it, and it’s fixed! First try! I took our company van to RPM. Told them the A/C needed a charge and I wanted them to put in refrigerant with dye so we could drive it a while to see what happens. Made the mistake of leaving it. They pulled a vacuum on the system, and couldnt find a problem. They re-charged it, ran it for two hours, and couldnt find a problem. So finally, more than $200 later, said they put in a can of dye and we should drive it a while to see what happens. I believe they thought they were trying to do the right thing, but they cant tell when a customer knows what hes talking about.

The RPM team on Philips Hwy is hands down amazing! They truly care about you and your vehicle - always finding the perfect solution for your needs. They are honest and genuine, which I cannot say about a lot of people in the car repair business. At your initial appointment they are not the cheapest, but in the long run they will be! They do not nickel and dime you or create more problems you have to later get fixed. They do a great job for a great price. This place tried to rip my girlfriend off to the tune of $300 and some odd change for a battery. In my opinion, they saw blonde hair and tried to take her for a ride.She picked up her car and had the battery replaced just around the corner at The Battery Depot Plus for significantly less than RPM wanted to charge her.

Bobby and the staff are very knowledgeable and honest with letting us know the priorities on repairs ( what can wait vs what cant wait) and weve used them for years, hard to find this kind of service with integrity!

Management is awful. Set in their ways of servicing vehicles and customers. Not willing to change even with all the red flags being thrown their way. For example, needing to be bought out by Robert Icahn because of the detrimental loses they posted a year prior. They resist corporate culture even though they are far behind their competitors, like GoodYear, who have adopted this and are more organized and efficient because of this adaptation. Major changes needed but industry bias of the management team is hindering those changes from being implemented. If you are going to use RPM I recommend the San Marco location and even then you can probably YouTube your needed repairs and do it yourself and save a fortune. ChrisFixit is a great YouTube channel that explains nearly every repair in kindergarten terms.

Went here for an oil change and for them to look at a noise my car was making. I was in and out in under two hours, even with them having to order a part from another location. I must say, it was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive ever had waiting for my car to be serviced. Lobby area was very clean and quiet; not like the normal chaos at most automotive centers. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely return.

This is the third time I’ve attempted to come by just for an oil change and the wait is always horrendous. I tried coming in right after they opened today in hopes of having an easier time, but I was informed it would be 3 hours with just one customer waiting in the lobby and given excuses it was a holiday. I won’t be recommending them to anyone or trying to come back here.

I cant say enough about the Team at the Avenues RPM location. Bobby, Jason, and Tiffany always provide 1st class customer service. I have several vehicles that they service and not only do they always perform a great job they never try to sell me un-needed parts or service. They are honest, professional, and always friendly.

One of my tires was low. My husband didnt want me driving my car... so I stopped at RPM to have them check my tires. Its a good thing I did! The tire that was low had a nail in it. They repaired my tire and checked them all and aired them in less than an hour. They were also very, very busy but made time for me. I got out of there for only $27 and peace of mind. Thank you RPM. You guys are wonderful!!! :-)

Went to do an oil change and replace transmission fluid and since i was there replace spark plugs. The sales guy gave me over 900$ quota.And a whole day to do the job. What??? Got the hell out of there quick. Went to Famous lube change they changed both trans oil and engine oil replaced air filter and windshield wipers for 177$. Also changed my 4 tires and aligned them at big chief tires for 600$ all and all less then 900$. I can replace my own spark plugs at 2$ a piece.

A clean shop, friendly people, reasonable prices. Its hard for a non-mechanic to gauge the actual quality of the work, but it seems good to me. And no BS at all. This is a good place to take your car. My only complaint is that they dont take appointments, so if youre waiting and theyre busy, it might be a while. But today, I was in and out in an hour. Dont hesitate to let RPM/Avenues work on your car.

These guys are so unprofessional! I just called about them installing a part on my 2000 Acura Integra GS-R and they said they wouldn’t use my part because it wasn’t good enough quality as they get. That’s BS! These guys only want to use their commercial account to get discounts at The Parts House, Advance Auto, Auto Zone, and O’Reillys and then mark up the part sky high for the customer. I know this because I use to work at Advance Auto and the more commercial customers buy, the more discount they get. My Skunk2 Racing Shifter is way better quality than any of their parts! If it had anything to do with them warranting the labor and part, I could’ve cared less!

Every time I am in this location I’m met with kind smiles, honesty and efficiency. They always accommodate me and never fail to deliver. Highly, highly recommended.

A friend recommended RPM to us. We had them do a couple of oil changes and everything was great. Then they worked on our cars a couple of times. Once again everything was good.The last time I had an alternator replaced. A couple of days after I noticed my washer fluid wouldnt spray. I just figured it was empty. I bought some a couple of days later and tried to put it in but the reservoir was full. I then realized that the hose was pulled off the hood and then found that the nozzles were broken. It had been about a week and a half since I originally picked up my truck.I returned to RPM and explained what had happened. The kicker to the whole thing was that I had used the washer and wipers on the way to drop it off. The lady that I dealt with assured me that they didnt break the nozzles. I then showed her how the broken parts had a crisp clean break that was recent. She said then replied that anyone could have broke them off. My hood had not been opened since they worked on it.She then said she was sure it was probably old and they broke on their own. My truck was 6 years old at the time. I then said that I didnt think it possible for both nozzles to randomly break at the same time on a vehicle of that age. I told her I would except that explanation if only 1 had broke, not both at the same time.I then suggested that maybe someone hung a light or pulled on it while they were working. She assured me that did not happen. And that they would in no way assist me in replacing the nozzles. She also said that I should have brought it back sooner if I had realized that something was wrong.I have not returned and will not, but I share my experience with anyone that mentions RPM. The nozzles cost me about $10 on eBay and took about 10 minutes to put them both in.

Have taken our Odyssey, Sienna and F250 diesel to their shop in the past. Most recently, the F250s fan went out on my drive home from work, and I drove straight there. It was 105+ in the cab. Within two hours, they had it diagnosed, got the part they needed and installed. Fan blows stronger than before. These guys are top notch. The fact that they communicate and can get your car fixed in such a timely manner is above and beyond almost any other shop Ive dealt with anywhere. Labor rates are comparable to factory rates, but the time savings and convenience are worth it!

I was in the lobby the other day and felt bad for the service writer. It needs to be said - Chad Greene is a squirrely little douche, and trying to get damage covered that wasnt from the accident. This is fraud! Man up and take responsibility for yourself! He clearly googled a few things on the car and is now an expert. Get a lower deductible - or dont cry about it! Definitely dont take it out on the employee because your panties are twisted. The poor service writer was the easy target for this keyboard warrior. On the other hand, my repairs went well, and would take my car there in the future should the situation arise.

My car was taken care of in a timely manor and everything they did was explained to me as well as pricing before they started. I went to rpm a week ago 10/18 Tuesday. I had my truck towed there I was recommended to go there because they do good work. When I got there they were all nice talking amongst each other. Watch out for the guy with the brown hair. He tries to be a smooth talker. I would say more about him but Im not going to bash him. I was waiting for my truck for 2 & a half hours. He finally came and told me I need to replace my whole brake system. It was almost too grand for me too replace the whole brake system Im like man thats crazy theres no way Im going to pay that. So I got my truck towed to my residence in the pressure from the braking system went down so I was able to drive it back and then it started stiffened back up again can start to look at a different truck I didnt know what to do and I didnt know how to replace this at the end of the day I watched a lot of YouTube videos and would have picked up the tools and parts from the auto store and I proceeded to fix my truck as of Sunday I am traveling back again and I save hundreds in my pocket thank you God.

RPM is an anomaly in the world of automotive maintenance. I have been going there for my regular oil changes and alignments for about two years, and the experience is consistently top notch. The staff is kind and accommodating, and professional on another level. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, and even the bathrooms are kept in pristine shape. If you have to wait and need to do work, the front desk will allow you to use the break room area with their wi-fi, which has been great for those times I dont want to lose time in the day for work. Above all else, the mechanics are technically proficient and honest, and never pushy. They just let you know what you need and give their input, but let you decide what to do and when to do it. And with all this, Ive found their pricing to be pretty competitive. I great example of how a business should be run.

This is the absolute worst place you can take your car to have it repaired. Unfortunately when I filed a claim with Progressive at Prostar they sublet some of the repair work to these guys. They were supposed to repair damage to my front wheel from hitting a concrete culvert. The wheel was set back in the tire well and was supposed to be returned to the original centered position through whatever means necessary. They “supposedly” replaced the lower control arm ( although now I question if they even did that ) but when I went to pick my car up the wheel was still set back more than it should be. You could visually see where the wheel was still set back and even my rep from Prostar agreed it was set back more than it should be. When this was brought to the attention of the staff the lady handling my account said that there was nothing wrong with my car at this point. Either A she doesn’t know what she’s talking about or B she wouldn’t admit that they either weren’t able or didn’t have the ability to fix it. Either scenario is unacceptable since I paid my 1000 deductible and expect my car to be returned to its pre accident condition. Long story short you should avoid this shady and unethical company at all costs.

Save yourself some time, money, and headache and go to RPM on Atlantic blvd. This location on Phillips highway is a joke. The staff was very rude. I was told I would get a call back in 5 minutes and I ended up having to call them back two hours later because no one returned my call. We were charged more than our deductible, had to get a rental, and like I said staff was very rude. Jason wanted to blame everything on Carmax because he did not get things approved the first time so he tried to charge us for the labor because he was tired of calling our extended warranty to add everything that he forgot. Then had us call them to complain to have everything added and approved becayse he didnt want to.

Nice people up front, terrible mechanics and service.Had oil leak, $1k later valve cover gaskets replaced but oil continued to leak. Asked why they wouldnt pressure wash the bottom half to better determine the source. Reply, we did pressure wash the top half??? For an oil leak???? They also broke some injector connectors, wrapped tape around a plastic wiring harness that a looked like something a third grader would do, replaced radiator cap (wasnt leaking but now is with new cap) then had the audacity to quote me for more service and NOT even offer any incentive to make things right. Disgusted with type of service, recommendation _ STAY AWAY from Phillips HWY, 32256 location.

This is my first negative review. I try to give people chance to make things right. Long story short. They charged me a $170 to look at my AC, they said they couldnt fix it and its not the compressor. I took it to Daytona and got the compressor switched and its worked fine since. Showed them the invoice today. They said the compressor must have went bad afterwards. Yeah Im pretty understanding but theres no way i can rap my head around that. They told me it wasnt working because the foam wall that seperates the warm and the cool deteriorated . Oh so i must have fixed the foam and broke the compressor.

My engine light came on while driving;therefore, my van no longer accelerated past 35mph. They charged me $360 to fix my car, I agreed. After a week later, IencounteredMy the same problem and when I returned to the shop, I was told to take it to a transmission shop. This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE and unprofessional. If they knew that they couldnt it then why take it on the job.(?)!!
