Purchased phone, was assured phone was in Top condition..It has been nothing but problems via video and navigation wont work worth a damn. Spent alot of time/money to get it to work ...ended all in Vain w/me out $200+ Super annoyed. Otherwise owner seems to be a nice guy.

BST is the best Joe is the best. Not the store for the casual gamer or beginner computer enthusiast but for the lifers BST is a pleasure and a must. The BEST place to sell and trade used PC and gaming equipment. Joe is a man of his word. Never had a problem with any of the employees. Amazing family and store. Love this place.

I went in to see how much it would be to get my screen fixed on my laptop. After pulling the casing apart without asking me if he could do so, he broke several of the clips that held the casing together, and damaged my screen even more from pressing too hard on it. I took it to someone to get it fixed after that and was told that some of the screws that connected the hinges together were pulled loose from stress to the frame, and that my connector for my speakers was pulled loose also. I would not go to him for any kind if computer advice.

BST Video Games stands as a shining example of a business which gives Jackson a bad name. The storefront is dirty and disorganized. It smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The employees are some of the rudest and most uneducated people Ive ever met in my life. What else is there to be said?Oh, right. The prices! Nothing has a price tag on it. Every time I picked up and item I was interested in, I was forced to inquire about the price. The owner would then log into his eBay account and state the highest listed price he could find. Completely moronic.

Joe has excellent prices on Magic The Gathering Packs and hes VERY nice and offers nice prices when you sell a card to him!

The guy that owns the place is a creep and a con, charges way more for stuff then its worth. Brought a part for a computer, it was broken and he would not give me a refund or a part that worked.. The place is a mess,dark and dusty. disorganized. NEVER GO HERE
