This store maybe the most complete with office supplies with computers, printers, papers and other office gadgets. Came here to buy a 4 or 5 terabyte portable hard drive but nothing available other than the pricy $70 1 terabyte. Staff was friendly and helpful to accommodate and help me with my need. They also have a photo center within the store. Lots of Parking are available, very accessible, just by the main road.
I needed to run in real quick to print the form for my fourth graders free pass to national parks. The man helping me was incredibly helpful. Not only did he help me figure out how to properly send it to them so that they could print it but he also did some cropping of the image I sent and to top it all off he didnt charge me for the 2 pages that he printed for me! Not everything in Jackson is posh and overpriced!
Always helpful staff, stored very clean and organized.
Had many problems with this store over the years, including 3 trips over the pass for reoccurring incorrect advisement on which cord I needed to purchase for my laptop. On the most recent visit they double and triple checked my purchases to make sure I had what I need and were prepared to order it for me if needed.I understand not every associate can give 100 percent with knowledge and understanding but I was able to find my answers when the manager stepped in to give direction. Thank you for the strides in the right direction of customer service.
I travel 2 hours to this Staples and have never been disappointed. I think Ive met every employee and have been greeted pleasantly each time there. The management, the Business Center, the techs, sales, and the cashiers have always cheerfully tried to assist in any way they can. They certainly arent mind readers so as a customer I feel I have to take some responsibilty and have what I want in mind before I arrive and then be able to explain it properly. Ive been there when others have got there before me and appear to be frustrated because of what I perceive as their own problem and then take it out on the staff. Im embarrassed for all parties at that. We live in Siberia and sometimes like any other store here in the area this Staples doesnt have what we need and Im able to order online and get it delivered in a very short time. The store is usually clean aside from understandably some of their busiest days. I purchased a Staples desk chair last year there and I love it!
I was at the Dollar tree which is right next to Staples. Their shelves are always stocked up and they have a refrigerator and frozen section. Very cool.
It is okay. Customer service here is marginal and the employees are often disengaged with their job. For example, I spent 30 minutes going through the merchandise in a very messy clearance area. When I got to the checkout, nothing I had found was on clearance. I was told that someone a couple days ago had dumped everything from a shipment in the clearance area, so that is how I ended up with items that were not on clearance. They did not seem to care to fix the problem. Prices are typical of Staples, a little bit overpriced. I recommend purchasing your product for half the price somewhere else.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is well organized and stocked with all my office needs.
After moving back to the area I have gone in several times to this store and each time it is a further disappointment, from software not being out to being told a product is on the latest shipment but the person refusing to get it and saying it will be out in a few days. This store is now screaming not to be in business here but simply because they are corp owned and tourists come in they will continue to operate.
Total incompetence!! I brought in a 88 page document on a thumb drive to be printed and bound. They saved it on their thumb drive and I double checked that it was saved before I left. When we went in days later to pick it up, we were informed that they couldnt find it. They have the order envelope with the instructions, but no drive! They cannot find the drive, the document on the computer, or the printed document (which probably was never done). I will NEVER give them my business again and make sure other businesses that I know go elsewhere. I would give it ZERO STARS if the review app would let me.
Ok, when i think of staples i get a magical feeling and think of all the great products that i can find, at a reasonable price also. The staff are friendly and dont hustle you to make purchases. This place is the cats pajamas.
Very clean with super helpful people.
Best place in Jackson for electronics and office supplies.
I get copies at this location on the first of eveRy month. This week i went in there to pick up my copys and was told I had to wait 2 days for 20 pieces of paper because they were to busy. The clerk wasnt busy at all, literally just standing there when I went in. So I got in my car and drove 90 miles to the nearest staples, thru mountain passes and around a lake, in a blizzard. It took me 2.5 hours. One way. Thank u staples
I should have known better, yet I did it anyway....I went to my local Staples (and only office supply store within a 90 mile radius) to buy a new printer. I had been waiting for my old, cumbersome, HP 4620 printer to die, as it had caused me nothing but trouble since I bought it. I had a printing project come up, and after running every diagnostic and troubleshooting test on my HP, I concluded it was dead. So, I did what I ALWAYS do before I buy products - consult with Consumer Reports. I matched the ratings on printers from Consumer Reports, with the features I wanted most, and compared them to the pick up in 1 hour printers I found on my local Staples store. Armed with my information, I went down to buy an HP 5549. Typically, I did not find any on the shelf. One Staples associate came up to me and when I explained that I had looked on Consumer Reports and knew what I wanted....he looked lost. I tried explaining but it was clear that he would be unable to help me, so I continued looking on my own.A few minutes later, the General Manager, Ian, approached me and I explained that I knew what I wanted, based on my prior research. We were standing in directly in front of where the 5549 printers would be, and I expressed my dismay that they were out of the printers. As I had more nos on my list, and very little yesses (as is typical for our store, for some reason, they only carry older or soon-to-be-outdated models), I had no idea what kind of printer to buy.Ian directed me over to the HP 6968 model and explained the differences between the model I wanted, the 5549, and the 6968. Convinced, I bought the 6968, extra ink, and the extra warranty (because printers dont last very long anymore - thats why they are so cheap, I was told.)I loaded everything into my car, then as usually happens, I ran back in because I had forgotten stamps. IMAGINE! my surprise, when I went back in, to find an entire endcap of the HP 5549 model I had originally came to buy - ON SALE! I thought about getting the 6968 out of the car and coming back in to get the printer I HAD WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. However, I was tired as it was at the end of my errands and I wanted to get started on my printing project, so I decided to give the 6968 a try as it had been so highly recommended by Ian, the General Manager.I went home, set up my new printer, and went to work on my printing project. Immediately, I knew I had made a mistake. The 6968 had every troublesome aspect as my old printer. It was cumbersome, loud, the paper got stuck, I was constantly having to go over and check something on the printer. I hated it and cursed myself for not exchanging it the day before. Then, a phrase popped into my head: BAIT AND SWITCH.
Probably my least favorite store in Jackson. I have given this store so many chances to prove to me that they care about their customers but unfortunately it is beyond clear they dont. It is obviously the store taking advantage of people who need something rapidly and cant wait for it to be shipped to them. I have gone to this store for 5 different major purchases of at least $300 and I have ended up walking out of the store because I couldnt get anyone to help me because I couldnt get the products I wanted without help from the staff. Even though I wanted to make multiple expensive purchases the staff didnt care at all and just made me wait, for over 30 minutes each time. I do not know why I have received such terrible service despite going into the store with the intention to spend multiple hundreds of dollars. On top of that they mislabel products so when you go to check out you end up being charged more than what was advertised. I do not know any other ways to express how terrible this store is besides saying I would rather go to the dentist with explosive diarrhea and have multiple teeth pulled.
Lovely staff.
Always someone there to help you out with any questions and point you in the right direction!
They couldnt find what I was looking for but they tried
Store internet was down for 8 hours, delaying print submission by a day. Final presentation layout was not arranged as instructed.
Tried to get some return labels printed and same day turned into same never gonna get :/ had to order else where
No Accopress binders
No staff. Lack of products. Poorly kept store.
