They really are nice and good at what they do n really take time to get what you need

Extremely expensive prices not to mention the rudeness of the employees. Very slow to respond to messages or your so-called free quote (which is only a rouse for you to have you listen to T-Mobiles sales pitch) I personally would not recommend this store to anyone.

I received top of the line service at this place. The owner took his time to make sure my phone was working properly and that I had the essentials needed to prevent it from cracking again. He was very detailed in explaining everything about the process. Definitely would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Worth every penny!

BEWARE!!!! I got my girlfriends Galaxy A50 screen replaced here and had a horrible experience. First, the guy quoted me wrong told me a price then I got to pick it up and the guy gave me the bill and it was over almost a $100 than what he quoted me. Then she has the phone a little bit over a month (They have a 30 day return policy) and now the phone is basically coming apart. Not put together professional at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Battery on my Droid turbo 2 needed replacing..Verizon doesnt replace Droid batteries or even sell them at the local store...I ordered one on Amazon...I first was told to go to Battery and bulbs in Jackson. They told me that they could install the battery and then after ordering the battery and carrying it back to them, the manager flat out told me that they couldnt and cut me off... Very rude... Then back to Verizon in Dyersburg... They put me on to Dang it Repair... Best thing ever... Took it in... No problem... Had it installed within an hour... Repair man was very polite and professional... These people know what they are doing... Highly suggest them for any phone or pad repair...

Went in with a locked up non functioning iPhone yesterday. Left 30 minutes later with a fully functioning iPhone. Great service and very courteous staff. If you have a problem phone or one in need of repair this is the place to go.

After shattering my iPhone screen it is now like brand new again! Thanks to Dang it Repair! The staff members there are awesome with repairs and have Great customer service. I recommend Dang It Repair to anyone that needs electronic devices repaired this is the go to place!

This is the most AMAZING place ever!!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. After explaining what was going on, Shakeya knew exactly what was needed. This wonderful angel went above and beyond to save my phone. If there were more stars to give Id give them more than that. If you need your electronic devices back like new go to this place. I went all over Jackson to find someone to repair my Galaxy S8+. Nobody else did these type of repairs, but Dang It. The sweet young lady assured me that she would get me all taken care of. I just recently lost my son 4 months ago to cancer, and I had all of my precious moments with him in my phone which was not backed up. I was frantic! Within an hour and 30 minutes she had my phone looking as good as new. I cried and I hugged her very tightly. Thank you so much Dang It Repair and staff!! Great customer service!! I will be bringing everything I break to them.

Went to get outer screen repaired on IPhone 6 s. Was told with glass repair, I was their practice to replace touch pad. My phone, after five different touch pads, worked better with broken outer screen. Go figure !

I typically do not leave reviews, but I will start now. This business had 10 5-star google reviews when first looked them up, now they have 13. I did not have much luck repairing my Samsung S6 Active. Took it to Dang-It Repair and had the screen replaced. Phone seemed fine upon inspection before leaving. 2 days later the screen began to rise up as if it was separating away from phone. It seemed that the adhesive was not holding it down in place. The phone also pulled fuzz from my shirt pocket at the edges, assuming from excess adhesive. As I inspected the fit of the screen against the lip of the phone, the corner of the screen cracked at the top corner. The corner was pressed no harder than the pressure it takes to press the home button on the phone. When I took it back to the technician (Shakeya Phinnessee, note her 5-star review below, 8 months prior to this review), she said the warranty was voided, since I did not bring the phone to them for inspection, prior to pressing the corner. Whether or not it would have cracked if installed properly, I do not know. Repair cost approx $220 ($70 labor $129 screen 19.50 tax). Per her prior discussion with manager, they offered to repair again for $159. I believe I will cut my losses. Looks like time for new phone.

The owner is very rude.... my husband dropped off a play station 4 for repair in December 24 th in which he was told it wouldn’t be ready for a couple of weeks due to it being the holiday it ya now February 7th and we still havent received as much as a phone call so my husband stopped by to check in the repair and was told that the lady whom the console was sent to for repair had a medical emergency with her own son that caused her to be away from her business for several weeks although he was expecting a delivery from her later in the week he had no way of knowing which repairs he would be receiving when I called to check to see if it had come the owner got very curt with me then hung up on me I really want to go out there n be very ghetto at his location with all my gangster friends and make sure he doesn’t respond this way with any more of his customers but I’m not going to do that..... I will report him to better business bureau he was very unprofessional
