I was very happy with my Verizon experience- the rep EB, that assisted us was extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly enough to make the experience pleasant. Also was pleasantly surprised at the overall cost!!! Why did we wait so long to switch?!!! I would highly recommend Verizon!!!

Well Im Chasity and Ive done no review with you people but my 3x barney come up there faithful. And ive had nothing but problem with my phone. I just found his email in a work profile along with an email I could gain access to for months but now he has access to it and then there is a review to me for yesterday! I wasnt there. In all the years I have been using mobile services, I have NEVER had any Verizon team member be as professional or knowledgeable, or as helpful as T. She has an incredible personality and had such caring for every person who walked through the door while I was in your restore. T provided customer service that went way beyond any service I’ve ever experienced at retailers such as Apple or even Nordstrom. Just to illustrate how amazing T’s service was with me, she magically turned my simple stop at the Verizon store to resolve a billing issue into the sale of a new Apple 12. This purchase was not in any way on my radar. I left home this morning to see the doctor and buy groceries. Not even a fortune teller could have convinced me that I would buy a new a new I-phone today.T is a gem. I was surprised that she didn’t have a business card to give me before I left the store. It certainly would have been immediately added to my contacts and marked as a VIP.Thank you so much and kudos to you for having T on the team at your store on East Michigan Ave in Jackson, Michigan. This is a terrible store I told the employee exactly what I wanted and she gave me the total opposite I said I needed Internet for TV and computer instead she gives me temporary Internet. I also asked if this Internet would work where I live to check and make sure she said it did. I would have not signed a two year contract if it didnt work in my area. Ive been having nothing but service problems and device problems and all they do is give me the run around and not fix any problem.

Talena was the best! She was Happy the whole time. Never rude or pushy. Answered all my questions and never got annoyed. She has great conversation even though she was finding the best deal and then setting up phones. She did everything with us, transferring all our stuff from the other phones, And also put on the screen protectors and cases. Told her what we wanted and she got it for us! She made us feel comfortable while in the store. I know if I have any questions or concerns I can go to her without hesitation. This is the type of customer service that we miss now a days!!!

In my city there is two Verizon stores. When I bought my phones a few months back I was excited. However, that would be short live. I was told that I would get two e-gift cards for 250.00 one for each phone and that I could use these gift cards to pay my phones down. Well, it took me calling Verizon Customer Service because I could not get registered my gift cards. Of course, I was on hold for 45 minutes the third time I called because the first two times I was hang up on. Anyway, I did finally talk to someone and she told me that I didnt qualify for the 250.00 one because I was on the wrong plan, which the sales guy didnt know that. So the customer service person said I would get 150.00 one. I said, find! However, I got a message a few days later that said, my gift cards could not be processed. So, I called CS again and that person said, no problem and got that all straighten out. Got two 250.00 gift cards. However, the cards can ONLY be used to pay your bill and you CAN NOT use them to pay your phones down🤬 If you dont make a down payment on your phone then you either just keep making payments or pay the Big price off at one hit!So, I have my phones and every month I go to pay my bill in Cash and charge 3.00 dollars for USING CASH!! Plus, the lady gives me a hard time about paying cash and tells me that I will have to go on Auto-pay. I tell her I dont want to do Auto-pay and if I am made to do that I will pay my phones off and she says, Oh well!! This goes on for a few months. Then I decide to go to the other store and that lady asked me How are you paying? I say, cash and she says, ok, there is a 3.00 dollar charge! I say, I know and that is fine! She told me my small amount phone bill and Im confuse!! She explains that because I used my gift cards that is why my phone bill is so small and she goes on to tell me that someone should have told me that I CAN NOT pay my phones down and that Verizon puts a cap on the phone bills. This is how it works: Two phones and services charge is 218.00 dollars. I used 150.00 making my next bill 168.00. I CAN NOT pay 218.00. I only can pay the 168.00. Next bill I use another 150.00 then making my bill 168.00. At this time NO ONE explained to me why my bill is only 168.00. This last bill I went to pay my bill and I used some money off my gift card and my bill was only 60.00. And then it was explained to me how it all worked! Ugh!! Had I known this I would have put a down payment on my phones and I would have spread out my gift cards!Anyway, Verizon has great phone service, but there sales people will lie and withhold information and there Customer Service people lie and sucks!!! Moreover, it could take you calling them two to three times before you actually get a human to talk to! Buyer Beware!! I am sorry that I even went with this company.Version, the last lady was very nice, professional and strange with me. Ill be doing my business with her!!!

Heres the deal with this place. Do not I repeat DO NOT go here for anything related to Verizon. The staff is about as helpful as a rock through my windshield. Broke the screen in my phone they tell me because of Covid they have to send it to Florida nobody in town can fix the screen. Lie detector test determined that was a lie. Lazy people that didnt want to bother with it. 2 weeks later I received the phone back still broken saying that it was beyond repair. That was also a lie. Went to the Verizon store across the street from Target. They assured me that the phone could be fixed and that a guy in town will do the repair. So basically the people working for this store are useless employees. I recommend a restaffing of the place with employees that are actually helpful.

The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very understanding about why I was upset about the problem I was dealing with. He dealt with it immediately. 👍

Great customer service! My family needed to switch carriers and we went in just to get some information on promos and costs and ended up making the switch then and there. The customer service professionals were thorough and worked with us to fully understand what we needed and were able to hit every point even staying a half hour after they closed to get us all set up before we left. My mom was just in the store and Nate was the one to help her and he was nothing but rude and has a disposition.. like he could care less if he helped her or not and was absolutely nasty.. his attitude was terrible. will not be coming back, will take my business to W.
