Milton and Jeremy were both very proactive and helpful. Once Milton finished assisting us with our fraud issue, he had his sales associate Jeremy assist us with getting new phones. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend!

Latasha Banks is one of the most nicest person we met. Her customer service is excellent. Her knowledge of products is superior. She is a example to all employees. I would recommend her to anyone. She should be in a supervisor position. Because of her we will be back to Att. She is a 5 star employee.

Jeremy was so helpful with me getting my new device activated. He assisted me with getting my information backed up to the cloud and transferring that information to my new device. I purchased 2 other box cases offline. I received an email stating that my order was ready I sent my mom to pick up my order being that she is an authorized user on my acct and that I am 9 months pregnant. When I received my device I learned that a Ms. Candice gave my mom the incorrect case I was then told I could exchange it for one that fit. Then after selecting a simple case which was nothing like the otter box I paid for I was told I would have to pay a 20 dollar difference when I was given the wrong case to start with by one of the workers in that store. I am very dissatisfied with the service received and contemplating sending back the phone I just got on yesterday. Att doesn’t value their customers whatsoever and instead of owning up to their discretions they try to hold the customer accountable for their mistakes. I will never visit this location again nor any other location for that matter the call center workers are more qualified.

After going through multiple carriers this was my first time ever coming to this location. First and foremost the facility was clean and all the reps were very attentive, besides one, she was a little snobby/rude and not aware of her coworkers. But hands down my overall experience was superb. One of the BEST ASSISTANT MANAGERS (in my opinion she should be made store manager) Charlie, was very attentive to every associate/customer and helped resolve so many issues including mine. Shes the sweetest and definitely great at sales!! Shes also very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to contact with. I observed her greet every customer and even pull out a seat for an elderly lady. Its the small things people look past. Shes Def a blessing to AT&T and all the associates were just as pleasant as she was. I would recommend this location to anyone because now my service is booming and she helped solved the issue. I def need to hit up corporate and tell them to give this young lady a raise. She deserves that and a store manager title 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

My daughter and I went into the store to have a line added to our plan. Kristi was friendly and informative. She upgraded our plan after informing us that we did not have the one we thought we had. She helped us choose the new phone for our plan and she was kind enough to put the screen protector on the phone for us. Kristi gave us excellent customer service and she was a pleasure to work with. We will return to this store to work with Kristi anytime we need to at AT&T. Excellent job.

My husband came home and asked me how to do a google review for At&t. I was busy working from home, but I told him I would help him when I’m done. He said the ladies at the store asked him to do a review about the service he received. My husband said the service was really good. The best he has received in a long time from anyone. He said it was so good he offered them a free meal at his brothers restaurant. He came in to upgrade, but the ladies went over prices with him and convinced, YES CONVINCED him to add a line. He said the phone will be his personal phone to talk to our grandkids on and play candy crush. He’s not to good with names, but he said the manager name was Charley and the representative was a short lady with gold brown hair and had a unique laugh. He said they told him about upcoming fees they should only be one time fees. The representative even added his veteran discount. He loves when the community recognizes his service with the army. I often worry about my husband when he’s handling business without me, but my heart is pleased knowing that my husband was taken care of in a respectful and honest way. Ladies don’t forget your free meal.

I have been using her for the last 12 years and she has always had a wonderful experience with me and also the new manager Charlie was very helpful and sweet...I really enjoyed my visit........BUT TODAY wasnt today I spent over 300$ for upgrading my phones and did not receive not one damn phone talking about they have to send it to my house if that was the case I could have order it on line to begin with. I been with At&t since 1997 longer then half of the folks working there and I still half to pay full price what about discount for loyal customers.....

I literally waited 4 hours for a phone that the reps kept telling me it was on its way from a local store after my phone was already deactivated. This caused me to miss work on top of that I was without any type of phone services for 4hrs and the reps were rude and unconcerned about my issue. Worst experience ever 😩

My mom phone stop working, called Att and they were no help. Came into the store and the lady help get my mom phone back working. If you have a 3g device and elderly parents please be ahead of things. I always come to Robinson road for help. My mom is in a nursing home I panicked when I could reach her.
