The most unprofessional location. My son and I arrived at 6pm, just to pay on my bill. We were greeted and that it. We were there 30 mins until I decided to leave, without paying my bill. This is one one reason I try not to do anything in Jackson.

Phones are low priced, service is AT&T just under the Cricket name. No tax or fees. Great service. I have two phones and pay exactly $70 a month, cant beat that!

Melisa is a very compelling lady. Friendly and very kind to all. Seems to be the type of person all phone companies would be proud to have as a boss. I went there she was very honest, forthcoming about all the phones and very helpful. So i bought a great phone and switched from metro pcs in which the service wasnt that great at all. But now i can go in walmart and make calls. Thank you melisa, and if anyone is in need of great service and a beautiful smiling face.... Go to cricket wireless on ellis ave. Ty all

I was on my way to being a loyal customer until I discovered Id been purposefully deceived. I lost my phone $19..No big deal..Just go get another one. I went into this store. As Im getting the exact phone..Im told there will be an UPGRADE FEE of $25 for the same phone..but its really an activation fee, because theres no other way to activate the phone. When I asked if I could do it myself? The answer was no. When I asked if Cricket online could do it the answer was no. When I asked if I purchased the phone any other way, online or at another retailer would i be faced with the same problem the answer was yes..After getting home and feeling as id been deceived..I called the cricket 800#..Turns out I did have other options. I couldve purchased the phone anywhere & had it activated for free. After finding this out I called this store back. I talked to the same person who sold me the phone & when I explained to her how she purposefully deceived me when I asked questions any paying customer would..Her response was Eventhough your right & you did ask me all the right questions..I dont have to tell you anything...If anyone chooses to do business at this location.. Know that if the young lady Melissa Palmer meant to deceive me..anyone else who works there has been probably trained to do so as well. Ill continue to do business with Cricket but not at this location. And she Is one of the ones giving the place 5 stars...Pathetic.

Please please dont waste your time going to the cricket wireless on Ellis, Byram, or Pearl,, they have the most nasty sales associates in the world!!!! They want honor the 7 day return policy,, they would lie and tell you to go to another store where a Manager/ owner is so they can refund you because sale associates cant refund,, once you get to the other store the owner want give u your refund instead trys to buy the phone from you half the price you paid for it!!!!!! They are sooooo rude and nasty the sale associates in Byram even hung up on me!!!! Please do not go to Cricket wireless on Ellis, Byram or pearl they are own by the same nasty peole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible place and they are a disaster in terms of attention, suppose I changed my plan because I had very little data and in the end they cut the lines that I had for lack of payment and it was something that I did not actorize and they changed the plan without my asking and When I complained, they said that they hadnt done anything to me and that the company does it actomatically! 😡😡
