Customer service today was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!The lady was so RUDE! She herd me say this to my husband.And said excuse me, I say I was speaking to my husband. She replied, im not being rude,And there’s nothing else I can do for you.And hung up, on me.I ordered products 100.00, And had it shipped to me. I explained to the manager as she let me know, who she is.MEKA!Well I ‘m OLD SHOOLNOT USE TO VERY BAD CUSTOMER SETVICE.Oh and she didn’t have info for her managerfor me to reach.

The service was great. The lady that was there has been there several times when I would go in an has been a great help. The reason I give it a 4 is because the prices could be more reasonable. People that live in the city might can pay the high prices. But the people who live an hour an a half away dont bring in that kind of money. Makes it hard to buy products to sell. Because the people in the country dont make big bucks!

I think that salon centric is one of the best places to go if you need professional hair products. Salon centric is a progresión al only place. In my opinion salon centric also has very amazing employees that help/ assist when you need it. This is what i think about salon centric
