Im in the store for about 10mins before I see a wig Im interested in, so I pick it up attempting to try on. The store owner yells from the register, No No!!-- but what was I supposed to do after being in there with no help. I still spend 50bucks in there but I didnt get a thankyou come again or anything. I just wish more hair products were available in walmart so I wouldnt have to go to a store ran buy unappreciative foreigners.

The store in itself is clean and well stocked, however, the employees are a different story. They can, at times, be rude and unwilling to help. They sometimes act as though they do not want to be bothered, but you’re at work! I’ve never had a bad experience with the owner(I’ve only seen the woman). Customer service can thrive your business or bring it to the ground.

Due to covid, you aren’t able to try wigs on, which is understandable and I agree. The problem is that the wig that I bought wasn’t for an average sized head which is why it ripped. $100 down the drain.

This is a bad store! I do not recommend for anyone who wants long-lasting supplies. I bought 3 different things and they all broke in less than a week. This is great for display but I dont recommend buying it. ~Daughter Speaking

They have everything I need for hair care and cosmetics. Overall the prices are lower than one of the major hair & wig stores. Who wouldnt love that?

The man who owns this store is just like his product horrible, he has a bad attitude he always look like he hates his customers. I bought weave glue from this store and the 4 bottles where all ready rubbery like they been sitting there for years then when I took it back ask me was i sure i purchased it there where was my receipt and i had just checked out 5 mins before. I will not be purchasing anything else from this store

This place is horrible... They are selling expired products all over the store. Some of the Taliah Waajid products has been expired since 2013. I told them when I tried to return products had purchased within 30 minutes. The employee didnt even care that they were selling expired products to customers. I will never go back!!!!!!! If you do go check your expiration dates.

I had a horrible experience at this store!!! I was a regular customer at this store until one day I went in and one of the men employee accused me of stealing !! I did not steal anything!!

I bought a Hot Comb that didn’t get hot & The owners who own the store are RUDE & will not give any exchange for purchased goods that they were in. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY BUYING ANYTHING ELSE FROM PEOPLE THATS NOT CONSIDERATE.
