Just received my Covid Vaccine today from here. The pharmacist did a wonderful job, didn’t even feel it. He was very professional and explained everything clearly. They were obviously busy, but still made you feel like you were their top priority.

I called to confirm Rite Aid had the Fluzone shot for people 65 and older. The pharmacy said they had the Fluzone shot. At the pharmacy when filling out the paperwork for the shot, under the type of flu shot desired I wrote Fluzone. When I got home I discovered I had been given the Fluad shot and not the Fluzone. No one at the pharmacy informed me that I was not being given the Fluzone as requested. Upon calling the pharmacy after discovering I had been given Fluad, they told me they did not have the Fluzone, it wasnt shipped and they didnt know of anyone who had Fluzone. At the same time I was at Rite Aid, my husband was receiving the Fluzone shot from Walmart. He was given a choice between the different flu shots and selected Fluzone. His paper work states the Fluzone was given. It is unethical to substitute one shot for another without informing the recipient. I cannot recommend Rite Aid and will never use them again.

Great store. I’d rather shop here than Rite Aid.
