Rude people work here. Now I know why their parking lot is always empty

It was great experience. Easy to find what I was looking for.

The store is great over all I came in today only seen one cashier,no help, and a lady who obviously work there but had a dress under the company shirt, and no mask entering or exiting the store to sit outside with her legs propped up and undergarments exposed when customers leave and exit the building. Other than that thanks for the products.

Kind of dark and gloomy atmosphere. Store needs a good cleaning and floor wax. Good background music, not too loud and no rap. Prices are high. They are well stock, but the products are old.

I am a long time customer of this store and even a rewards member. I have been giving these people my money for many years and received some very disappointing treatment during a recent visit. They had a new guy working there did nothing but talk on his phone (in Korean) the entire time that I was in the store. I kept looking for help and tried to flag him down and he ignored me. I had to go to the other side of the store to get help from the very kind black females. During the rest of my shopping, the guy kept following me from aisle to aisle pretending to look at something on the shelves (while still talking on his phone). I went to another aisle and just to see what he would do...he did the same thing of stalking me. I had just come from work and was wearing my uniform complete with ID badge and this dude continued to make me feel so uncomfortable. On top of that, they saw my info when I first checked out. The lady that normally runs the store has never treated me like this. I was a regular at this location. This is 2020...when is this kind of behavior going to stop. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this store if this is the way that they want to start treating their customers. I do not give my money to businesses that don’t believe in good and equal customer service.

The workers didnt follow us around the store- Awesome. This gave us a chance to spend freely. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

I always enjoy going into this store #11 for products that are reasonably priced..Ms.India the sales associate is very helpful.. she even gave me a tip and I ended up spending more money that I intended to but was definitely satisfied..so give Ms.. India a raise cause she deserves it.. Ive never had any of the other associates that were as helpful as she was today, and yesterday as well.. I shop here a lot

This is truly a beauty supply warehouse. They occupy a defunct toys r us building with much square footage. They have decent customer service and prices.

I love to get my hair items here. However the employees can have a nasty attitude. You can walk and look for an item then find it; while they stare at you, like a dumb deer in headlights. Then get mad at you when you ask for assistance. We all need a job but most of all to keep it. Thats why I rated this store as is. The owner at the front deserves 10 stars for putting up with them.

There is a lot of stuff. The staff really dont know a lot about the products they sell. They will tell you a wig looks good or weave will be pretty have you looking like a fool to make that sale because all sales final no refund no exchange. So bring someone who will look out for you or Google and know exactly what youre looking for before you go. Its more expensive than Amazon but if you need it right now its a decent store

Went with my wife to get a few things and found everything we needed. This is a very big store with thousands of items for barber and beauty.

Large beauty supply store with hard to find beauty items. If you like fake hair, they have a very large variety of hair that often goes on sale buy one get one half off. Also open on Sundays.

They had what I needed, but wasnt very customer friendly. I liked to be greeted when Im coming inside to shop and spend money. Its a huge beauty supply store.

Manager was rude. My daughter bought too much hair ($83 worth) and she would not accept the unused/unopened hair back. I will never support this place again.

The beauty supply warehouse has a great deal of products and reasonable prices. The only product I wished Beauty Supply Warehouse carry is Shea moisture products.

I loved the employees very fun and energetic people. They helped my wife and I very well.... the store is huge and well organized. I normally dont shop with my wife but im really glad i went in with her. Very helpful and funny employees. We will return again.

I go there every month to get supplies and all good customer service. But the store could be cleaner. And the makeup section most definitely.

I got some really good hair both at a cheap price and a little more on the expensive side but overall the customer service in the store is still great.

They have a great selection but they dont have a public bathroom. that is not good customer service when ur in the the middle of practically nowhere

Got stuck here more then 24 hrs for just get loaded our truck. They dont have fork lift & drivers have to load truck by themself. Never seen a place like this..
