I have read the reviews online and am kinda shocked. I have done business with them several times and havent had 1 issue at all! Ms. Linda that answers the phone always assist in locating a part for me, if they dont have it. This always saves me tons of time. Give them a try.

Purchased a used transmission from S & E and when we received the part it was damaged from improper removal from the vehicle (lack of vehicle knowledge). We have not installed the transmission but they refuse to give any sort of refund and only offer in store credit. We do not want in store credit because they obviously cant even pull a transmission out correctly, so why would I buy any other parts from them? I do not recommend buying from these crooks for anything and hope no one else has to deal with these sorry excuses for a business. If I could rate them lower than a 1 star I would.

The woman that answers the phone is Impatient. Like I only wanted to know if y’all had a specific vehicle, not all that extra stuff that was unnecessarily asked.

Terrible business. Had my vehicle towed by this company. The next day tried to pick up my vehicle and they sent me to the wrong location. And then called me back and and told me it’s at a different location. Went to that location and the driver was very rude. Didn’t give me a receipt for my payment. Will never use this company again.

Wish there was a no star I wasnt contacted they didnt want to answer the questions I asked when I tried to explain the situation they were very rude and hung up on me and when I asked to speak to the owner or a manager of sorts the refused and would just say you can call back tomorrow neither was I the owner of the vehicle police enforcement or the home owner of the residence present when it was taken I was very disappointed in the way the do business
