If I knew my cashiers name Id thank her a hundred times. Its nice to go places where the employees are actually knowledgeable about whats going on and not guessing, especially when it comes to car repairs. Miss maam got me parts I didnt even know I needed all with a smile. THANK YOU.

The customer service was quite lazy and inaccurate. I had called ahead and asked about prices on spark plugs for my specific vehicle. And it was a bunch of confusion once I finally got there because the compatible or what do you call leaving my car spark plugs were different prices than the ones that I was quoted ...it was a bunch of lazy and inaccurate really not professional very irritating nonsense that I had to go through that day about the pricing ... So I ended up just getting the ones that I brought enough money in the store for... which was actually not the ones that they said was recommended for my vehicle...
Got two bad alternators from the AutoZone on Northside drive. They told me I had to go out to the AutoZone near I55 and frontage Rd to get a replacement. They also wouldnt do any kind of prorate on the original payment I made on the first alternator because they have a lifetime warranty. Why would I continue to get alternators from there if Ive gotten 2 bad ones? It cost well over well over $700 total because of AutoZone and those 2 bad alternators which includes having to pay a mechanic to remove the bad ones plus the price to get a new one from somewhere else. No more electronics from AutoZone.
I purchased a part earlier and it was wrong. I was upset. I came back hell bent on a refund because no one could figure out what I need, but then I met the Assistant Manager Wes. He went above and beyond to help figure out what I needed. He got me the right part and made my day. I plan on shopping with Wes from now on.

I ask another employee to help me...he told me he was pulling orders..and kept walking...and there was a store full of employees in the back..THE CUSTMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL... I did not get what I needed ended up leaving...this happened at the auto zone location on1419 Ellis avenue

Step your game up as a business. Profits could be way higher quarterly and annually. You have to remove the old, out of shape and weak ones to run a high profitable store. Not by having a full store with the lines moving slower then an old chevy with a busted valve. Night time here is better because you have the young guy there and he can move. I cant be in line with some one who wobble and gets smart. Out of shape comes with quick anger.

Auto Zone, Mississippi, did not have correct ball joint for Toyota Four Runner we needed. The employes tried very hard to locate and try compressing what they had.Even tho it did not fit. They still tried to help repeatedly. Wish I knew his name, he deserves to be praised for caring about helping the customer. Thank You. Mary L.

I was in the store about 1:00 on a Wednesday, & they were VERY BUSY. Thought about leaving after waiting in line as long as I did. Was only buying a car air freshener that I could literally buy ANYWHERE...The CSR was very nice & polite even though she was swamped... ringing up customers, answering other employees questions & answering the phone (which rang back to back 4x while I stood there)I may have just been in at a busy time of day, but seems like they could use more employees.

I needed to have my granddaughters battery checked and when I arrived and my son went in to ask an associate to come out I was so amazed at how quickly we received excellent customer service it made me feel special so much so was the news all we needed was to purchase treatment for elimination of bad gas and the costs for the two products was very reasonable along with how to use them. So satisfied.

Great store, wide variety and help everywhere but unfortunately no one asked me what I needed until at least 10 minutes waiting at the one register being used. Small issue but there are literally workers everywhere so I couldnt understand. Just had a small question. But love this store still!
Quick diagnosis for my car, You are Greeted when entering. The employees have a sense of humor, They have knowledge on what is best for difference situations. They are a great outlook for AutoZone.
This store is on top of their game. They are there to help and they do that with exactness. If they have items on sale and you come to the counter with items not on sale they will ask if knew that this brand of the same item is on sale you cant beat such professionalism. I love this store

If you live in Jackson, make sure this is the only Auto Zone you go to. They have all the parts everytime because this is the main warehouse. All Auto Zones get their parts from here when they dont have it in stock.

Tried explaining that there was a different motor in my car than the factory motor and that I needed help finding a part but the person that picked up the phone kept interrupting me and asking what part I needed. From the time she picked up the phone her attitude seemed liked she wanted to rush the call and get off the phone. VERY, VERY RUDE!!! I have spent a lot of money with AutoZone over the last 15 years,, to be treated like I was bothering her because I need help is just rude as hell. That your job to help customers,is it not? Ellis avenue AutoZone employees are rude and I will never go there or call there again!
Have the parts but you cant get them because they close whenever they feel like it, even if a customer is there and the hours posted says you have another 15-20 minutes. They are there lights on see you and say were closed. Its happened a half dozen times at least. Why post hours if it means nothing. Also would like to see those employees need something during business hours someplace and get the were closed bull. Wiping off shelves out weighs selling parts and being a decent person at Ellis ave. Autozone clearly.

The Ellis avenue store is open until 12am yet they dont test batteries after dark even though theres a big bright sign on the window advertising FREE battery testing. Go figure
