Always a great experience when Mr Mack is there he has great customer service skills always friendly and ready to quickly get what I need at the best compared prices. Had a problem with the other new young man he was rude and ignored me on several occasions. That young man was unwilling to listen to my needs so I left and ordered from Amazon and on another occasion I went to another advance location. He really need customer service skills or need to be replaced.

I dont dislike advance Auto parts to be honest. This particular instance I was getting an item and it took the customer service guy several minutes to check me out, for one freaking item. I didnt understand it and I still dont. My thing is okay I got this item get it bring it up and let me go and be polite about it which he was. But it took too long and customer service also has a time limit if youre good customer service representative for your particular company..

When you have a place thats as helpful as you guys are, you really dont mind a few parts here an there. Great job thanks!!
