Not happy with this Sears site. I am in need of a car battery, not just any battery - a Die Hard brand car battery is what I would usually buy. Over the years, I have purchased thousands of dollars of car batteries, and many thousands of dollars for all other Sears branded products.There is nothing to inform me or other customers that the Sears Auto center in Troy Michigan is not open for business.The phone is not answeted at all for days, it would ring unanswered sometimes just quit ringing after 3 or 4 rings. FINALLY after trying to order the battery for my Buick online myself and then with the assistance of a real live person on the phone (after unsuccessful attempts by interactive online assistance via text messages) I was told by the Sears agent located in CA to continue to call the phone number myself AND that it was an active number.Now When the number is dialed it provides a response that this number is not in service. Even though the Sears agent on the phone assured me that this location has not been closed.I have been a Loyal Sears customer for over 50 years. I have owned practically every Craftsman brand of hand, power, and yard tools tractors, trimmers compressors, blowers, power washers, Kenmore home appliaces humidifiers, dehumidifiers, furnishing 4 homes over the years.I was a literal one man sales and marketing expert sharing with anyone interested how satisfied I have been with the quality, performance and satisfaction I had with my Sears/Crafrsman/Kenmore purchases.Now I have have a need for a battery for my car. I want to buy it from Sears because I have accumulated 155,253 points from purchases with my Sears Shop Your Way Rewards credit card that I want apply towards my battery purchase.It would be nice to be supported now, as I have supported Sears for all these years, It is the Quality thing to do.I do know a thing or two about Quality and customer satisfaction after 40 plus years implementing, managing and directing Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering for life saving medical equipment and devices.Frustrated (decades loyal) customer.Dale Seamon CQE CQA.

Lisa and Kelly were absolutely wonderful. The automotive technicians explaining everything to me and were quick the repairs! Will definitely come back!! Excellent extremely happy with their services.

Everyone that I spoke with was super kind and friendly! They did a three hour job in an hour and a half with two guys and had me on my way so I could make it to work on time. I’ve been coming here for the last year and a half for all my auto needs, and always an excellent experience at this location!

I was provided with excellent service with both an oil change and a replacement for the belly pan on my car. Kelly was especially friendly and helpful although everyone was very nice. I would recommend coming here for any service needed on your car as my experience was great. Five stars

Had an oil change and some tires replaced. The process was quick and efficient and Jessica was very kind. She, and the crew, made the process quick and painless, and worked to get me the best price.

I needed an oil change right away because I was loaning it to someone who was driving out bbn of town. This situation came up suddenly. They worked me in shortly before closing and the staff were so nice.

Had the oil changed on my car and they said everything was fine with the battery. Never mentioned that the clamp was missing. It was in the back seat because I had taken the battery out earlier that day. Said they topped off the washer solution but could not find the power steering unit . Its right beside the washer solution fill. When asked about the washer solution, I was told that it was topped off with blue colored water ! Glad it wasnt cold so it would freeze. Tried calling Fred and never got an answer back. WOW

Had my oil changed. I was very happy with the work they did and the people that worked there were pleasant and efficient.

The lady who answered the phone needs more training. She didnt know what oil my vehicle needed, prices or other questions asked.

We had a flat tire in Jackson on our way to Chelsea from hillsdale at 5:45 on Sunday. We pulled into Sears garage 4 mins before closing and they fixed the tire for us!!! And were so nice about it. Most places would have turned us away at that time. Technician Bob and manager Kelly went above and beyond to send us safely on our way. They were awesome. Thank you from Henry and Pam!!!!

Sears has took advantage of all of its vendors shorting is 10’s of thousands of dollars during there bankruptcy . Do not support any of there stores! Hope this place shuts down !

Way over priced. Over charge for work done. Made an apt. Only to find out all the extra charges that it would include. I tried to explain the issue and was told a bunch of clueless information not regarding my problems. Tried to sell me on a small job that would require more work than was actually needed. I made one simple phone call to another shop and was quoted significantly less. I wouldn’t dare send my grandma here!

Sadly this Sears Auto Center will be closing officially on 2/29/2020.

We had our oil changed and a few months later oil started leaking.WE took the car back and explained the problem.they looked at it and fixed the oil leak free of charge.this place is amazing and affordable.😁😁😁
