STAY AWAY! I ordered a flat iron that didnt work on my hair. (Cost over $200) I tried it once. I returned the product and they refused the return because I had thrown away the outer box. I was forced to keep a flat iron I will never use. I will not buy from this company ever again in the future. (They are actually sending it back to me, I dont have it yet)

Didnt get greeted upon our entrance but was able to get what I needed.

The owner and the young ladies he hires are always nice and helpful. Its a peaceful shopping experience every time I go.

Why are we still going to beauty supply stores that aren’t black owned? I can’t ask questions about the right products for my hair type & porosity, you may be followed around the store & even talked about. Do yourself a favor & drive 2 mins away to “The Hive” - a black owned, friendly beauty supply.

I bought some andis T-outliner from them.it was bad. So I bought them back less then three Day he will not exchange them.because he sad they do not look like 3 day old t-outliner

Friendly and the variety of product have improved since the new management. The store is brighter and nicer to shop.

I visited the store today and the lady at the counter was really nice. My low rating is due to a few things. Little store but they have decent product to be honest. My issue is the good natural hair products were locked in a case - inaccessible. These are the products used by black women. The top brands. I immediately put my handful of items down due to the disrespect. Why are our particular products locked up? Im over these ppl and their racist tactics. There are so many other beauty supply stores with better options and who will treat you like the queen you are without locking up the products you need the most. BLACK WOMEN - DO NOT BUY HERE.

The owners at this beauty supply store are always friendly and helpful. The wife is extremely knowledgeable and always know what will look good with your skin tone.

This store carries a decent variety of hair care products, including those made specifically for natural hair. If youre looking for good variety of extensions, this is not the place unless youre simply getting kanekalon (synthetic) braid hair or crochet hair. The store is extremely small, havent had any issues with the staff. First time I went after moving nearby, felt as if I was being followed (again the store is tiny). The few times that Ive returned, I havent gotten that same vibe or surveillance.

Pretty small beauty supply. I didnt like that the lady that worked that they watched me s hard. Smh, not a good look.

Its only for convenience,. They dont put price tags on everything so they can upcharge when you get to register. I do not respect that. Every item should be marked with price. The store is very compact. You wouldnt find that much needed product here either just the average and regular. I think 2 is very fair being that they have good customer service(greetings the basic) which is a plus.

I didnt like the vibe.. only men at the counter barely spoke to me. I felt very unwelcomed. Get more women please or be more friendly that would really help.

Not much of a variety at this store. I wouldn’t come back, I only came because it’s pretty much the only beauty supply store in las colinas. It’s very small and the prices on everything isn’t labeled.

The owner is kind and helpful. The prices are great. They always have the shade that i use in stock, which Sallys down the road never has.

They have the best sales in hair and products/ BuyOneGetOne free. Purchased a pack of Remi Wet/Wavy for $200 (2x 16 and 2x 18). Got one free.

Friendly and courteous staff. Great location. Found the Organic product that I was looking for.

This beauty supply is very convenient and carry most of the products in trend. Even when I dont find what I was looking for, I can always ask the owners and in most cases they will make an effort to order the items and give a date when you can come back to check if they have it in stock.

Staff is nice and the store has a good “quick” selection. I feel they could use more braiding hair and wigs but maybe not enough space.
