We stored my younger brothers things at this location. He passed 12.29.19 and I went to go through his things. Dan was awesome, understanding and very helpful helping me get in contact with the right people to get what I needed done, done! I will forever be grateful for all his help. This place has 700 secure units all under camera with secure locks. This place was clean and secure and if necessary I would use again. I highly recommend. :)

Dan is the really the man! We love having our units at this facility and Dan makes the experience all worth while. Each time we are greeted with kindness and exceptional support from him. This is a wonderful facility.

Nice and secure facility. Had no issues. The elevator is very slow and the community push carts are locked up but other than that the place is great!

Not secure at all. The lock they force you to buy has been breached. I was burglarized here twice. Would recommend everyone check their units and leave immediately.

Rented a unit for a few months to store furniture while opening up an office nearby. Barbara was very helpful with setting me up with a unit and accepting deliveries. 5 stars!

New management, extended hours. Parking is limited but havent experienced a problem because of that. Gated access with keypad entry, automated exit. Different sized units on offer.

This place is terrible. All units measure significantly less than specified. No bathroom after hours. Carts are locked up so you cant use them. When elevators break they are down for days. Prices rise rapidly. Avoid.

They all act like nice people from the outside but they cheat and lie.I received a price online, signed up and entered my information and chose a move in date. I was called by one of their staff to confirm and we set a date. We were looking for temperature and humidity controlled storage so we chose this location.SIDENOTE: The temperature does not really feel controlled. In fact, it feels hot and humid in there but I did not have any way of measuring it...When I came in it turned out that the unit I had been “assigned” wasn’t really the dimensions advertised since it was close to the elevators and had a chunk of space taken up by this. It was more like a long hallway. I obviously told them that would not fit the couches and bed I needed to store so I was shown a different one.Conveniently, this was priced higher and I didn’t get the online discount since I was signing up on premise... I told her that was not ok so she proceeded to make some adjustments in the computer and said I’d get that discount but the unit was still more expensive. I agreed. Reluctantly.I also bought packing material and a lock.Then she asked me to sign a contract on the computer. There was one screen facing the clients which was off except when you had to sign on a signature pad. So she got to the first part, name, address, etc. Asked me to check it and then sign. I did.Then she just started verbally explaining the contract but without me seeing it since the screen was turned off again... at different point she said that i needed to sign but the only thing visible in the screen was the signature block and the bottom of each paragraph. On and on this went.Whenever I asked her she said I’d get a copy as soon as the signatures were made. She said that’s how the system works but that I could come around and read on her screen if I wanted. Anyway, she said, once you get the copy emailed, we can adjust anything.So we finished. And I got the copy emailed. And it turns out that I did not get the discount that I was supposed to get. So I asked her to change it... turns out she can’t do it here so she needed to call someone in corporate and they were out to lunch...? So she said she’d email them and get back to me with the corrections.That was more than a week ago. It hasn’t happened.So I came in today, removed my lock and took the few things I had stored out.On my way out, I stopped by the office to let the clerk know and asked to be refunded at least partially what I had already been charged.Unsurprisingly, he said he had no authority to do that, and he had to contact corporate. But that her email the right away and let me know.I’m not holding my breath for that one...PS. I also told them on my way out the first day that the fluorescent lamp in the unit was not working. She said they’d change it right away since I had given them permission to access the unit. That also, still hasn’t been replaced two weeks later.

Have used them for a few months now. The people are great. Mike is very helpful, accomdating and answers all of our concerns. The facility is neat and clean. Its a newer facility. You have access til 11pm. Their prices are fair. Theres parking in the back. They accept Amex and have an air conditioned section. Highly recommended.

Dan was very professional and thorough. He walked me to two units before I decided on one. Paperwork went smoothly. Very hard to complain about anything. Excellent service.

This place is over-priced to begin with, but then they also automatically add insurance to your bill. Further, unlike many other storage facilities, they do not pro-rate your bill for the days of the month you do not have possession of your storage unit, regardless of the amount of notice you give. So, if you move out on the second day of the month, you are paying for that ENTIRE month, rather than just 2 days. Read the contract carefully, folks, and take your business elsewhere.
