Excellent customer service. I rented a unit and it was too small. They were very accommodating and quickly upgraded me to a larger unit. The facility is extremely secure. I also love that it’s so new and clean. They were cranking music in the facility while I was moving which made it more enjoyable.

First time utilizing a storage place and I’ve been here for almost a year. Everytime I come and talk to someone it’s always been excellent customer service. My most recent time Raul went above and beyond to help me and address my concerns, extremely appreciative of him!Only con about this place is they’re a bit understaffed as it can be hard to find someone to help. A couple of times there’s only one person available to help and if they’re in the facility you have to either wait at the front or go find them if you have access to go inside.

Excellent presentation and help by staff. Suggest you make available a floor plan layout of internal units. I was totally lost and confused trying to find my unit.Signage for exits should be lighted and there should be signage to locate elevators.However your service is 5 star and the staff are 10 stars. Clean space like the fact that its a new facility and very helpful attendant.

My current unit is a drive up unit and is scheduled to be remodeled so they offered 2 months free rent to relocate to the other side of the road. Nice enough offer except I was not given the drive up I was promised when I made the switch. The unit is nice and temp controlled but not what I had prior. No discounts or other concessions made.

Aside from the annoyance of having to move my “stuff” for the second time due to Extra Space expansion plans, the team handled it well. It’s obvious that your staff has been trained in providing a pleasant, positive image to your customers. And it’s not just image. The staff is helpful and informative. An excellent experience.

This is my first rental and the experience has been very smooth. The website is intituive and I was able to reserve my storage easily at a competitive rate. One the day of rental start the staff were very friendly and provided me required details and assistance. The area is well guarded and gate controlled. On negatives I found out my space was not clean and lack of washroom facility in this location.Overall excellent customer service from Raul and Christian👍

Worked with Lethy (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong, girl) who was very kind and informative. A lot of times with situations like storage people can try to pull quick ones on you and I never felt that way with her and her coworker, Christian. Getting storage was not something I was planning or frankly looking forward to and they made it quick and painless.

Thought we had a great storage space until we came back several months later and found the lock intact but our valuables stolen.Over $10K worth of cameras, filmmaking equipment and collectables all gone. Oh, and no video survaliance in the buildings. Oh, and two weeks later after the investigation was over and we cancelled our storage unit we got a notice it was going up in price.

I had a great experience here they are an affordable place and it is clean I felt safe going there at night and during the day love the area they were really helpful and they don’t push to up sell you which I admire.Thanks to Raul to who is a great customer service rep

Nice team and clean facility!

2nd time here at Extra Space Storage and still continuing on with a great experience. My first time was great, loved the security and not having to worry about pests. Only thing was that the rent started going up too high so I had to move. Stored my stuff at a my in laws to save a few bucks. That train left so had to find a storage again. This time I paid ahead to lock in my rate for a year. If you can do it go that route. The staff here at the warner facility is awesome. They helped me find the right unit and were very curtious. So far one week in and I have no issues to complain about. Great place to store your stuff and not have to worry about it. Oh and you pay for what you get so I mean the rent isnt the cheapest but the feeling of no worries is priceless.

Extra Storage Place was great from the beginning. I reserved the storage space online and finalized the process over the phone. When I got to my storage space, a lock was waiting for me in the inside, like they promised. The process was smooth, fast, and professional and the prices are better than other storage facilities.

Thank you management for explaining to me that the customer is always and without exception wrong, and your employees are right. After explaining the whole situation of I didn’t get a free month after being promised that. I was offered a $25 concession, but I’d still have to pay over $200 for the mistake of an employee.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing! I came in to reserve a storage unit and Crystal was extremely helpful with helping me find the perfect one! She was extremely kind and made sure I was happy with the unit I got. She even made sure to explain it to me how everything works in detail. I can’t stress enough how amazing my experience was here! Just moved in, but so far really like it. The facility is very new, so things are clean and in great repair. Aisles are well-lit, there are plenty of cameras, and this is the first time Ive ever had a storage unit with its own light and sprinkler.The negatives: Because its so new there are a lot of HUGE moves going on, i.e. entire houses moving in and out, so there is a lot of traffic. I am sure COVID plays a part in this as well as peoples living arrangements constantly change. The entry into the entire place, except for the few outward-facing drive up units, is in the back and theres only 3 parking spaces for hundreds of units, so there can be a huge pile up forcing you to park along the curb. Lastly, I had reserved my unit ahead of time online and they called me to pay for it, but they called me 2 weeks before my move in date. They were about to run my card when I said HOLD IT this is not the date I asked to start. So it was a bit annoying that they almost took my money without paying any regard to my correct move in date and wouldnt have mentioned it if I had not.

The contactless registration worked seamlessly and I was able to gain access to the unit when they said that I would. The facility is clean and there are plenty of carts. My only complaint is that there were multiple cars crowding the door into the storage unit on weekends and since the door is close to the gate into the storage unit, it made traffic a bit tight. I wish they had designed a designated loading/unloading area around each entrance into the storage facility so that doesnt happen. Besides, that, the staff were all very helpful from touring to registration.

As an Army Veteran I am very impressed with this storage facility. I always have a peace of mind that my belongings are safe, every time I am away on a deployment. I’ve been with this location since 2015. I have nothing but positive reviews! From the customer service in the front desk, the cleanliness of the facility and the forgiveness when I’m late for my monthly bill. The staff is easy to talk to and very professional. The Extra Space location on 3125 Warner Ave is an unsecure storage facility. Recently I had a break-in to my unit. I had expressed to the storage office prior to the break-in there is an issue with the access gate where it opens and runs into the ground and doesnt close. They said they would address it. Consequently my unit and other units near me were broken into. A couple of days after the break-in I found the access door to the facility again wide open and upon contacting the office, they said they would again attempt to fix it. It appears to be a recurring problem at that location. I am sharing this review to beware of what goes on at that location.

I cannot stress enough how amazing the customer service is here ! I came in for some estimates on different units and Crystal was such a great help ! She was very informed on the units and pricing and was really patient with us. She really went above and beyond with her service, truly making the experience less stressful and it was honestly a pleasure having her help us. Superb attitude and all. Definitely will recommend your business! Thank you.

Facility is state of the art-clean-accessible - perfect 5. The employees are another issue-Mistakes on notice to vacate vs date of leaving/Closed to customers in the middle of the day (not according to open hours on the front door) Either incompetent or not given adequate support by management-or some combination-but definitely lacking in customer support.

If you want your money stolen come here. Raul lied and fraudulently charged my card then noted I was ok with it. When I tried to resolve it with Christian he got belligerent and tried to hang up on me. They are very unprofessional. They clearly know they have a free month and it should have been charged as such. Raul told me one thing and completely did another. Customers drive your business. I hope you feel your unprofessionalism and lies are worth the loss and disgust of customers.

Came here with my daughter and the service was amazing. The young lady there was very informative and took extra precautions to ensure our health and safety. Unfortunately there were no available RV spaces but I would have rented here otherwise!

Great location. Right near all the good food places. I have a lot of kids and another on the way so this location saves me time. The place is clean and I had a lot of options. This place is clean and friendly staff. HOWEVER, they get a ONE STAR FOR DISHONESTY in two areas. When I went to look at the size of my unit, it looked small, luckily I had a tape measure in my SUV. Sure enough it was supposed to be 10 X 20 and it was less than 10 by 183!! That is a Big difference! PLUS, They advertise if you refer someone you will get (up to) $50 credit, DONT BOTHER REFERRING A FAMILY MEMBER - They wont honor the $50 credit!!! (it did not say that in the email that it would be dishonored). I will keep you posted if they raise my rates for posting this comment. They told us, they would not raise the rates until the 6 month. (they give you 1 month notice). They said they would only raise it about $10-15 a month. I will keep you posted. BTW- there rates were fair... BUT I DONT LIKE DISHONESTY!!!

This was my first exposure to extra space storage. I took advantage of their 1 month free rental offer and I have nothing but high praise for this place. The sign up and payment was quick and easy. The staff is friendly. I cant remember the name, but a lady helpedo me out. I just had to provide my own locks. Access to this place is very good. Its near the jamboree exit on the 5 freeway. I also needed a dolly and they had a free to use cart in the facility, which was helpful. There is a restroom on site of you need to do your business. The hours of the storage place are convenient and reasonable. I have since recommended this place to all my friends. My friend also used their service to rent a unit and said Francisco and Karl helped him out.

Sandra and Richard were very nice and super helpful. They worked efficiently and answered every question I had. The main office as well as the property was very clean and well kept. I would recommend them to anyone for all storage needs.

Very Good location, well kept with a nice staff. The biggest reason I give it a 5 star rating though is that I am now paying half of what I was paying for the same size unit in the same city. Only negative is there are no lights after dark inside the units so you have to bring your own. But with a battery powered lantern, its all good. Small price to pay for the savings.

I have been storing here for many many years and by far this Management team has been the best Sandra and Francisco are always helpful and kind. I have been telling them i will do a review for years but yesterday really made me want to do it. I came in to make a payment and was approached by a man who was incredibly rude for one but also disheveled, did not seem well at all . I could not believe what he was saying to me and also to Francisco and Sandra, i knew then i had to do this and speak up for them they are really great people on top of being great at their job. I always tell my family and friends if they need storage to come here and will continue doing so.
