I like the fact that they have self checkout if you want to do that. They also have friendly, caring and efficient checkers.I found the dessert items I needed. Yes, NEEDED 😉 I also bought some flowers.

Its usually a 5-Star, as I often use restrooms and grab a sandwich when working this area but today The Lady on register #5 was rude. She either didnt like having to cashier and was mad that I came to her line, or she didnt like my face. Either it was noticeable, in that she disgustedly turned her head away from me as she let go of my receipt before handing it to me...

Such a fantastic store!! I accidentally came upon the market while visiting CVS and stopped in to get a drink. I couldnt believe the quality and variety of items that this Ralphs carries. The fruits and veggies are fresh and they carry an amazing selection. Everything is spotless and the aisles are wide and spacious!! The displays are well positioned and inviting. They had a beautiful special on shrimp that day! For $5.00, I made my family a gorgeous shrimp salad. The prices and deals are terrific. Best part is the staff members. The lady that checked me out -- was amazing. She had a brown bob and bangs. Warm, friendly and so helpful. Like days gone by. This is my new market, even though its a little distance away. I almost fainted when I saw the Starbucks -- my favorite!! A pleasure to go in-store shopping at this store.

Fast service, excellent selection, and very friendly staff. Had a nice chat with the guy bagging my groceries. I was able to easily find everything I was looking for and also discover some new foods. Theres a large variety of meats, deli salads, vegetables, snacks, and more at this location. In addition, the wait time for checkout is fairly short.

The worst grocery store ever. Many times Ive ended up accidentally grabbing moldy food from their shelves. A package of tortellini I bought was filled with mold and any fresh meat from the counter goes bad within 3 days. Never happens when I go to any other Ralphs around me, just this one. The only good thing about this place is everyone who works here is very nice but I will literally never return to this store due to the amount of rotten food they put on their shelves.

I like shopping at Ralphs, but they need to do something with their produce department. I am tired of throwing out most of the fruits I buy from their store because they are not fresh. Sometimes they bring local produce, and it is excellent, but the majority of times, they have frozen defrosted fruits from the previous season, and it isnt enjoyable! Please, we live in a state that everything grows, so bring some fresh produce!

I wanted to give a special shout out to Kevin who makes visiting Ralphs extra special. Kevin went out of his way to learn my name and he greets me by name everytime I go shopping. What an awesome and unique experience! In addition to Kevin the overall team including the Starbucks crew have always been above and beyond kind and helpful. I go out of my way to shop here just becuase the employees are so amazing.

Great supermarket and they have Wagyu Ground Beef from Mishima Reserve which is great. I do wish that they carried the other Wagyu Beefs from same supplier though. Good selection of pasta sauces here. Hagen Dazs ice cream though is expensive at $5.29 when not on special.

Very cheap place to shop. In the clearance section there are items for way cheaper than they normally are. One time 12 glazed donuts were only 1$! Thats insanely cheap! They also other really affordable items as well.

Where are the customer service baggers??Bought a lot of groceries at this Ralphs location and had to hurry and bag each item myself all while trying to pay, etc. Holding up the huge line. Might as well get rid of all the cashier stations and just make it all self check out. Seriously!

Ive been in here a few times in the last week and feel like the staff here deserve to be commended. People are going crazy, they have to ration water and toilet paper, and still the staff remains helpful, professional, and friendly. This Ralphs is always great, but maintaining that high level of service during a crisis is pretty spectacular. Thank you for helping your community during this insanity!

Constantly rude customer service, today I literally saw a cashier ask a white customer with no mask on politely to move to the next cashier and then we she got to me she very rudely told me to move to number 4I frequent this ralphs, and rude customer service seems to be a regular thing at it to the point that i try to avoid the cashiers and just prefer to use self check out when possible, so sad to see

Ive never been to a bad Ralphs honestly. Things are well stocked, the store is always clean. Parking is a breeze, employees are always very kind. Prices are great. Much better quality than Albies, patrons are polite for the most part.

Their hours are great for last minute items or early morning errands needed. The staff is okay and the prices are too. They usually have 2 for $5 berry deals.

Big store. The guys that work in the produce department are all super friendly and helpful. Also there is a Starbucks inside the store. The only problem is the Starbucks hours arent posted anywhere.

Does Ralph’s have a problem with good customer service especially when it regards people of color. I am a person of color, and it’s alarming that at Ralph’s one has to wonder if not all customers are treated equally. I asked an employee for directions around the store, and he made it appear as though I was bothering him, then at checkout the person at the cash register was rude and did not bag my groceries until I asked him to and he did so with an attitude. It’s the market closest to my home so I’ll be sure to provide a running commentary.

Ive lived in Irvine for half a decade, and this was our Ralphs. We came to know those behind this Ralphs brilliance (Keith, David, Darlin Thomas, and our favorite produce guy, Sal.) All good people with amazing personalities. If Keith would have agreed, wed have taken him with us to San Francisco! We moved away for a few years, and all we have is Safeway now, but came back last weekend and all of these fun people were still there doing their thing. Theyve got a great bakery department, cakes baked for kids birthdays, and the deli is very attentive as well. You cant go wrong with this Ralphs, they are the best. Five stars.

All carts are parked and take up parking spaces. but the store has no carts

I really care about what I eat since I train heavy lifting for at least five times a week. The portions of my food are a bit more than a normal persons also. Ralphs has really helped me in taking care of my body with great prices in the highest quality food. I love their Simply Truth brand.

I always have a problem when I want to buy with my WIC card. I chose items with WIC sign but at check out they said they are not WIC items, then why they don’t remove the signs, they just waisted my time every time and at the end I had to pay money for items, the bad part is all of those items were in WIC book

This Ralphs staff is amazing. Its open later than all the other stores, so there are never any large lines. The crew will always come to help if you look lost, and theyre so courteous and kind.

I love this Ralphs. It isnt super huge. Friendly employees. Clean. Very nice produce. Easy to park and in a center with other great shops/eateries.

Enployees are friendly and, for the most part, thry have good selection of items.However, and this does not reflect just this store, they are now charging a fee for cash back. Do they not make enough money off you already?

First time here from la, I walked into the store and thought it was the cleanest store

This is the main grocery store in my area. the parking can be difficult and depending on which direction you want to leave you need to plan out which exit that you want to take. All of them are right turn only. The store is clean and the employees are helpful. The selection is fairly diverse but Ralphs has gradually been pushing prices higher than its competitors over the course of the last two years and the quality of their goods has remained unchanged, and in some cases worsened. I can recommend this place for sale items but for staple items I would check the other stores in the area.

Has all that you require for your daily grocery needs. Conveniently located in a complex which has some eating joints, bank, pharmacy etc. Ample of parking space and friendly staff. I particularly like the quality of their fresh produce and economically priced Kroger Brand alternatives. It is walking distance from Marriotts residence inn and courtyard.

The prices are a bit higher for produce than some of the other grocery stores around, but this is the most convenient store in my area. They have a great produce section and always have specials in the meat section. Also, they have a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf inside the store.

No doubt the best Ralphs around. Love the layout, food is fresh. THE BEST MAPLE DONUTS! Always can find parking, convenient location.

Nice grocery store conveniently located near a few other shops and a bank. I was delighted to see the large selection of craft beers that they had available. The store was clean and had a decent number of staff on hand to assist with any issues.

I love this store but there was a Mangar her name is Abby talked very rude with customers. Not respect at all . Today when I asked about price doesn’t match She was not respect

I work right by here so I often come here to get something to eat. The store is always clean and keeps everything in stock. They have multiple self checkout stations for people like me that prefer to get in and out quickly.

They just did a full renovation of the whole store which is nice. A little confusing for people who are regulars but its great that they renovated it, it looks much nicer inside than before. Alot of the people who work here also seem to have been working there for awhile, almost everyone is friendly apart from a few. They also have a good selection of food and products.

Great place for shopping for good deals if you have a Ralphs card. Its free to get the card, so I am very happy with it. Customer service is great and selection of fresh food is good.

I love this Ralphs & coming to this Starbucks but the girls here either dont know how to read the menu or they try to overcharge. They tried to bill you 50cents per pump when the menu clearly says 0-25 calories per pump. Last time I get a drink here.

Worst service and rudest people.Bought from this store twice or more had receipts and everything to prove my EBT card was real and working. Working balance and all but for some reason the cashier wouldnt accept the card after. Accused me of using a false card and failed to prove anything other than she refused to allow me to purchase. Complete class failure. Called the manager and there wasnt any to attend to the matter. Will call back!! Possible racist and just poor customer service. Beware these people !!!!!!

Dont ever expect them to have sale items in stock, they always keep stale dated items on their shelves and theyll put you through living hell if you ever ask for or try to use a rain check. Last five visits was overcharged. Called to complain and they put me on hold for 25 minutes. Never have made good on their refunds. So shop, but be on your guard.

This used to be my favorite Ralphs, it was always clean and the staff knew regular customers by name. It looks like it must have had a management change, as the store doesnt seem very clean anymore and the staff isnt friendly or helpful.

I had a great experience at this Ralphs just a few minutes ago. I had been there earlier in the evening and had accidentally forgotten my iphone at the self-checkout. I didnt realize that I had done this until several hours later. Knowing I had left it in a public location, I didnt have that much hope in getting it back, however I rushed to the store anyway, just in case. Upon arriving, I was helped by the manager, whose name is Ernesto, and a very nice young cashier, whose name I unfortunately didnt catch. To my delight, they had my iphone there in the lost and found!!! They made sure to ask me a couple questions to ensure that it was going to the right person. I was delighted an impressed by the courteous, honest and intelligent service!

There were a dozen people in line and only one cashier. I tried the hokey self checkout, but the wonderful system was unable to find the price of a scanned item. It kept notifying the attendant, but there was NO attendant. The self checkout attendant decided to help the people in line and completely abandoned the self checkout customers. She tried to help remotely and the system found the right price, but after I put it in my bag, it asked me to remove the item and scan again. What the F? Was this system programmed by idiots?

There are many kind of vegetable, meat and drinks etc . Very comfortable, especially this shop opens early in the morning . Sometimes I helped it.

I had a great experience in Ralph store .. The customer service is very good .. Specially in deli department ...

So I went into the store today at about 12 am i do note the time is very important in this particular circumstance. I went in for a last minute item into ralphs thinking i would be in and out how wrong was i!. I pick up my item which was enfamil AR the tiny bottle for my little boy who needs his formula i get there the cashier (Keith) asks if i need formula then he asks the other cashier in charge ask shes hastenly walking away Hey can i get the key to the formula real quick for this guy This rude lady has the mother ******* audacity to say that shes clocked out and cant help him at all sorry and just walks away. At this time im losing my patience and the line was beyond backed up so to help the cashier out i decide to let everyone infront of me. Keith the cashier calls 1 +1 Linda or Angel please help after keith assists 2 more customers still no one shows so once again linda or angel manager assistance to the front he helps 3 more customers still no help! Once again 1+1 linda or angel customer is waiting! By this time 15 mins have passed qnd you can see these managers chit chatting by thr starbucks i about lost my sh** angel comes to assistance me just to find out that theyre out of the formula i need but he can get some in the back so i wait another 5-10 mins for him to grab it. At last the formula i need. Once i turn around to get the formjma i had thought he would of rang me up but to my suprise he turna around and im like.... the line is so long its past the 2nd register once again keith calls for help and im all the way in the back of the line for a 2nd time. This whole experince was garbage ans those people need to be retrained or learn better time management id they cannot even come and help the only cashier. At late hrs of the night i will be calling upper management and make sure that this gets fixed.
