Curbside pickup is not organized well.My order wasnt ready for several hours after I made it online. The pickup desk was a mess and was unattended. I had to wait in a long returns line to get someone to fetch my order. Once I got someone he had to go to another department to pick it up.It would have been faster to avoid the online order, show up on my own time and shopped in the department myself.

Good relief for Irvine Spectrum sopping center patrons. Target 🎯 is the beaten track here. Shoppers go through it to and from the parking structure. It’s reasonably priced and has most of the needs of families, home, and kitchen. It’s a super Target which means it has groceries as well. Target is starting to impress me. I’m saying that and I’ve seen similar stores over five continents

Customer service in the girls clothing area seriously needs help on training the employees. I Asked the employee in the dept if my daughter could try two pair of shorts. She gave me a serious look with an attitude. Like I was from another planet. Dont Target train their employees how to be friendly?? Then tells us when we where finished rudely just put it on the table when youre done. !!!!!

Came to this location to buy one quick item and they closed the store 7 minutes early and put carts in front of the door. It was completely uncalled for and if your staff wants to close early then maybe you should change your hours to accommodate for lazy employees.

Rohit was phenomenal customer service in tech !! Deserves 20/10. The guy showed me intricate details of many tech products I was interested in and worked very hard. Will come back to this target for help!!!

Nice clean store, obvious downside being that it’s in the spectrum center & parking can be a hassle. Should’ve relocated to where the Walmart was on technology dr. Also has terrible selection of baby boys clothes, tons of girl clothes but not a single sun hat for my son.

Store did not update their hours on the front of building. Store should be open until 11pm for shoppers on weekdays. Security was very rude to unsuspecting shoppers expecting the store to be open until 11:00pm only to be bullied out of the store at 10:00pm.Go back to your original hours and train your team to be courteous to your guests.

They have most everything I need and is clan and organized. I dont like not getting my 5% discount when i dont have my card with me. Why cant you look it up and use my debit card. That I always have with me.

I’m appalled at the lack of professionalism this store showed me this week and will be continue to be in contact until this has been resolved. Save yourself the trouble and do not shop here! This store does not care about its customers.

There was staff around but not interested in helping. This was the dirtiest Target I have ever been in. Bathrooms were dirty, store was dirty and nobody was helpful.

My checkout experience was amazing. Cole at the Target at Irvine Spectrum is truly such a bright light. His energy is contagious and I really enjoyed chatting with him. We may be wearing masks and in the middle of a pandemic, but he somehow made the experience normal and enjoyable for me. More people need to be like Cole!

The store is always clean, and well-stocked. What I really like about the store is CVS pharmacy that is inside of the store. This Target has an amazing CVS pharmacy staff.

I hope this one star rating actually gets managements attention...This store is horrible. Customer service is nonexistent. Walked by multiple staff members and not one said hello to my wife and I until we got all the way back to the electronic section.When asking for help I was met with attitude. Watched the same employee and another employee give attitude to another customer needing help too.No one at the doors greeted us. They greeted others though.This is a really poor representation of Target. I love Target. Its my favorite big chain store. This store is horrible. So lucky there are a lot of other Targets in the area to go to.

I am so thankful for the patient staff at Target Spectrum CVS!! They were so patient during my daughters chickenpox vaccination. She was struggling to gain the courage and they reassured her and waited until she was ready (over an hour). The staff went above and beyond!!

Staff was rude, my cashier was really nice but when an item didn’t have a price tag she called a supervisor over and we had to wait for over 5 minutes! I think ther name adi. I will not be coming back. I recommend going to the other location in crossroads

So, Target is a common franchise found all over the US, and the experience of walking into one is pretty universal. The Spectrum one is a standout one though. Despite the heavy foot traffic, it is always clean. I also like the slightly different layout (to accommodate entrances on opposite sides).

By far the most awkward experiences Ive had at Target. The middle aged woman checking me out refused to speak one word to me. It was a little disturbing and I dont think Ill come back to the target. Bummer this was a clean store but the staff definitely is overall rude and dismissive.

I always enjoy shopping at Target and I find some wonderful deals there. Also, Im a Consumer Cellular customer and more than once, a Target technician has helped me straighten out problems with my phone. This is absolutely great, and has been free to me so far!

I bought some candy bars and they were expired. It was disgusting. What a waste of money thanks Target 😡Incident was back in may. Theyre supposed to throw it out before its expiration. Also on a separate occasion they were selling Hershey chocolate bars that were supposedly on sale for like 2 dollars a bar which is ridiculous. And have seen them try to sell damaged hair care items.

My experience buying on line and pick up at the store was very pleasant. The first response was that the product was not available at Foothill Ranch store but in a few minutes I was notified and able to pick this up at Irvine spectrum Target store on my way from work. It was a juicer so at the same store I pick up all my produce and fruits for my son to use his juicer. It only took me few minutes to pick up and shop which it really made my whole transaction pleasant and fast!! Thank you to Target associates that made it possible .i will continue shopping and recommend it to my family and friends.

Finally better merchandise that I cant find elsewhere, more fashion for men please... GoodFellow is a great quality private label, we need to see more for men.

Loss Prevention needs to stop staring at customers while shopping, specially non-white customers like me...I come to this Target at least 2x week, been doing this for the last 4 years and I’ve always witnessed caucasian people getting arrested as they’re the ones always shoplifting here. I feel like I was being follow with stares by 1 specifically loss prevention security in the last few months. Made me feel upset and very uncomfortable when I actually spend hundreds of dollars per week at this company. The same security will make me feel uncomfortable but smile and say “thank you for coming” to a caucasian couple. He’s lucky I didn’t want to complain the way he made me feel about him to his manager. I don’t like being feel uncomfortable just for the color of my skin. I haven’t seen the same Security for weeks now, I don’t know if he still works there. It took me months to decide to write this review due to all the other issues going on in this country.

The target here has a nice, spacious layout.It appears that there are 2 areas with self checkout aisles. Most are near the entrance near the Irvine Spectrum and one is located at the other end, close to the Starbucks. Not sure if the other one is working though.If you plan to go back into the Irvine Spectrum, its a hassle to go through the other exit, so you might want to go back the same way you came from, as it doesnt connect.

I’ve been to 5 Targets, 12 trips over 3 days just to buy Edamame. They finally have them at the Spectrum location and I was told they wouldn’t get them from the back for me!!!!! It would of been to big a hassle to try and help me out. I explained the absurd effort I’d already put in for frozen vegetables, & they just looked at me like I asked them to design a solar powered rocket ready for deep space exploration. Go get me a few bags of vegetables!

ConvenienceWish they had all self checkout stands open all the time but the wait time still isn’t more than a few minutes. Great selection. I used the app to find anything I wanted in a different color if they had a small selection

This is the worst Target store ever. Always packed and everything is out of order.

Ive never had a bad experience at this Target but Ive also never had a good experience. I rarely find staff on the sales floor nor do I get greeted. Thats okay for me though since I enjoy having the opportunity to just shop without being bugged. It only becomes an issue when Ive actually needed help.But fortunately its conveniently located with a great variety of other stores and a movie theatre.

We found what we wanted and in the area that was appropriate, however we had parked near the back of the store while visiting the Spectrum. All of the items we wanted were at that end of the store and we had to walk a long way to the front of the store to make our purchase. Cant imagine how much merchandise goes out that back door without checkout or security. I am pretty sure there are older people that live in Orange County and parents with tired children who would appreciate another more convient place to check out, know other Target stores have two.

Reena the cashier has no idea what she is doing. It took us 20 minutes to check out because she couldnt figure out how to scan target gift cards that my kids got for Christmas. Then she proceeded to tell us that they didnt have a balance on it. I told her they were brand new and she tried multiple times. She ended up figuring out one but the others she couldnt. We called the number on the back if the gift card and the balance is still there.

The staffs efficiency is high, it is very soon can pick up the goods when process the order

I feel like this Target is a nightmare. Seriously, every single time I have ever purchased something online to pick-up at this location, there is an issue with the transaction. 100% of the time.The staff always seem to be stretched too thin. The parking lot is a disaster right now because of all of the construction. Its actually really stressful shopping at this location.Even though this Target is technically the closest to me, I do everything possible to NOT go her.If you want a positive Target shopping experience, I recommend finding a different location.

The store was always good but today I had a very bad experience with Raven a cashier that was extremely rude. I told her to get me her manager and she told me you dont tell me what to do. I asked another associate and told her to get the manager that took her out of the cashier. I also filed a complaint with the details with target corporate to make sure that this doesnt happen again. The other associates were nice so hopefully this doesnt happen again and that individual is not placed in a customer service role as we wouldnt want to take our business somewhere else as the store has always been good...this is a first...so disapointed.

New layout inside. Only come here if you have an extra 10-15+ min to locate everything you need. The new design looks nice, but its a hassle to find anything. Its set up like a sports clothing store. Ended up leaving and going to another target.If youre sensitive to dust, avoid coming here for a couple weeks. I kept sneezing the whole time inside, and I dont typically get allergies.

This Target has improved greatly since I first discovered it. Im very pleased with the size of the store and selection available here.😊

I really hate going to this Target location.... the registers are on a different side of the store and parking is an absolute mess. It would be helpful if they had registers on both sides of the store, or even customer service on both sides of the store... this target also is not as organized as other locations.... Id rather drive farther for somewhere that isnt as much of a hassle....

I had incredible customer service and a wonderful shopping experience while in the store. I had questions about products, prices, and promotions in multiple aisles like pet, outdoor and household supplies. Every single person I encountered from walking into the store to shopping to checking out were knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Even the Starbucks baristas were great! I’ve been a targét shopper for two decades and this is the best store I’ve ever been to. Kudos to the manager and target team that helped make my experience so great like Tiller, Wilson, Luke, and Robin! 🤗💕

This target is the only place that I can get in and out of quickly at the Irvine Spectrum. They stock and carry most of the same stuff at every other Target but its nice having it packed onto the back of the Irvine Spectrum

Love this Target! Huge store and has everything. Not to mention so many checkouts.

There are never any baskets available, and if you enter through the Spectrum, the checkout leads into a parking lot with zero pedestrian paths back into the Spectrum. Its like an elaborate pedestrian tap into their parking lot.

Worst target ever.Super unfriendly staff, 1/4 of items out of stock and small grocery selection. Layout is teribble.Better head to Walmart.

I provided my number to one of the sales person at BP shoes department a couple years ago and they ALWAYS inform me when theres a good sale.You can set up an appointment with them and they spend an hour or so just shopping with you.They give their honest opinion on what looks good on you and what doesnt .They are never pushy even though they work on commission.

The layout of this target is a bit confusing. Im used to the store where the cashiers are all at the front of the store. In this location is send thru are on one corner and there are no signage to indicate where to check out. Staff was very attentive, and in another plus note, they sell spirits and liquor which is rare from where I come from in Texas

Ive been wandering up and down the bicycle aisle for about 20 minutes looking for a sales associate. Nothing. I finally called the main phone number and spoke with the operator. She said she would send someone. Im still waiting. Part of the problem is that some of the bikes dont show their prices while another (a Schwinn Id actually like to buy) has a sign (like all the others) that says roll me to the register, Im ready to go; however there are some parts of the bike that are missing - like hand grips.

The self checkout lane, should never be the only checkout option. That should be treated like an Express lane for people who only have a few items. Absolutely ridiculous!

I work at the Irvine Spectrum and theres been a confusion with CVS pharmacy. The CVS pharmacy is located inside the Target. It does not have its own location, Hope this is Helpful.
