I wish I could give them negative reviews!! This company is a total scam, dont buy anything from them! I order some screens, one being almost 200 by itself. They send me a empty package and told me there is nothing they can do about it!!! Parts 4 cells is much better and trust worthy

Dont order from this place, terrible customer service, very low quality parts, and when you call them about a bad part they want you to ship the part first and then buy another one and pay the shipping again, so if you order your part overnight and received a defective part they will replace the part and you have to pay the shipping cost again ....NOT RECOMRNDED STAY AWAY

Gadgetfix is a terrible company and a thief. Not only did they deny a refund for a bad part they sold me, they kept the part when I sent it back. I have no clue how a company these ethics is still in business. When I called to and asked to speak to a manger I was told that management doesnt speak on the phone. Do yourself a favor and spend money elsewhere. ANYWHERE else.

Instead of leaving the google reviews that they dont care about - contact the California District Attorney to investigate the business practices being displayed by this scam of a company. Another good resource is the Consumer Protection agency as they can actually do something about the fact these guys sell parts that are defective and wont refund.

Worst customer service and business I have ever seen, It seems they came from diffrent planet that even dont speak your language, Im wondering how come they still in business, They lost my $15k monthly business and they even dont know what is customer service is. Ill leave one star because otherwise I couldnt leave a review. The only thing they care I believe is money and money, they rip you off in any way they can, on returns, on deliveries, even in refund they send you email that refund you but if you check your credit card a week later your still dont see the money. They even locked my account twice. I found mobilesentrix and injured gadgets, theyre the best in industry, they have life time warranty.

Horrible customer service. When I need to reach out to your company, forget it. You guys do not care about your returning customers. Ive been dealing with you guys for a while but Im finally done. Im losing money on these defective screens that you guys do not want to take back. The quality has not been the best these past few months. I dont mind losing money on one or two screens but galaxy screens arent cheap. The s8 screen wasnt lighting up and a s7 screen had lines going through the screen. You guys dont answer your phone. You dont even try to help. When I told them the screens were defective, they didnt want to exchange them. Its not the right way to run a business. You guys are not treating your customers right.

Gadgetfix is the most reliable distributor of cell phone parts I have ever used. Prices are very competitive, shipping is incredibly fast, almost always get orders next day. They always seem to have the very part I need, we repair all brands and models of cell phone and they have figured out which parts fail on every phone, incredible. Gadgetfix is my primary supplier and my go to for parts. Returns could not be easier, the include a return shipping label with every order.

Ive been ordering from them for over 10 years. The parts were never the greatest and I had to return a lot of them but the transactions usually went smooth. Recently in the last few months, there customer service has went into the toilet. There used to be an agent named My that was very helpful, but they have since moved her to another position and she has stopped answering calls. Now, I have to call the toll free number 10-11 times before getting an answer and then once someone answers, they speak very broken English and cannot help with an issue whatsoever. I have gotten very irritated with them since and asked to speak to the manager. They refuse to put the manager on the phone or have him call me back. So today I have stopped my over ten year business dealings with them. Customer service is everything! If they cant provide good customer service, then they are not a good company. Since things have changed for the worse with this company, I would not suggest ordering from them!

Bought a part and didnt get it. called them the lady who picked said there was nothing they could do,that I should contact USPS, no refund no replacement. Lost my money to them.

I had thought they were a good company - then I had the misfortune of needing to return an LCD. We change out LCDs everyday and are very good at it. This LCD had worked fine and the customer walked out with it. Then we got a call that the screen had gone black. We did the reset that usual fixes the Black Screen of Death issue, no luck. We still had the customers old screen and put it back on and even shattered, it fired up. Put the Gadgetfix LCD back on - nothing. I get an RMA and mailed the LCD back to them. Once processed they tell me that the LCD has a crack on it and this voids the warranty. The LCD did not have a crack when we put it on or when we took it off so, I am not sure when the crack occurred but conveniently that voids the warranty. And as any of you know even a shattered LCD will still function so, I asked if anyone had tried to power the LCD in question up - I was told NO. Apparently, because of the mysteriously appearing crack, they dont have to because that voids the warranty anyhow. So, Gadgetfix seems to be a good company, until you need them to stand behind their product - then it turns into a scam.

QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!Blatantly steal from customers..They offer an LCD buyback program for phone screens that are salvageable to be recycled.Their website clearly states pricing and 3 levels of grading for screens. I personally tested 21 screens and that all fit into the grade A category. No pixels spots or discoloration whatsoever. They sent me a video of them testing the screens and you can barely see anything and at one point the tester phone isnt even on and the guy is testing out of the screen view.I should have received approximately $450 but they said my screens were various lower grades and only credited me $267 after struggling to even receive the money.After this blatant rip off they have blocked me from purchasing more screens from them because I gave them a hard time about stealing from me.Very poor and dishonest business practice. They also will not respond to my emails about blocking my account for purchase.Do not do business with them you will get ripped off

We tried ordering a part through them, part was damaged on arrival, upon trying to return the item, they stated it was not their item...Then they turn around and stated We dont have any in stock with this stickerThis is the item they sent, 100%, we actually ordered a second one because we didnt know how long the RMA process would be, it also had the same sticker.Do not do business with this company, at all, under any circumstance.They do alot of business under different names especially on ebay/amazon so be careful

I have wholesale account these guys . I buy over $40000 mobile parts . Every time when sent defective item for return they Allways refused or they said no logo . They purposely doing these . I have very bad experience . Fighting to get refund and return all there items . No more dealing with these trouble makers . No more Chinese parts .

My Repair Shop Dealt with them and we are going to take them to the submit a Consumer Complaint to the FTC. and also submit at Customs for importing fake Parts from China..

I always recommend Gadgetfix to my friends and family when they need quality parts to fix their phones. No one’s complained about the quality and they’re all so happy because the prices are soooo good!

I won’t rate them at 1 star but I will give them 2 due to the quality of parts they provide. I will also continue to utilize them as my primary source of parts for my repair units. However, they’re shipping department is sub par, and their customer service is also sub par. They are good with responding to inquiries while their team does not help to accomidate a customer when they are inconvinienced; due to defects. I have received 2 screens that have been cracked and a 3rd that had a defect. Instead of sending me a replacement (as most time repair units are time sensitive) they offer to get me a return label, ship the item and wait 3 to 5 days for a refund to place or replacement to be sent out. If I wait that sets my clients back a whole week without their units. Further, If I go ahead and cover a replacement which I wouldn’t mind doing if they would cover shipping as I pay the shipping for the original unit. Nor will they refund the initial shipping on a defective item. I am extremely frustrated with how they provide service to their customer base! If I wait, they cover shipping on the replacement unit, but if I cover the cost to replace the unit they will not cover shipping. It makes absolutely no sense to me. If they werent the lowest cost for quality parts I would go elsewhere but I will continue to search for lower priced units, and post here once I do.Chris

The worst customer service I ever encountered. Package was delayed and I spend a lot of money here. Instead of sending out another one because my customer was angry and in jeopardy of losing mine. I got a very rude person told me to deal with it they couldnt do anything. Then proceeded to disable my account so I could not make another order. Left me high and dry. Do yourself a favor go with another vendor there are plenty out there.

I buy an s8 + screen and when I press it makes a noise as if I had little glue in it, sounds like the screen will take off. I am out of the United States and I can not make the refund, I am unhappy with the product. A friend reccomend me this place but i will never buy again, expensive USD200 screen to be defective. The chat service was good.Buy a screen with s8 + frame and wine detached inside, makes noises when I press, is a USD 200 screen very expensive to come with details, it seems that you want to take off every time I press, I will not buy again. Its a pity since a friend had recommended the site. The chat service was good.
