Jordyn cut my hair for the first time and Im over the moon happy with her cut and service. She executed exactly what i envisioned and she made it look easy. Jordyn is friendly, knowledgeable, really good at her job and suggests slight changes that make a difference but never forces her ideas. Jordyn made my hair feel so much better and manageable. Top notch service all the way. Jordyn is exceptional!!!

I strictly shop here for my makeup/skincare needs. There is a lot of open products from other customers opening packages and using them in the store...I dont want to buy products that other people are touching and tampering with. The staff should be more hands on and when they see this happening they should tell them to stop and buy the product since they used it.

Worst Ulta experience ever! The manager needs to be replaced. This is NOT the first time so much of my time has been wasted here! I will never return to this store again! I would rather drive to Lake Forest where the staff and management are extremely nice. I utilized a $10 promo for trying pickup -only after showing up does it tell you that pickups aren’t an option after 5 pm which was frustrating enough- so then I go inside and wait in line to pickup and the order update informs me that one of the items was out of stock which is obviously no fault of mine because when I placed the order it was in stock. But as a result of that item not being included I didn’t get the promo price on the item I waited over half an hour in line for and the email didn’t state the new balance/cost of the item that was still in stock which made it go back to FULL price! At full price I don’t need to rush to pick up and can buy this item any day. The whole point of dealing with the madness was to at least get a discount. When I pick up my item not only do they give me attitude but there’s no receipt provided to me with my pickup for me to be able to see the updated price right away so I look onto my phone online to see the new price and told the manager I would just rather return the item then and she tells me I have to start all over in THE BACK of the line! So much of my time was wasted and the promo rate should have been honored. Seems like a ginormous scam to try to get your business and then after bringing you in they take away the discount price that was already applied when I placed the order online to checkout- sounds illegal to me to be changing the price when they are suddenly out of an item that conveniently has them negate the promo price from the rest of your items for no longer qualifying when no one informed you in advance or gave you the opportunity to replace it with a different item or anything really to be fair to the customer. And the manager was so rude towards me that I would never go back to that store! She even had security stare me down in line while they gossiped about me like little school girls just because I wanted the promo price to be honored - they were extremely unprofessional! And dealing with immature adults like this at a business when I’ve more than earned my dollars at work while taking care of covid patients all week really irked me even more. It’s good for Ulta that they have other Ulta stores in my area or they would be losing my business altogether because of the way I was treated. I’ve never had these kind of horrid stories from any Sephora stores! And most products are carried at both of these stores!

I LOVE that they carry some MAC products. They are always super friendly and they rewards program is the best because you can claim point on any beauty service.

What’s the purpose of gift cards (gift cards my family purchased at that location for me on Christmas) if you can’t use them there and then be treated like I was suppose to know that those cards don’t work with their POS system and given attitude about it. Then when the manager did me a solid and typed it in on the register on their side, I got a ton of attitude like I was suppose to know their card thing doesn’t work with gift cards that they sell at their stores and the manager made it clear that they were doing me a favor and next time it’s protocol to be call customer service and wait for them to send a new gift card that works to you. Lmao what a joke. Employees were rude as well.

Not happy with the experience.I received a gift card for Xmas from their store....I wish the gift card stated you can only purchase online.... would have saved me the embarrassment and time spent shopping in a crowed covid-19 store...😱

Uh I went to Ulta and it is one of my favorite Store. then I asked the lady if she could give me somthing free cus they trow them away and then I collect Ariana Grande stuff and was like can u give me the poster and I was talking to her and told for like 2 min she start walking away I hate her so much I like is there anything els I could do I would need to get her fired. she made me so mad

My review is for Shannon in skincare. I have had multiple facials done by her and my skin keeps getting better and better. I loved the resurface peel she did, it made my face look 100x younger. She uses great products on me, in which i have purchased and continue to use them at home. I strongly recommend her! Plus she’s super friendly and fun to talk to.

Okay! I love this Ulta the girls there are so helpful and theyre usually always fully stocked. I was there to buy a palette and they only had one on the sales floor but they went and searched and found one more. There was a product that i wanted but they were out so the cashier gave me a free shipping code to order my item online! Love this place, oh epically the rewards program... Its Awesome!

Variety is amazing. Hair salon is nice but the pricing is over the roof. I paid a little over $200 for a hair color service I wanted and I thought I loved it when blowdried but a day went by and the color started to fade away. I have paid less and the color has been fine. This time I just was not satisfied.

Pretty good store! I’ve been coming for many years. Although I think the new staff isn’t as welcoming and helpful. I needed help for testing a foundation and it took forever for someone to come and help. I love the products though and it’s very close to my house so I always come here!

Today I went to this Ulta location to buy some makeup I had went to the front counter and asked the lady to help me find this lipstick that I needed in the Urban Decay section she sent a man over to help me I asked him for the lipstick and I asked him for a lightweight foundation and he looked around for a minute and he said Im going to go grab Sarah shes almost done with her lunch shes a color specialist and can help you out better then he took off to go help another customer out and left me standing there so I waited around for 20 minutes no one showed up nobody asked me if I needed help I had a bunch of other things in my bag I set my bag down and I left Ive never had such poor customer service at an Ulta before the fact that he didnt even walk back over and tell me she was done with her break or where she was or nobody else would help me out its just sucks Ive never been treated like that and I spend hundreds of dollars on make up there so i was very frustrated. I would have never been treated like this at Sephora needless to say I ended up with no lipstick and no makeup today. If they didnt want to help me out they should have just said that but instead they left me waiting around like I didnt matter.

Honestly such a friendly ulta!! After being invisible every time I visit the El Toro Rd location this place delivered!! Considering return the 160 in product I bought at the rude location to give this place the sale!! Great customer service and folks look happy to work here

The inventory seems pretty good, I found what I was searching for. If you need help or assistance? Go to a different location, the associates here are completely in their own world and dont offer any help.The one person who did try to help me was called off the floor because it was the end of her shift, she apologized and told me she had to leave. No one else helped, I was there for over an hour.

Please do not use the curbside pick up... they can not refund your order or correct it if its wrong you will not receive a refund until you refuse to pick it up you have to wait a least 5 days ... Cashier forgot to give me the change, when I call the manager didnt have time to check and without checking she said theres no extra change in the cashier machine. Then after 20 min someone else calls me and says that yes they stayed with my change, and that they apologise. 🙄

Wow, the rudest, most stuck-up retail associates EVER! A store of this caliber should have polite management/ staff with appropriate social skills. The manager with short bob-type hair style needs to be re-trained and maybe enrolled in etiquette school to learn proper social skills when it comes to dealing with customers. She was neglectful and unhelpful. She should be FIRED, and so should the Benefit esthetician!

I came to Irvine location after Tustin location messed up my eyebrows. The girl Ariel mapped out my eyebrows and did great in giving them a full shape again. She also recommended this gel to help grow my brows back which she gave me her own story about how it helped her grow the tail of brow back after seven months. I went to her a few more times, but on one of the last times I felt like she was spending a longer time waxing that I reminded her I want to keep my brows full and she said, Well, not too full! (I mean, is there such a thing??) Sure enough, she took too much off and one side was thinner than the other. I came back one more time--on Feb 25--and AGAIN she was spending too much time waxing that AGAIN I stopped her and she commented how one of my brows was thinner than the other that she was trying to even them out... WELL DUH DUMMY! Thats because YOU took too much off of that one side the last time I was there! (I said in my head, of course.) Havent been back since and I wrote this review now because that one side STILL hasnt grown back, even having used the gel which makes me feel like she made up her own story to make a sale. Perplexes me that these eyebrow specialists are supposed to have been trained through Benefit, yet they (both Tustin and Irvine locations) keep taking too much off when you emphasize FULL, THICK...

I went in to look at Clinique make up and I had this Fantastic young man name Tony, who was a was a Clinique rep asked me how he could help and I told him I wanted to make sure I was wearing the right Clinique product. He was so amazing! He not only helped me figure out what I needed, but gave me some amazing tips! He was beyond awesome! I’m a Platinum Ulta member, which tells I Love Ulta, but having Tony at your store is the icing on the cake..Anyone who wears Clinique go see Tony, you will be so happy with his help . Tell him Aileen sent you .

I come here every couple of weeks thinking that the last time I came was an anomaly...but nope. There are empty shelves everywhere. You can come to try testers, but almost without fail most products are not in stock. Hey Ulta - to sell the things you must have the things, at all times. Too bad...I love the store and the people are nice, but lack of inventory is beyond frustrating. Now that Sephora is opening across the road, Ill go there for a less frustrating experience.

Everything you need in one stop without battling the big department store. I got my channel no.5 fragrance, my Clinique skin care and my big sexy hair shampoo and conditioner...they had it all and the bonus was they were not trying to shove a credit card down my throat or sabotage me fragrance.

They dont have bags up at the front desk anymore. Some employees are nice but some of the fat girls at the front have attitude.

Took an appointment with the salon for hair. I was there 15 mins early and had to wait 1 hr before someone could take me despite taking an appointment. The website showed several appointments that were available. The blow dry was not very good either. Stylist was in a hurry and didnt understand what I needed. Wouldnt recommend for service here.

By far the worst Ulta Ive ever been in. The girls who work here are quite snobby. I asked for assistance and was told sure, as she walked over to help someone else. I couldnt apply any coupons here on brands Ive definitely bought before and used a coupon on, such as urban decay because its a top brand. Highly disappointed. Ill stick to Huntington Beach for what I need.
