Angelo sucks!!!! Fire him! He wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. FedEx sent me to print QR code. Angelo made me print a actual photo of the return label to send my item back. Would give 0 stars to him if I could.
Avoid this location. We had flu shot appoints at this location and arrived early. It took over 20 minutes just to check in due to this locations inefficient process. It then took an additional 20 minutes of waiting despite having an appointment with no assistance. No one was willing to attend to us until I asked for assistance. We ended up being helped 25 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. This location also doesnt provide the advertised coupon for getting vaccinated. Save yourself the trouble and go to Target. No one should have to go through this just to get a flu shot.
This store is super super irresponsible, they never stock anything, not to say that the workers have such a bad attitude! I hate this Walgreens. If you go there, I promise that you will be DISAPPOINTED.
Similar to other reviews - booked covid booster online, queued at the location for 25 mins, then they refused to administer the booster due to not meeting their requirements. So I asked why allow us to book online then? and the guy responded oh, anyone can book online. Seriously Walgreens, what a terrible system!!
I was just there 30 minutes ago. I grabbed my purchases and walked to the counter, as I did a young man with curly hair with a Walgreens name-badge walked passed me going in the other direction. When I got to the counter no one was there to help me check out. I looked around and politely called out, Hello Is anyone here? after I did this a couple time the young man came up to the front of the store. I said, Oh there you are. in a polite way. But he did not acknowledge me. He rang up my purchases and when I paid I realized he did not bag my items. He did hand me a bag when I asked for one but still did not apologize and barely acknowledged I was there.
They don’t deserve this one star either. Manager is rude and extremely uncooperative. I bought two Macy’s gift cards each valued at a $100. The sales associate did not load the money on the card. When I took the cads back along with the receipt the Manager refused to see me and just asked the sales associate to give me a number to call. It has been eight months and they still have not resolved the issue or made any attempt to rectify the mistake their staff made. Don’t buy gift cards at this store. If they make a mistake you are on your own.
I completely understand why they could not fill my Rx but my issue here is I was never contacted to inform me that they couldn’t. I become extremely ill if I don’t take my medication every dayI was offered a partial fill at drop off but I said I would come back for a full fill in a day since I had 1 days worth left at home. 3 days go by with no communication from them and whenever I call I’m on hold for 20+ minutes or more before being hung up on. Even though they offered me a partial fill at first they then back track to tell me 3 different reasons why they are unable to.It’s now 3 days without any of my medication and 4 days since I dropped off the prescription. Extremely unprofessional to treat anyone this way.
Just want to give a big THANK YOU to the friendly, professional pharmacy and Covid Vaccination staff at this Walgreens. They did a terrific job with the vaccines with a simple setup, the ability to answer many questions, and an overall quick and easy process. Both my appointments were late in the day, and after many hours they were still super friendly and helpful. Thank you soooo much!
The pharmacist from this drug store will surely give you the right and prescribe medicine. They were very honest and very trusted. I love the overall service of this drug store!
I had an appointment for the covid vaccine here today and when i arrived i found out that appointments are not necessary at all and all the pharmacist said was,” this is how it works here” such rude pharmacists and i am super disappointed with my visit.
Staff was nice but store manager was terrible.
Andrew in the pharmacy department was absolutely FANTASTIC!! He not only detected an error in the prescription given to me by my doctor, but he made a phone call to my doctor to make sure I would receive the right dosage of the medication. He even gave me some water to take my first dose on the spot, and recommended other over-the-counter medications that would be helpful in the immediate future. My experience was really great at this store. Thank you!!
Staff is not good
Pharmacy staff was super helpful! The store overall is very clean. Parking is easy with the large open lot. Right next door to several restaurants.

Takes forever to refill a prescription. I called in a refill last Sunday and it is now Saturday and I’m still waiting to get it processed. Calling in for status is terrible. I called and was placed on hold for 45 minutes then the line is disconnected. This happened several times. I really miss CVS where service is always excellent. Too bad my insurance company decided to go with Walgreens. I’m thinking of transferring to another Walgreens store but the reviews are no better and are farther from my residence. Totally unhappy with this Pharmacy. :-(

This is The most terrible experience I ever had Had Gum surgery,bleeding waiting for my Meds and was asked to come back in 20min. She was busy
Service there was bad, but now it is getting worse. one pharmacist missed out one item on my prescription and made it sound like my mistake. I dont understand how hard it is to read the prescription, find the drugs on the shelf, and put them into a paper bag. 5-6 people working there and they all look very busy but still they made this kind of mistake and not being productive. I dropped off my prescription, told itd be ready in 30 min, came back in a few hours, and I still have to wait on the side for another 20 min, not to mention every time waiting in line to talk to them usually takes about 10min. These people just dont seem to respect their occupation and peoples time. To the irresponsible pharmacist, people could die due to your mistake, so have some work ethic. If you made a mistake, you should apologize instead of trying to cover it up, that just makes you a lesser person.
