This phone system is trash. Its routed out of the country and these people are the worst service people ever.CVS needs to do better. Walgreens or rite Aid are better options now.

Great place for getting passport photos! Maciela and Daisy gave recommendations to adjust our clothing so that it gets approved by the US State Department, and they went the extra effort to make sure the print came out clear.

Worst CVS ever. Very rude customer service. I was at the first of the line, and the cashier told me to wait for another employee. Thats ok, I went to the photo counter to wait b/c I just need to pick up my photos. Then comes the rude person, he yelled at me why cant you wait in the line and you cant just cut. This employee just assumed everyone is just like him want to cut the line. Oh, if I could rate a negative star, Id definitely do it. Wont recommend to shop at this CVS at all.

Its a good pharmacy, not sure why theres so many bad reviews, Ive been here dozens of times and never have I had a bad time.

DO NOT GO HERE OR GIVE THEM BUSINESS. This place let me book an appointment then when I arrived said they don’t allow men as patients and turned me away. Don’t let them make any money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Good customer care

Staff members are very rude, and helpless. They do not give detail explanation, so I was confused what they are saying. It seems that they do not have a good relationship with the Minute clinic in the same location (inside of same CVS). The staff member asked me to book an appointment using the machine first even without telling me where is the machine, and why I should make a appointment using their machine, while other CVS never ask to use the machine before appointment.

THIS CVS IS A SMOOTH SIMPLE STORE. I ALWAYS STOP THERE FOR LAST MINUTE THINGS. SUSAN IS ONE OF THE MOST DOWN TO EARTH PEOPLE I EVER CAME ACROSS - RODERICK

I am very happy with this CVS Pharmacy. I have had a lot if insurance issues lately and they have worked with me and filled stuff very quickly when I really needed it. Very pleased. Excellent customer service.

Two hours to fill a prescription. They tell me thirty minutes, the an hour and a half later they tell me they still need five minutes. Thirty minutes later it is finally done. Now I see why the review are below two stars.

First time I came here it was a great experience. Today had the worst experience with the NP. Very unhelpful and rude!

The pharmacy staff members are very rude and helpless. I have been in touch with pharmacy department several times both in person and on the phone and they are totally helpless and impolite. They are the worst CVS pharmacy across the Irvine. I recommend everybody to avoid visiting this branch as its completely disappointing! The non-pharmacy department is good but the pharmacy department is really unprofessional!

Average of two stars for being open late plus ZERO stars for quality of service.Does it really take an hour and a half to fill a routine prescription? Or did I get some kind of special treatment? Either way I wont be using that pharmacy ever again.

I have been using this pharmacy ever since it was a Savon. I have found that usually most of the staff has been very helpful. However, as with all places, there seems to be at least one person who is not up to par. The pharmacist at this store is Tracy. She always seems to be rude. If you get her when you are in there, be prepared

Lauren, a extremely friendly cashier always is kind and courteous and says hello when I walk in. She remembers who I am and I feel welcomed whenever I come to the CVS. Orlando, one of the managers, was also extremely helpful on my last visit when my Extra Care coupons for not working he had them inputted manually in order for me to receive my discounts and did so in a timely fashion. This store is a great CVS the pharmacy is wonderful George the pharmacist is awesome and they always are quick to fill my prescriptions and the store is cleanly as well so all things are great, including the parking. Located next to Ralphs in the shopping center is very easy to see from the street with ease and parking and plenty of it shopping here and getting prescriptions filled here is convenient. Also this CVS offers a drive-thru window and they offer the pay as you go on there and when you can have your card uploaded to the app and have them scan it in ordered to pay... which is pretty cool in case you forget your wallet like I do sometimes :-)

My 4 stars goes to the pharmacy dept itself. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful (Mr. Vu I believe that was his name). So yes go to CVS pharmacy there, no to everyrhing else.

Worst phone experience ever. Tried to transfer a pricey prescription and the person from the pharmacy department basically wanted nothing to do with this process. Lost my business for good.

A little shabby inside, but the pharmacy staff are helpful and open at convenient times.
