Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen.Let me start by saying Ive only been to this location twice and both times have been a very extremely good experience the first time to help me pick out everything I needed and the second time likewise also if you have service animals it is fine it is required to go in with a face mask but overall it is nice and fresh and you can always find help and for the most part there is only just one item that I did not find compared to 10 items that they were stocked up on I recommended the girls are polite Curtis and helpful and best to their knowledge they will answer your questions try to help you and hopefully havent stocked the items that youre looking for or what youre looking for it is located in the perfect area no restrooms there by the way maybe outside the public but not in the facility.❤🐶😁🌺🇺🇸

I made an appointment for a consult. Free if you buy $50 in product. I was helped right away. They addressed my needs and concerns quickly. I was in & out in less than 20 minutes. Love it was so time efficient.

This place has got to be the most helpful wonderful place in the world theres a lot of people that work there and they come and see if you need help that there for you and if you just want to look there they also give you the space to look at yourself and they helped me a lot in a lot of ways you never know Im getting older and I needed some kind of makeup for aging I guess I dont know they were very kind to me they didnt look at me like oh my God you know you not the younger crowd your the Boomer but anyways I just want to say thank you I dont remember to let the girls name who helped me but she was wonderful and I will go back there for sure I didnt fill out of place I felt like I belong and I love the way they explain the makeup to me and what it does and what I should and shouldnt use or what it you know I mean you said to me they said but it just tell me what types of make it there are and what theyre used for and then I make my own decisions if I want to but they gave me the which color I needed like in the foundation or anything else which I really needed the help with and I walked out of there a happy camper and very very happy camper thank you Sephora

SO NICE HERE!! i just moved here for college and they were extremely nice and helpful ! amanda helped me at register and was very nice!

Clean, organized, helpful employees. Had everything I was looking for. They are doing samples again. It was not crowded.

For eyebrows being overpriced it was not worth it. My eyebrows were more tweezed than waxed and still left uneven. The technician was nice but not experienced at all.

This is a clean makeup store with friendly staff. I like turtles

Really love visiting this location when Im in town. It conveniently surrounded by stores and resturants I like to go to.The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.They are never sold out of the products Im looking for.

Nice staff, but considering the location, this store should have way more options that they do.

They have everything, simply amazing.

Makeup and fragrance for any occasion. They even teach you how to apply like a professional.

I actually think this store was quite organized, but the employees need a def attitude change or training.

While I wholeheartedly understand and will gladly comply with covid regulations, here are some of the issues I saw in the store.1. I was told if I had questions on samples, to ask an employee for assistance. I was expecting them to use an eye sponge tip, dip it in the tester, and hand it to the customers to try on their arm. A feasible expectation that would not cross the covid guidelines. Unfortunately for me, I had the Sephora employee try on the samples on her arm. I am a woman of color and the employee was of pale complexion. So, you can see how this did not help.2. If you don’t want people using your testers. I understand. However, having your employees, who have not washed their hands test the products on their skins, seems contradicting.Staff attitude.The employees at Sephora were quite rude and off putting. Some would ignore you while others would watch you like a dog. I also noticed they kept an eye specifically on people of color.In the end, I bough the products I needed because I already drove to this mall. I would have gladly stayed bought more products had the service been better and had they provided a better system for testing products, such as the one I listed above.

Horrible customer service...Whenever i come to this Sephora I am always given super bad attitude by the workers. Not worth buying my products from this store anymore. If you hate working with people so much maybe don’t work in customer service.

I love coming to this sephora! Staff are always super friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Today when I went in Michael helped me find a new foundation and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns! Employees like him always ensure my return for my beaty needs!

The most stuck-up and pretentious staff I have ever encountered at any retail store in the history of ever. They must not like to make sales as I witnessed several associates standing around talking and ignoring customers. Horrible. Ulta has the same products I need with customer service superior to this location. I will not be back.

You can now use your rewards points to get a discount on your purchase. You couldnt do that previously. I got $10 off using 500 points.

I go here with my GF sometimes, I dislike it, but the staff is nice

Best customer service of a store I‘ve seen, amazing store director!

Most stuck up rude employees at any Sephora, will follow you around if you are not white, not helpful at all and will make you basically beg for them to help you. Got help from one of the guy employees and he just pointed at the product from across the store and had an attitude?

Edit, i will never change my mind on this location, rude staff unprofessional, i always fo to the mission Viejo one even though its way far away from me but i prefer not be treated as bad in this location..BAD COSTUMER SERVICE..Felt unwelcome and once i was served by SAHAR.. she answer about my question was by pointing at it from far away and walked away.. i mean just a smile wont really cost .. act like u care
