I have to say we love the products and the philosophy, but their Covid control and operation at the store in Irvine CA was spot on. Best I have seen at any store or business establishment. Clear guidelines and sinks where you have to wash your hands with supplied soap. Well done Lush.
The store clerks were super helpful. I was greeted when I first entered. I was in buying a few gifts and told the greeter more or less what I was looking for. She showed me a few items and answered my many questions. Best part is she didnt hover, so I was able to enjoy browsing the store as well.

Went in for the first time at this location! So happy one finally opened here! Julia was so sweet and helped me find everything I needed she helped me find the scents I liked the best while giving me her experience with each product. Definitely will come back to this location!
