This CVS has always had all of the appliances as well as things I needed. From picking up medications, to snacks, as well as other stuff. The staff are also really friendly and have always had a great experience here. Overall, I would give them 5 stars because of how great this pharmacy was, amazing customer care also.

Anton in the pharmacy department needs to get more customer service training, pronto. Phones are always busy and youre put on hold for the longest time to then deal with incompetent staff.

This pharmacy was where my mother and I bought some medications. They were able to provide me with what I wanted at a fair rate. Theyve been really helpful. Thank you very much for your support!!

My go-to spot for my dogs prescription diabetes stuff. They even helped me with some emergency insulin syringes in a pinch. Lots of snacks, health, and beauty options. My only concern is the wait time despite little to no people in queue.

This is the most poorly run pharmacy we have ever experienced. I have been a care giver to my elderly parents for over 30 years in three states. So trust me I have seen a lot and they are still down there. They keep ordering medicine that should not be refilled and do not contact doctors for the medicines that require doctors authorization. Their system status do not get updated with our feedbacks on their errors so they repeat same mistakes again and again. Poorly run. Not clear ever who is in charge.I am now moving all of our prescriptions from all doctors which is a pain to do but necessary.

Totally rude and unenthusiastic staff, had to ask same question 4 times and I finally got i dont know, you should have that info instead of pretending he didnt hear. So i left and came to Walgreens and its been 45 min and 3 calls and they finally sent the prescription over. Talked with 3 staff here, really pain in the b%%% to deal with

This place is absolutely amazing, super organized, and clean. The staff is fantastic they have excellent customer service. They are fast and friendly. My grandma shops here all the time and she had recently shopped for vitamins and diapers for my grandfather who sadly passed away last month. We didnt have a receipt saved from our purchases because we were not planning on returning anything, but David K and John the manager were more than kind to return the items for me without any problem. They are amazing people. Thank you for making my grandma happy even with such a small gesture. It doesnt go unnoticed and we appreciate your kindness.

I was worried yesterday that the prescriptions I wanted would be too expensive. Fortunately, this pharmacy had a wide selection of drugs. The pharmacist deserves a big thank you.

This CVS is a bit of a maze to navigate. At least its a 24 hour CVS with a medication disposal kiosk. After reviewing another CVS and exchanging emails with corporate, I was told about this location. Considering my next stop was east of here and my home is west, I thought Id stop by. There is no self-checkout at this location. They could really use it but I didnt see any space where they could set it up so I understand why they dont have it.The selection of nutrition bars are in several scattered locations around the store. I found my ThatsIt fruit bars in one spot and my TruthBars nowhere near them. At least I did find everything I was looking for and was offered help without asking so customer service here is worthy of a positive review.

Great experience at this pharmacy! The staff is welcoming and friendly. The pharmacist was quite knowledgeable and provided a thorough consultation in a really professional way. Staff at the cashier makes sure to greet you on your way in and out which is a great gesture.

Great service from the cashiers, so convenient that they are open 24/7. If you go at 2 am you may see a few people sleeping in their cars. Aside from that I have no real complaints.

I was here at 1:30 pm after 4 hours waiting fairly I can pickup my medicine. Honestly they do this without any patient care and without any respect for the patient 👎👎👎

Do Not Buy Gift Cards here.Employees will swipe it under your nose. How do I know?!?! Well, It happened to me.I went here to buy a gift card and was given only a receipt. I asked what about the little receipt with the amount in the card and gift card number, you know all the info in case you lose your card? I was told we dont do that here. I thought that was very ODD and considering I never has a problem with buy a Visa gift card anywhere. I said OK. BIG MISTAKE!!!! The receiver of my gift card told me that when she tried to use it, there was $0.00 ZERO dollars left and that is was used 10 days after I bought the gift card.How Embarrassing not only for me but to the person I gave the gift card to.Shame on you to the employee who did this. I hope they recorded the transaction and CVS corporate will contact me a call cuz I remember who you are, the time and date I came in and have the transaction number.

Worst customer service anywhere.Total management incompetence year after year. The employees are great and work hard, but I’m sure they are tired of seeing people totally upset to pick up their medicationns.20 people waiting, 1 pharmacist and two cashiers.Try not to come here at all, but had to go and received same experience as five years ago.Management sucks.

Great service from the cashiers!! So patient - helped me figure out prices and my extra care card. Check out transaction took 20 minutes, more than I wanted but Im happy with the purchase. The store is quite clean and the shelves are front faced very well but items were a little dusty. About the pharmacy, didnt use them but they looked severely understaffed.. As always. Poor them.

They take forever to answer the phone. I waited for over 45 minutes one time. Ridiculous. They also dont carry enough of my prescription to fill it in less that a week even though they always tell me it will be 20 minutes which is dumb. The only good thing is that they are 24 hours.

After going to CVS repeatedly, they still cant figure out my very average insurance. And their photo machine was broken and the other was taken by some other person texting. Couldnt achieve either of my errands and am probably switching to Walgreens.

Largest Pharmacy in Orange County. I have a number of odd prescriptions and also large quantities of popular drugs. At every other CVS pharmacy I has to wait up to 3 days ever month to order in stock to fill my prescriptions. At Irvine, for the last 6 months they had EVERYTHING in stock and 20-30 minutes later I walked out with my prescriptions in my hands. Irvine is not the closest store to me but one trip is always better than two.

Bought a $50 prepaid gift card with cash. Turns out I was given a different card than the one I had activated. I lost $50 buying this card at this store.

I found agents Usha and Tina always most pleasant and friendly, whenever I go to this CVS.Also everyone in the pharmacy has been most helpful to me.

Me and my wife ordered pictures online and both got confirmations emais and phone calls from the location to come pick them up. A couple of days later we went there and the clerk could not find the order for neither one of us saying that there was a glitch in the system. What a waste of time.

A good choice, especially over the night

The worst pharmacy ever!I had a coupon for one free reader and one free sensor freestyle Libre continous glucose minoitoring. It is obviously written in the coupon, that it is for both. After my order was delivered they were telling that you cannot get both for free. I had to call freestyle customer service and ask them to call with them. After 3 hours they could understand that they are wrong and processed my order. I asked them to please make a note, since my sister has the same prescription and coupon. They apparently corrected things on her profile, but the next day when she comes for picking it up, the same story again! The first mistake was bad, but the second one was just stupid.

THIS MORNING 0650 AM 01/22/17 I WAS OUT TO BUY A THERMOMETER AT THE CVS IN IRVINE ON ALTON AND JEFFERSON ST,WELL WHEN I ENTER THE STORE THERE WAS A LADY BY THE NAME OF TINA WHO I ASK---- WHERE ARE YOUR THERMOMETER,SHE WAS LOOKING AT A MAGAZINE, AND HER REPLY WAS GO AND ASK THE PHARMACY PEOPLE. ( SHE HAS A SMART MOUTH ). Having a hard time in the hospital, 2 am get in this CVS to get my prescription, the person has left for his break... he wont be back till 2.45 😨this is the meaning of open 24 hours!!!
