Came in to buy my facewash that Ive had for the past 4 years, and sadly found out it was discontinued. However this didnt matter as a lovely, extremely helpful Sales Assistant, Lamar, helped me out. He was so patient going through nearly every type of range and didnt products, as they had a sale 2 for 1 and I was deciding on my last product. He was incredibly sweet and helpful, giving me information that would help me and work best for my skin, not just trying to sell me any product. If I didnt live so far away I would come back every time I need a refill, just to be able to have him serve me.

Im a body shop customer since 2005. Shopped all around the world. The spectrum store people are really good. As someone said, on mistreatment. They give space to shop. Im brown and never experienced racism, even when Ive gone shabbily dressed.Unlike planet beauty store that dont advice you beauty products if you arent white skinned.Both me and my husband have sensitive skin and these products suit us and are worth the price. I feel them high quality and long lasting. The vitamin E range, oils of life, all the creams are made perfectly. Shea butter is our family favourite. I skin survived the harsh winters of NY with this Shea butter.Last night I had a bad experience at Planet Beauty, I reached Body Shop when they were closing the door. Can you believe they opened and entertained me, not being annoyed. Absolutely made my day.I owed them this review since a long time. Often we take good service for granted only to realise their value when we face a bad one.Spread love!!!

Ladies were very helpful. Having a big sale where I got thw fragrance sprays at the lowest price Ive ever seen. They made sure we found the scents we wanted. Used the store many times and never any problems and always nice.

The worst experience in a store Ive had thus far. Apparently, if there are more than one black persons around they must know each other or be together. I was never greeted by the employees. One employee literally walked right by me and nothing.Then to top of the stellar customer service I hadnt received, I was totally disrespected. Upon checking out, cashier 675551 (thats whats on the receipt) asked me a question, I heard you ladies. I repeated the you ladies as a question and she proceeded to point to the other black people in the store, mind you I hadnt had any interactions with the young ladies, I was alone. I was very irritated at this point. To make matters worse the customer also checking out, next to me, asked Are you guys from this country? I again asked who they were referring to and she pointed to the black young ladies. I left the store floored, if my card hadnt already been charged I would have left. Ive never in my life felt so they all look alike racism. I felt like I had time warped to the 1800s. Needless to say I will not be returning ever!!

Expensive, but great smells, and great help. They are always so nice and cheerful. Downside though, expensive. Very expensive.
