Awful customer service. The cashier with beard & glasses is a nightmare. I come here at 11pm. Zero help. ZERO. Avoid at all costs!!!

Night shift employee not wearing a mask, rude and poor communication too!

Absolutely had one of the worst experience of my life here. I came here to claim my $8 prize from my scratch tickets and some Indian worker with glasses had the audacity to tell me with a straight face that I cant get any more scratch tickets until Im 21 or over. However, the scratch tickets said that I must be 18 years or older to purchase, play, or claim, and Im 20, so that makes me qualified to get some scratch tickets. I even had to go back to the store to show the rule on one of my scratch ticket, but the Indian worker refused to take my word for it. Its funny how all of the workers except for the Indian doodoohead with glasses let me buy tickets here, and I even show my ID. I was able to claim my $8 prize, but I got so upset from my experience here that I have to write a review about it. You guys need to teach this Indian doodoohead with glasses a lesson, otherwise, you guys need to get a grip!

Short stuff people doesnt want to work l offer job to a young home less guy and he told me he make more money on the exit of the freeway.

I have not received poor service at this location. However, this morning I was treated to a strong case of sticker shock. $5.99 for a 20-ounce Red Bull is at least 15% higher than any other mini mart. I will not return.

I stepped out of my truck to get gas- I turned around to put my credit card back in the truck and the curb has a piece of rusty metal on the edge about two feet long, as I turned it sliced my foot across the top a deep gash - I’ll need a tetanus for sure!!!! I told them to shut down the tank ASAP and took video of his response- he literally said “no, I have to wait for my manager to do anything- so I told him to at the very least put the yellow tape around the curb, but No he didn’t and just gave me a free Butterfinger for my troubles!!!! OMG!!!The care and concern for the quality and safety is a zero star!!!How could you not know a two foot rusty dagger metal piece is hanging off of the curb next to the pump where everyone walks????I’ll post the photos and the video on instagram #ampmgas #northwoodampm14111

DAVE is the name of the crazy, angry, rude and disrespectful man THAT REFUSES TO SAY HIS NAME OR WAER A NAMETAG... I have never been treated so poorly in my life... He called me retarded and used horrible mean awful and hateful profanity. This store is losing business because of DAVE.. All the neighbors who live nearby wont go there and now neither will I until he inevitably gets fired.

Night time cashier David is always rude when I come in. Seems like he refuses service based on how hes feeling at the moment. Im surprised that with all the bad reviews on here this man is still working here.

Tonight I experienced the worst discrimination Ive ever felt in my life at this gas station. I walked inside and simply asked for gas on pump #6, the man working inside who refused to give me his name looked at me and said, I will not serve you anything. I was completely baffled and could not understand what he meant by that. I literally thought he was trying to make a joke, I asked him again to give me my gas because i was in a hurry and it was raining. He repeated that he will not serve me because I looked like somebody that he does not like. Mind you, I have never seen this man in my life before and I am a regular at that gas station. I could not believe the words that were coming out of his mouth. He then proceeded to tell me to get the hell out of the way so he can serve other customers, at this point I am confused, angry and completely embarrassed for absolutely no good reason. No human being should ever feel that level of discrimination because you look a certain way. This man again has never seen me in his life. I calmly walked away and call the authorities. Police showed up and politely explained to me that they have the right to refuse service to anyone for absolutely no reason which I understood and in a calm manner left the location. I went on to another gas station. Btw there are not many 24-hour gas stations in Irvine so I had to drive around looking for one. I never cursed at him or said any foul language towards him but on multiple occasions he question my intelligence and my Integrity as a person. I honestly do not write reviews or call the police on anyone but enough is enough, I will not stand for this. He kept on repeating the fact that I will not do anything about this and I am bluffing. People like him have to be dealt with. How are you going to refuse service to a person that youve never seen in your life before based on what you think or assume? Telling me that I look like somebody that he does not like? What does that even mean man? That is the main reason why I contacted the Police, its not sufficient enough for me to walk away from you with peace especially when I had no wrongdoing .If I was in the wrong in any type of way I would have left and not said anything. Subsequently I found out that hes done this to multiple other black males in the past who never did anything about it and simpl let it be. I refuse to put myself in a box like that. This man does not deserve to work there for one more night I will expose him and everybody should know the injustice thats going on at this location. Apparently I am not the first person to experience this, Im just the first one willing to express myself about my encounter. He refused to give me his name but I do have a photo of him below. This is just one of many steps I am taken to expose this flawed employee that should not be working there anymore. BTW I mentioned to him that I have never seen him before ever in my life and hes mistaken me for somebody else and he chose to ignore that multiple times. Like I said I dont know his name but this is who he is. Im looking forward to talking to management and corporate about his actions an unacceptable behavior.That is my home gas station of over 16 years I will not stand for unnecessary discrimination against me or any other human.

Their prices are reasonable however the young lady behind the counter today was completely rude to me. My grandpa asked me to stop and grab him some cigars on my way home from work. I dont smoke so Im not exactly familiar with the exact name of the cigar he smokes I only know what the package looks like. So I went up to the counter and asked her for the cigars and pointed to them and she would not move until I knew the exact name of the cigars. But I could not see the cigars because they were way behind the counter. Finally after a little bit of back and forth finally I started to get upset with her and I got kinda snippy with her and finally she decides to actually do her job. Says to me that the name of the cigars are easy which they are not Swisher sweet cigarillo tropical Fusion is not an easy name to remember if you dont smoke them. I have never once in my life written to the corporate office of any place ever but I will be writing them or calling them about this young lady. The gas is a steal here but the rude customer service and employees not wanting to do their job at all makes it not even worth it.

A panel from the car wash machine fell off, caught in between the machine and my car, scratched the side of my car. Upon reporting it to the manager, he denies any liability since they posted a sign saying that you are entering the machine at your own risk. Then he says, the car gets scratched up all the time and he does not understand what the big deal is. The owner of the place does not even answer the phone. This is how they will react when your car is damaged from the car wash when it is clearly due to their negligence. Use this place at your own risk like their sign says.

Every now and then my wife and I stop at this station instead of the one across the street from us to get gas on the way home from work at night, and its a pretty straightforward process usually. Tonight - a few minutes ago, actually - my wife stopped at this location alone and the person working the register (identified as Rohi) accosted her, accused her of shoplifting and followed her outside.I understand that when someone is working alone in a convenience store, its hard to keep track of everything and everyone, especially if youre at the register, but its NOT cool to hound a customer until they either buy something or feel pressured to leave just because you have something to do. Its DEFINITELY not cool to imply someone either has or is going to commit a crime because their presence inconveniences you.Im sure you have something to do besides ring people up and whatever, but that is ALSO part of your job. If there arent enough people to handle both, thats not on me or any other customer - take that up with management.There are ways to approach customers if you have concerns that dont result in me getting anxious phone calls in the middle of the night from a woman whose only crime is not being sure if we had milk or whatever at home.

By far the worst service, employes are rude and extremely slow always a line of people waiting.While employes are standing around talking.

There is an older man by the name of Dave who works there, he yelled at me because I asked a dumb question... He is very mean.. why is he working with people?

Price is reasonable here.

At first I just thought the guy at the counter wasnt very nice/friendly, but he made racist remarks to my boyfriend about another customer once that customer left.

I always seem to have a problem with this ampm. They take forever. Probably due to short staff. And they cant seem to ever know how to use coupons .
